I've never had a problem, until I had the crazy idea of ​​ordering a pastiera (€50), which arrived literally disassembled, ready to be eaten with a spoon. The pan containing the cake had noticeable dents, likely from falls, which had caused the filling to separate from the crust. In addition to the embarrassment I made, having brought it as a gift to a lunch I'd been invited to, customer service, after an initial concern, never responded. -1 customer, solely due to the superficiality with which the company—through its employees—responded to the report.

25/02/2026: Yesterday we celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday, we had a lot of fun, I had the buffet and it was all very very good, and a very organised buffet where everyone eats, the owner is very friendly and kind and makes himself available for everything, the waitresses are very polite, the DJ is nice, what can I say, it was a great success in my small way, I made a good impression😀 I highly recommend it, I will definitely be back

15/02/2026: I went for the first time with my boyfriend, booking a table for Valentine's Day. The waiters were truly inefficient and quite distracted, not caring about their customers, even when clearing the plates. The icing on the cake were the dry pizzas, with parts of the dough left empty and without toppings. I'm sorry, but I won't be back.

In addition to the menu items, they offer new dishes every day. Starting with the appetizers, which are truly delicious and simple (I tried the mixed cold cuts, olives, and mozzarella). The first courses are prepared with the typical skill of those who love to cook. The excellent dish of the day was a generous amatriciana and fusilli with Sorrento-style sauce. The free-range roast chicken was excellent, along with excellent baked potatoes. The veal cutlet wasn't so good; it was a bit tough and difficult to eat. The stuffed pepper didn't seem like a great filling; in any case, it wasn't to my liking, partly because it wasn't cooked enough and the filling was a bit too complicated. The owners and waiters were very friendly. Unfortunately, it's now closed, apparently only pending a move.

19/03/2026: Terrible experience. I ordered two pizzas for delivery and was truly disappointed. The "White Margherita" had only two thin basil leaves on top, almost invisible. Totally unimaginable. Even worse was the pizza with fries, bacon, and cheddar: I was charged the same as a Tyrolean pizza, therefore significantly more expensive, for no valid reason. A complete rip-off. Finally, the "receipt" I received was not a tax receipt, but simply the order receipt, which is absolutely incorrect. I'm also attaching photos to show the true quality. I do not recommend it.

13/08/2025: We stopped here for a late lunch on our way out of Napoli and it was so good! We left with full bellies and happy hearts. Some said the interior is outdated but I think it is country-style and simple, as would be expected in the area. Everything was clean and fresh!

31/03/2026: My class and I were on a field trip and stopped at this sandwich shop for lunch. Our expectations were partially positive. I ordered a corn dog, and two of my classmates ordered a hamburger. The staff began to address us inappropriately and rudely, without a shred of courtesy or politeness. One of my classmates found her sandwich covered in blood, and they responded aggressively, saying she should tell us how she liked it cooked. One of my classmates received a frozen sandwich after a series of mistakes with the receipt number—mistakes we've had a lot of. They responded aggressively to me without making eye contact, and our teacher received the same treatment. My classmate and I left the food there because it was INEDIBLE! My classmate, however, tried to eat it and shortly afterward vomited the entire sandwich, because it wasn't of the best quality! In short, it is not a place where you can have a good memory, but rather both the food and the impolite and disrespectful attitude towards customers, both young students and professors, ruined our memory of Pestum.

By the way, I've seen it more than once in Italy, where a pretty woman is more willing to be let in. But the wallet is with the man and he usually decides where a customer may or may not be. And such cases, where basic HUMANITY is missing, really scare me. And a disabled pensioner was denied the bathroom, although it doesn't show on me, because my illness is psychiatric. My need to use the bathroom is mental, because it makes my soul happy when they let me in. You know, in my humble opinion, hospitality starts with HUMANITY, not with coffee and croissants. So in places like this where that is lacking, my grade can only be unsatisfactory. First, the little lady at the counter said that there was cleaning, to wait ten minutes. I don't know if it was true or if she just didn't want to confront me. Then there was a guy who actually refused to let me use the bathroom twice, probably out of defiance or arrogance, I introduced myself to him, and he stuck his tongue out at me. I don't know who it was, he looked like a janitor, or the owner himself. He was actually lucky that I don't really speak languages, because I would have verbally washed it off. Please don't come with clichéd, educational answers, because the system doesn't allow for a reaction, at most we could continue this on Facebook Messenger. Anyway, if a woman doesn't let me in, I'm even more sensitive about that.

17/01/2026: Well, what can I say? A flat, unleavened pizza that was left in our stomachs with barely any toppings... Basically, dough with a few pieces of toppings here and there... A flavorless first course... A frittata that was returned from the table and was kindly put back at the counter for the next customer! I thought I'd seen it wrong, but the people with us confirmed it... Never again!

20/12/2025: The Pizza Village is a Fast Food where Michele (the owner) and his assistants are professional and passionate about serving customers, the foods (pizzas, sandwiches, first courses, second courses and side dishes, etc.) are all fresh and prepared daily and of great taste and quality. I have been going there for many years and besides me, my children, my wife and grandchildren also go there and we have always been satisfied with everything.
