09/11/2025: My experience was beyond positive. We arrived from Rome tired and hungry. I called O' Presidente pizzeria because we were craving panuozzo, and a male voice reassured me that, even though they closed at 3:30 PM, they would be waiting for us. And so it was. We arrived at 2:44 PM. Mr. Sergio was very friendly and greeted us with great kindness. He waited for us to choose our panuozzo flavors, and after a while, he brought us the best panuozzi I've ever tasted. I'm Neapolitan and have been to Gragnano several times in the past. I've eaten excellent panuozzi, but today's had a different flavor, with authentic, local ingredients that took my mother back to her childhood. Mr. Sergio also entertained us with stories and anecdotes, helping us recover from the tiredness of the journey. After our lunch, he too was able to return home, where his wife and grandchildren were waiting for him for lunch. This happens when hospitality and welcome are an integral part of people's culture and values.

05/10/2025: Super nice and friendly service. They try to fulfill all your wishes. We enjoyed the food and would come back and recommend it.

18/08/2025: We booked this place by chance; we couldn't have made a worse choice. A very beautiful location, but it's a shame about the service and the food. The service is truly awful, incredibly slow. We sat down at 8:30 PM and left at 11:00 PM without eating anything. It's a shame because the appetizers were truly excellent. At 10:30 PM, they brought us second courses instead of first courses. Then, the first courses finally arrived, but they were all raw. We ordered eight gnocchi and had them all taken back, insisting that they were cooked. We also ordered two plates of fusilli with goat sauce; it tasted like anything but goat, with a very strong tomato flavor. It's a shame about the location, but I strongly advise against going there. We had a really bad experience.

09/06/2025: 😵😵❌❌So, assuming that they are ignorant in speaking and dealing with a customer, it wasn't our case but we've seen enough.... we sit down, they bring us an appetizer with mozzarella from the day before, soft tomatoes, first courses full of oil and fried food and a trio of reheated meats (fried food full of oil and reheated, very hard meat and tow, among all the ones we ordered, only the first course) We ate because we were hungry and with all due respect, we left at 4, from there at 8 in the evening with a stomach ache and I won't deny that I have worthy intestinal spasms 👎 from NIGHTMARE KITCHENS We leave one star because it's the minimum

26/10/2025: Beautiful design and breathtaking views. It's located right on the shore of Lake Averno, which makes it charming, but the service is lacking and the food leaves much to be desired. Not to mention the requirement to only order drinks. You can't even order a Coke.

14/10/2025: Disastrous experience, we had booked a birthday party in the internal room, when we arrived the room wasn't ready and the staff didn't care at all.

02/11/2025: Beautiful family run pasta shop on the edge of the local square. Food and wine were exactly what we wanted. Staff were at just the right level of attentive. Not sure why this place had a prevous bad rating but we could not fault it. Sat drinking Limoncello whilst waiting for the card machine is not a bad thing.

28/02/2025: Disappointing food and prices too high for the quality and quantity of the dishes served, and then they didn't even warn us that they didn't make sandwiches for lunch, waiting until we were seated beforehand.

16/09/2025: We stopped by for a late lunch after a strenuous excursion. The atmosphere is very simple, but the service is super friendly and the pizza is excellent at a very reasonable price. Right on the harbor, with a great view! We'd be happy to return.

11/08/2025: A plate of pasta, a plate of vegetables, two breaded chicken fillets, and two beers for €40. We did like the views of the port and the bay, though.

18/11/2025: Questa locanda è un luogo magico d'altri tempi. Lucio il titolare è uomo di grandi ambizioni. Provate i suoi salami, pancette e altre fantastiche meraviglie prodotte direttamente sul posto. Una carta di vini da grande intenditore. Biscotti e delizie fatte in casa. La tradizione della cucina Campana prodotta sul territorio. Da provare assolutamente.

26/10/2025: Unwelcoming lunch..... The food was good, even though we didn't have a starter as agreed upon, but the staff was truly rude and unwelcoming. We were served with constant grumbling for only a 20-minute delay. We celebrated a thirtieth birthday in a hurry, and to top it all off, eat the cake and leave... I'd say embarrassing. We preferred not to reply because we were celebrating our daughter, but the behavior was surreal. Finally, the quality/price ratio was not at all good. What a shame...

09/10/2025: After a booking issue that was my fault Hotel del Corso was very helpful in finding me alternative accommodation in a pinch. Very thankful and on that alone the service was 5/5 stars. Thank you very much Hotel del Corso.

05/09/2025: Bad experience... they call a hotel an establishment that in Spain would be classified as a guesthouse or inn. Located on the second floor (it simulates a home converted into a guesthouse). They gave us a room with three flights of stairs and no elevator (we had to help each other carry our luggage). The breakfast buffet was meager (carton juices, etc.) with little replenishment of what they ran out of. The key control system was almost prison-like (every time we left, they asked us if there were anyone else in the room, and we had to explain ourselves). They made us pay the tourist tax before checkout, so I had to ask for a receipt, and they gave me one that wasn't official (let everyone draw their own conclusions regarding the purpose and use of the tax), and they frequently asked us what time we were leaving the room. Also, on our first night, my son's bed had a very large dirt stain on the bedspread and sheets, and they blamed my son for it. In short, a very unpleasant experience. The only praiseworthy thing is the location, very central on a busy pedestrian street. Nothing like the Hotel Plaza in Salerno or the Exe Majestic in Naples, which had excellent quality and service.
