10/11/2025: It's always a delight to be in the cheerful neighborhood of Bagnoli, where the place called Caffettiamo stands out as a true gem among taverns. The staff here is exceptionally courteous and cheerful, ready to serve with grace and a cheerful demeanor; and the company of customers is so gracious and high-spirited that every sip of coffee seems like a friendly feast. The aroma is sweet, the welcome is gracious, and the spirit is soothed as by the warmth of a friendly fireside.

24/11/2025: Ordered from Gelatosità Vomero for around €30 for two frozen yogurts and a crepe. Unfortunately, the order was completely disappointing: the two frozen yogurts arrived runny, with a truly unpleasant acidic taste, as if they hadn't been stored properly. The crepe, however, was cold and had a nasty flavor, practically inedible. For that price, I expected quality and attention, but instead it was an experience I absolutely won't repeat. 👎🏻

07/11/2025: Regardless of the quality of the ice cream, which is excellent, I believe that in 2025, attention to hygiene should be no less. It's unacceptable to see the person who served us touching the various cones on display with his bare hands, to indicate the different sizes, and then taking ours with his bare hands! When I asked for another, with due attention to hygiene (a napkin), he put away the cone he touched with his bare hands for the next customer... The final touch of class is then placing the final cookie on the ice cream, again with his bare hands, as if we hadn't asked for attention... I would think it would be appropriate to have gloves and/or at least pick up things with a napkin, but neither of the two servers used them. The responsibility obviously lies with the owners, who should tell their employees what to do...

05/11/2025: I loved the atmosphere and the service was solid. We were told by our server about the “fish of the day” which we decided to order even though the price was not listed as it would vary based on market price. They brought out a tray of fresh fish and we got to choose which one we wanted to eat. We selected the red snapper and a little while later the tray with the fish and pasta was brought out. Our server took apart the fish and divided the dish onto 2 separate plates. It honestly looked like it was going to be great… but the fish itself was filled with bones and scales. Even in the pasta itself every bite I was finding scales and bones (and I was looking!) The issues for me comes down to price, I understand that maybe I just had some bad luck, and the fish I ordered was difficult to properly separate. But my partner and I only ordered the fish of the day and some water and the total price was €89. I believe that based on the other reviews this place has some solid offerings. But based on my own experience this was really disappointing. **After writing this review the "owner" has responded and has for whatever reason added false context - so to clarify: - No, the server did not mention any of the price differences between the fish of the day. - No we did not have wine during our meal, as I mentioned before the only thing we had was the fish of the day meal and some water. - and NO we did not eat the whole meal, the dish we left behind was half finished (at best) because the pasta was way too salty and the entire dishes was FULL of scales and fish bones like I said, perhaps I've just had some bad luck with this place... clearly they've been around for a while and based on other reviews it seems like they DO have some nice offerings. I however, felt very disappointed and would not recommend.

14/09/2025: My wife and I went here on a Friday evening in September. The place is nice, with an outdoor terrace and an indoor dining room. The service, however, leaves much to be desired: - they had seated us on the terrace, but we asked, and had to insist, that due to the unpleasant wind, we would prefer to dine inside. Being told that they had decided to use only the terrace that evening, otherwise the waiters would have been confused, was grotesque, but in the end we were granted our request (besides, there were already other diners inside, so I don't understand what the problem was). - a quarter of an hour to order. - a half-hour wait for beers, appetizers, and two pizzas (not even the drinks arrived immediately). - the pizzas arrive first, then the appetizer. - a couple at the next table orders eggplant appetizers, and suddenly, something completely different arrives; they politely protest, but the waitress replies that... that's what they have. In short... amateurs at random. The pizzas were good, though not unforgettable, but definitely good. The potato croquets were good, but probably frozen. The prices were reasonable. We'd love to return to try the food (which many say is sublime), but... the promise isn't good. They could use at least one smart waiter in the dining room and more professionalism from the manager. You can't improvise in restaurants.

04/10/2025: I've been a customer for years. Last time, I was disappointed with both the dough and the quality of the products. I renewed my trust by returning tonight for takeout pizzas to bring to friends' houses. I'm sending photos because I can't say enough. I'm not used to writing reviews, especially negative ones about the place and its employees, just for isolated incidents. I'd rather not return, but it's not possible to deliver pizzas this way. I consider it a scam, not to mention the bad impression I made on my friends. One of them is a vegetarian.

10/09/2025: Nice ambiance, especially outdoors with a great view. Unfortunately, the food is overrated: the fish fry was far too greasy, squid rings were as tough as rubber, and the shrimp were so small that there was almost nothing left after peeling them from the shell. The service could be improved. Overall, the food is too expensive for the quality of the food.

02/01/2026: Ordered on Just Eat based on good reviews and estimated delivery time of "15-30 minutes." I strongly advise against ordering takeout from this pizzeria. After a ruined Friday night, four consecutive calls, a two-hour delay, and various curses while scrolling through the calendar four times... the pizza wasn't even that great. Two-hour wait, insane price of €23.30 for two pizzas and a portion of fries. DO NOT ORDER TAKEOUT!

11/12/2025: Very small place but nicely decorated. The lady in the dining room was very kind and courteous. The pizzas were good with a good, not heavy dough. It's just a shame there was a little... The crust was burnt, but a casual visit is fine.

11/10/2025: The place is newly renovated and truly beautiful. It also has an outdoor space (in the summer) that is worth trying. It is wonderfully cool, and they also organize high-quality musical evenings. Then there is the owner, who is uniquely kind and, importantly, top-quality ingredients cooked with great skill by the chef.

01/12/2025: On a chaotic Sunday in Naples, the very long line in front of the shop piqued our curiosity... and we were right to stop, but only for the sfogliatelle. The staff was very arrogant and I would almost say "rude." It was very chaotic: we couldn't tell which line was for paying, which for getting desserts, and even for those who had already ordered desserts.

30/11/2025: The sfogliatelle were cheap and commercial, nothing special. The girl with glasses serving the food was rude, snarky, and even dared to offend. Avoid this place, which focuses on numbers and ignores customer service and quality.
