08/05/2026: We were in this bar this morning, the staff is very friendly and welcoming and the products are good and of excellent quality, friendly waitress and the cashier is a nice guy and the girls at the counter are very kind we will return often ❤️

29/01/2026: A nice sit down location before taking a tour of Pompeii. Had a quick sandwich for fuel, it was fine.

23/01/2026: The place is very pleasant. The covered terraces, perfect for keeping warm during the winter, offer stunning views of the city and the surrounding mountains. The food is remarkably good, arriving quickly and piping hot, made with high-quality local ingredients that allow you to experience authentic Campanian cuisine. International dishes are available for children. The service is excellent. The food is a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in a restaurant located next to such a popular tourist attraction.

05/05/2026: The portions weren't very generous, even though the owner said they were large. We had calamari with no sides, the mozzarella and meat lasagna had more tomato sauce than anything else, and the veal Milanese was overcooked. We saw the owner pour a beer, and since he'd made a mistake, he put it down and served the next course 20 minutes later, adding a little more beer for the head.

25/11/2025: The food may be decent, but there's no menu with prices, things are said quickly, and the presence of customers is almost annoying. If you pay with a POS, the curses and malfunctions are the icing on the cake. Mr. Lucio, I'd rather take my money elsewhere. Never again.

07/04/2026: I dropped by quickly, like everyone else who frequents this place. A coffee and a cappuccino. My wife and I were enjoying the snacks and immediately noticed a huge, dead cockroach on the floor... I understand that the station area is busy and it probably came from outside, but this is still a serious staffing issue! You can't open a business to the public without even sweeping the floor... they would have noticed it right away. This obviously makes me question the overall cleanliness of the shop. The coffee was decent and the cappuccino was very unbalanced with cold milk!! But the business undoubtedly specializes in something else. I'm of the opinion that if you want to sell the excellence and quality of your products at a high price, that's fine! But then you have to excel in everything else, too, otherwise I'd prefer the bagged mottino from the supermarket, sorry... I avoided posting the photo of the cockroach for obvious reasons :)

18/10/2025: I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. There's no parking, so you have to leave your car in a small dirt lot about 100 meters from the restaurant. The restaurant is nice, but with traditional local cuisine, it's a far cry from the norm. The potatoes and porcini mushrooms were just potatoes flavored with porcini mushrooms, and the soufflé with caciocavallo and caramelized onions was very sweet—in fact, it was a bit disgusting, and it was cold, to boot. The cured meats and cheese platter wasn't bad, though it was a shame they only had two types. But the sore point was the meat in sauce with the meatball! Everything was lukewarm, and the meat was crispy, not cooked at all. All of these comments were made to the waitress, who agreed with me, and the chef knew about it too! You can't just send a dish like that to the table. The prices were very high for what we ate: for two, five appetizers that we shared, no first course, no second course, no wine, just water—almost 70 euros! I'm sorry to write this review, but I hope it helps you improve.

02/03/2026: Midweek in the middle of February and this place was pretty empty, surviving mostly on take away orders. Then we turned up and wanted to eat inside. The lads were very accommodating and we had a fantastic meal with drinks (the beer was cold and the house red wine was delicious). The pizza was so tasty and fresh whilst the prices were very reasonable. The 50cm pizza was enormous - so large that my 19 year old son couldn’t finish it!! Go with the single pizza, it’s plenty big enough for one hungry person. 4 pizzas, half a dozen beers and a litre of wine was about €65. Great value. We returned the next night, and the following night as well.

30/01/2026: A wonderful pastry shop, old-school in the best sense of the word, yet capable of reinventing itself with great style. Here, artisanal tradition marries modernity, creating a rare and successful balance. The lady behind the counter was a delight, incredibly kind and welcoming, and the staff behind the counter was impeccable: smiling, helpful, and super professional. Excellent products, attention to detail, and an atmosphere that makes you feel at home. A pastry shop that tells a story while also looking ahead. Definitely worth stopping by (and coming back again).

03/01/2026: A very negative experience. I had ordered pizza, went in, paid immediately, and was told the pizzas were being prepared. After an hour of waiting, I discovered they hadn't even been baked. I understand it was Saturday and there were a lot of people, but then they should be honest with customers about the wait times, not mock them by making them pay and wait needlessly. It's a shame, because the evening was ruined more by the organization and respect for the customer than by the food.

14/04/2026: Very beautiful location, but terrible food. Easter Monday lunch was disgusting. The first course was made with a ready-made artichoke sauce, the second course was a piece of fat (the menu described it as roast), which, with all due respect for animals, I don't think even the dogs would have eaten. Rating: less than ZERO 👎👎👎

21/12/2025: If you want to experience a unique blend of tradition and delicious food, you have to come. You'll spend two fantastic hours, with friendly and attentive staff, fantastic cuisine, and a more than fair price. I'll gladly return. I felt at home, and I think that says it all.

14/12/2025: Let's get straight to the point: 1). The music was too loud, I felt like I was at the market or in a movie. We couldn't understand anything about Mario Merola; we just shouted. 2). 1 hour and 10 minutes of waiting for a plate of pasta, an appetizer, and a bottle of water. 3). There's no à la carte menu where you can choose according to your needs. Between handshakes and smiles, you'll miss the 50 euro price tag for a first course, an appetizer with 4 vegetables, a meatball, and a bottle of water. They don't make pizza; they offer you the food as soon as you sit down. Congratulations

04/04/2026: My favorite pizza in Benevento. The pizza is thin, with a crispy crust. The desserts are also very good (the Nutella pizza is unbeatable). Tonight I tried the whole wheat dough and was pleasantly surprised. The staff always treats us well.

31/10/2025: We felt welcomed everywhere. From the maids to the two owners, everyone was kind, courteous, and attentive, fulfilling our every wish. We start our day here every morning with breakfast, and depending on our plans, we were also pampered in the evening. They even prepared regional specialties for us to try. Everything was incredibly good. The value for money is excellent, and 5 stars really don't do it justice. A true place of well-being, with a family atmosphere.
