03/12/2025: My wife went there to buy me a dessert for my birthday, and she chose this baba. The result, after spending €40, wasn't the price; we ate the dessert. The fruit was sour and spoiled, and the cream inside was sour. I didn't expect this from one of the best bakeries in Gragna. Don't mess around with food, and don't be afraid to throw things away. I believe that appearance comes first, but we're not all the same.

I was overcharged and had to insist quite a bit before I got my money back (which was then returned by the bartender, not the arrogant cashier). It's a shame how the situation was handled; it could have been much simpler and more professional.
05/12/2025: Nice and comfortable bar, shame about the coffee. Mediocre coffee, especially if you order frothed coffee (it's anything but frothed). The ginseng is bitter and tastes burnt. The croissants are dry. I'm writing this review because I've always been there and never had a bad experience, but it's been like this for a few months now.

09/10/2025: I've been a customer for several years, ordering panettone for Christmas and Colomba for Easter. I've never had a problem, until I had the crazy idea of ordering a pastiera (€50), which arrived literally disassembled, ready to be eaten with a spoon. The pan containing the cake had noticeable dents, likely from falls, which had caused the filling to separate from the crust. In addition to the embarrassment I made, having brought it as a gift to a lunch I'd been invited to, customer service, after an initial concern, never responded. -1 customer, solely due to the superficiality with which the company—through its employees—responded to the report.

So many delicacies that delight the palate, there's so much to choose from when it comes to pastries, you'll want to try them all. Congratulations!

28/02/2026: The pizza chef is excellent and very quick at making pizza. The place is nice and well-maintained. Excellent service and average prices. Enzo, the owner, has opened a new pizzeria in Quarto.
14/02/2026: I ordered pizzas at home, everything was terrible, delivery was supposed to be between 9.30pm and 10.30pm, still nothing, I don't recommend this pizzeria to anyone.

15/11/2025: I booked a table at 7:10pm for 4 people, for 8:30/9:00pm we arrived at the restaurant at 8:50pm and the table was occupied, I was asked to wait without apologizing or anything...unfortunately I can only give one star otherwise I would have given 0...it's shameful.

31/10/2025: We felt welcomed everywhere. From the maids to the two owners, everyone was kind, courteous, and attentive, fulfilling our every wish. We start our day here every morning with breakfast, and depending on our plans, we were also pampered in the evening. They even prepared regional specialties for us to try. Everything was incredibly good. The value for money is excellent, and 5 stars really don't do it justice. A true place of well-being, with a family atmosphere.

09/11/2025: Watch the prices!... and if you can, stay away from them.
To avoid surprises, as in my case, ask for the price of what you're buying because, contrary to the law, they didn't display any price lists. There were seven of us... 3 sandwiches, 3 small portions of potato gateau, and 1 small portion of eggplant parmigiana, 2 small Cokes and a half of water, plus 6 coffees "for only" €75.60. The biggest surprise was finding ourselves paying for the covers just for sitting on stools and a few chairs found here and there. I almost had to argue with them to get the receipt.

12/09/2025: Breakfast was good, but I'm forced to give it 1 star because the table service charge is TOO high.
We came the day before and paid 1.70 for a latte macchiato, 1.90 for a cappuccino, 1.50 for a croissant, and 2 for a sfogliatella. They clearly didn't charge us for the service charge by mistake. We came the next day and, having ordered directly at the table, the price was high: 3 cappuccinos, 2 croissants, and 3 shortcrust pastry. Furthermore, they passed the latte macchiato off as a cappuccino, so it cost more.
What can I say... it's a rip-off! Considering it's not even a fixed percentage, it's not proportional that the croissant goes from 1.50 to 2 and the cappuccino from 1.90 to 3.
