09/06/2025: Nice place on a hill near a church and convenient parking near the ruins of the Monteforte Irpino castle. We went for lunch on Sunday and ate well. Unfortunately, when it came to the bill we had an unpleasant surprise: some of the restaurant's dishes are offered at prices that I believe are double compared to the quantity and quality offered. In particular, I am referring to the appetizers of cold cuts and cheeses, plus a plate of hot appetizers from the land. We paid the "modest" sum of 26 euros per person for these appetizers, in my opinion double the price, absolutely out of the market for what was brought to the table. We also added a bottle of house wine (Aglianico) paid 15 euros and the cover charge of 4 euros per person and the bill made the bitter that we also paid even more bitter. All this could have been made known to the poor customer, if the place had taken care to post a menu or present it at the table. It's strange that they bring all kinds of menus to the table, from the wine list and even the water list, to then end with the dessert and liqueur menu, but the main course menu? Never seen one, not even a shadow, in defiance of all current regulations regarding catering. It will be funny to read the restaurant owner's response that the menu is posted and that we haven't seen it, it will certainly be present, but I don't feel like playing "treasure hunt" in a restaurant; it would be more appropriate for the main course menu to be delivered by the waiting staff to the tables as they did for every secondary menu. Also strange is the nice local custom of making the choice of appetizer practically mandatory on Sunday at lunch (who knows why), before proposing the offer of first and second courses. If you like "expensive" surprises, this is the place for you, otherwise I recommend a change of scenery. Too bad!

26/05/2025: I was in this restaurant during the festival in November. The place is definitely beautiful, located in a renovated medieval building and adjacent to the church of San Martino. Despite this, we will not return because it is too expensive for what we ate for 2: - house appetizer x2 hot-cold, - a first course divided into 2 - 2 glasses of wine total 100 euros The visit to the castle and the church of San Martino was pleasant.

11/05/2025: Large and clean room. Qualified staff and fast service. It has a good choice of beers. Excellent pizzas.

25/05/2025: EXCELLENT PIZZA, light dough and fresh and tasty ingredients. Welcoming and clean environment, friendly, attentive and professional staff. I have been frequenting for a short time, I will also try something else from the large and varied menu. Modest prices.

26/05/2025: May 2025. I liked the place, the food was delicious, the lady was very kind and helpful as was the waiter at the tables. An experience that I will keep in my heart and if I can I will definitely repeat it!!!

04/01/2025: Dopo sette anni siamo tornati sulla costiera Amalfitana. A dire la verità siamo tornati per lo Chef Peppe e la sua cucina. Giuseppe ed Antonietta ci hanno accolti e coccolati nel loro nuovo Agriturismo con gentilezza e affetto. Un agriturismo realizzato con cura in un'oasi di verde. Nuova location per i piatti dello Chef che continuano ad essere straordinari. Abbiamo ritrovato i fantastici tagliolini al limone e tutti gli altri piatti dove, con creatività e passione, vengono esaltati i prodotti del territorio. Grazie e a presto

13/05/2025: What a gem this place is! Lunch with a view of the amphitheatre which is a richer experience than the colloseum in Rome IMO. To top it off lots of vegan options and a diverse menu in general.

01/05/2025: Good option for a quick meal after visits to the amphitheater and museums of S. Maria Capua Vetere. The escarole sautéed with olives is not bad

23/02/2025: We tried the excellent pizza, but for Valentine's Day dinner we decided to try the restaurant and were disappointed by the quantities, if at least they had specified that if it involved tastings and not classic dishes, for €35 per person I find it excessive, also because having not even taken the wine upon request for an encore I was told that it was not possible and I would say that this is not how the customer is treated.

28/01/2025: The pub has a truly evocative and well-kept medieval themed environment, an aspect that I really appreciated. However, there were several negative points: the sandwich was definitely too expensive for the quality offered and the size, and the meatballs, while good, were nothing special. Additionally, one member of my party had ordered a potato sandwich on the side, but received plain stick fries, a detail that was not previously changed on the menu. Finally, the staff were not particularly courteous, which spoiled the experience a bit. It's a shame, because the potential is there.

26/01/2025: Mancavo da tanto tempo in questo bel pub. Ma ahimè sono cambiate un po' di cose. Poca luce, poco riscaldato e uno strano odore (forse i filtri delle pompe di aria calda). Il servizio è stato veloce ma panini e fritture cucinati in fretta e senza anima. E abbiamo pure pagato tanto... Spero la mia recensione serva a migliorare e a riportare il pub sulla giusta strada.

15/06/2025: Un hermoso entorno en las colinas de Isquia especializado en Conejo. Comenzamos con un aperitivo y bocadillos en la terraza antes de pasar al comedor que está lleno de recuerdos de películas. La lasaña de almendras fue una destacada seguida del tradicional conejo. Estoy seguro de que el desierto era genial, pero las porciones eran generosas, así que no llegamos allí! Sylvia fue un anfitrión fantástico y eligió algunos vinos increíbles, así como compartir algo de la historia de la familia. Una palabra de advertencia NO siga Apple o Google Maps al nombre del restaurante. Está mal y a kilómetros de distancia. Usa la dirección. Está a 10 minutos de Casamicciola (directo hacia el interior) y no hay nada cerca de Barano!

02/05/2025: Siamo stati consigliati dal proprietario del hotel dove alloggiamo. Abbiamo Mangiato molto bene . Ottime le materie prime utilizzate, Buoni gli antipasti di terra con affettati misti e formaggi. Da provare anche l’insalata di polipo con alici. Ma Ischia bisogna principalmente assaporare il coniglio all’ischitana , qui buonissimo ben condito, personale gentile , ottimi prezzi

12/05/2025: Magnifico!! Abbiamo preso un antipasto di mare e due primi: pacchetti terminal e scialatielli ai frutti di mare. Che dire, ho detto al mio ragazzo che tornerò qui apposta per questi paccheri! Personale di servizio eccellente, gentili e molto veloci. In un’ora abbiamo finito di mangiare! Fantastico, ci ritornerò sicuramente!!

14/03/2025: Mi banda y yo paramos aquí para almorzar durante un tour por la costa. El restaurante estaba lleno, tomamos la última mesa disponible. Pedimos Scampi allá Griglia (gambas a la parrilla) , Polpo (pulpo) , misto di verdure allá griglia (verduras a la parrilla) , insalata mista (ensalada mixta) y 2 copas de vino blanco. La comida era excelente, muy fresca y súper sabrosa. Además, el servicio fue increíblemente rápido. Recomendamos encarecidamente!

26/05/2025: The location is in the historic center of Aversa, in Corso Bersaglieri 23 a few steps from Via Roma so impossible to reach by car that must be parked nearby. I was invited on Saturday evening by friends to taste pizza in this location. A very particular place, it is located in an old patronal courtyard structured between rustic and modern but also simple and elegant, all in a cave for storing wine. There is also a large outdoor garden, beautiful and well-kept, where in the summer you can spend beautiful evenings outdoors. The staff is kind and helpful but needs to be a little more careful not to forget any request made by the customer. The menu is very large, you can choose whether to eat pizza, a sandwich or a first course. Pizza with light dough, thin, but a little burnt on the bottom. Rating 6.5 Waiting times almost average. I recommend booking especially on weekends.
