21/12/2025: If you want to experience a unique blend of tradition and delicious food, you have to come. You'll spend two fantastic hours, with friendly and attentive staff, fantastic cuisine, and a more than fair price.
I'll gladly return. I felt at home, and I think that says it all.
14/12/2025: Let's get straight to the point:
1). The music was too loud, I felt like I was at the market or in a movie. We couldn't understand anything about Mario Merola; we just shouted.
2). 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting for a plate of pasta, an appetizer, and a bottle of water.
3). There's no à la carte menu where you can choose according to your needs. Between handshakes and smiles, you'll miss the 50 euro price tag for a first course, an appetizer with 4 vegetables, a meatball, and a bottle of water.
They don't make pizza; they offer you the food as soon as you sit down.

04/04/2026: My favorite pizza in Benevento. The pizza is thin, with a crispy crust. The desserts are also very good (the Nutella pizza is unbeatable). Tonight I tried the whole wheat dough and was pleasantly surprised. The staff always treats us well.
18/02/2026: Super friendly staff and delicious pizza. Definitely worth a try, much better than many pizzerias in Benevento.

01/04/2026: The pizza isn't the best; some are burnt and some are raw. I personally will never come back. Plus, the location is truly ridiculous. I still feel sick after eating it, and I can't stomach it.
The bathroom really needs some work.
The menu included ice cream, and we got a profiterole that was soggy, so very soggy, it even defied gravity.
01/04/2026: The pizza sucks, I hope people bring something from home because the pizza is very overcooked.

The pasta and potato frittatas with provola cheese are unmissable... delicious pizza.
Thanks to Gennaro and Vincenzo who pampered us and to the owners Nicoletta and Ciro for their kindness and hospitality.
My son (5 years old) while biting into a montanarina, "Mom, it's definitely worth coming here."
12/09/2025: Poor service: male waiter wearing a burgundy hat who took orders but didn't complete them, rude to the customer to the point of making jokes about the tip, brought a salad without dressing and only completed the order after three reminders, and finally insisted that customers order what he recommended, knowing that the people at the table had already asked what they wanted.
I absolutely wouldn't go back!

04/02/2026: The place isn't very clean, the desserts are good, and the staff isn't at all polite or professional. They don't say hello when you come in or when you leave, so much so that I was sometimes tempted not to say hello either, but my good manners prevented me. It seems like they owe you a favor... Even a smile would be enough, dammit!

Serious Genovese: cold, bland, and overcooked pasta, with no sauce
Genoese-style meat: cold and without sauce
Provola in carrozza: the provola was a thin slice of cheese on a fried bread sandwich filled with oil.
09/11/2025: Cold food, scapito, Genovese seriously terrible, scapita, pasta overcooked and cold, the meat also cold and scapita, without sauce, very dry, also missing product, instead of two Genovesi we received one, luckily at this point.

After the first order was fulfilled, we waited almost an hour for the second. We complained every now and then, a dish (two pieces) arrived every ten minutes. Two tables further away, arriving later, had no more room. The waiters asked us our table number at every turn.
The food was good, but the service was terrible.
09/12/2025: The food is average to poor quality, and the place is disorganized. Ordered dishes are thrown on the table, and if you get the wrong order and ask for clarification, the waitresses will yell at you (even the owner). The only redeeming feature is the location: it's a nice place, but I have concerns about hygiene (I've often found hair on the tables).

27/10/2025: I was in this place one of these evenings, we chose the you can eat formula, the service was fast but the food was of very poor quality, the salmon was clearly not fresh and the other dishes had no flavour at all, the unpleasant owner seemed aggressive in her ways of answering, from my experience I will never return... first and last time...

29/03/2026: Tasteless food from appetizers to pizzas and sandwiches... entertainers who don't look after the children, in fact they just stand there waiting to pass the time... plus let's not talk about the high price for the quality of everything... never to be returned!
21/03/2026: The experience at Panida was positive. The place is basic, fundamentally suitable for children. There's a playground that's always supervised by entertainers, and the kids have a great time. Service is reasonably fast (also considering the crowds). The food is good quality; the only downside is the limited beer selection (but after all, it's a place geared towards children). Overall, the rating is very positive, even from a budget perspective.

01/01/2026: We ordered at 6.30pm and the sandwiches still have to arrive at 9.05pm. We pressed for time and despite our insistent calls they suddenly stopped answering after having promised to deliver within 5 minutes.
20/12/2025: Terrible service.
Order scheduled for 9:10 PM, but at 10:15 PM, nothing has arrived.
I called to inquire, and instead, they keep answering. 10 minutes and it arrives. Unprofessional attitude.
No communication, no apology, and a complete lack of respect for the customer.
Poor experience, not recommended.
Never again!

27/02/2026: The atmosphere is modern, welcoming, and meticulously designed, perfect for both a quick lunch break and a relaxed dinner with friends. The staff is always smiling, helpful, and ready to recommend original pairings.
The poke is incredibly fresh and customizable down to the last detail: from the high-quality ingredients to the sauces, all balanced and rich in flavor. You can truly taste the quality of the fish and the freshness of the vegetables.
I also tried various tapas, such as the salmon tacos and tuna panito, both exceptional and absolutely delicious!
The quality/price ratio is also excellent, and the portions are generous.
11/01/2026: There is nothing to say about the quality of the product but 2 pokes, 1 roll, 2 cokes and a water for €100 is a real robbery!
