10/08/2024: Nice place, friendly staff, really good catering (well-conceived dishes). The only negative note that comes to mind is the speed camera placed on the S.S. 286 that doesn't forgive anyone (really a shameful way to make money) Remember to stay under 90 km

17/07/2024: We enjoyed homemade ravioli… and other quality dishes. A good address for those who want authentic cuisine.

08/08/2024: Having been a sales assistant for more than 10 years, due to deformation, I am very familiar with how sales assistants in a commercial business behave. Yesterday evening/night I had a crepe here and the very kind boy made himself available. I ate it in the car and shortly after I discovered which was about to close so chapeau not everyone makes themselves available at closing. The only thing is that it was small compared to the others in other bars. But very light and good... I have to congratulate this worker who is not like everyone to be so kind.

29/07/2024: We placed an online order for two pistachio-filled hearts and two spreads as a gift. The goods arrived in an ordinary package, despite the shipping being paid, without completely melted refrigeration. The cream jars are greasy. We do not recommend ordering chocolate.

10/06/2024: Excellent breakfast in this small but well-stocked and welcoming bar. Very good, it was filled with pistachio. If I find myself near Caserta I will definitely come back again

23/08/2024: È una gemma nel cuore di Sorrento. Situato nel centro storico, atmosfera romantica e frizzante. Ottima accoglienza da parte di tutto il personale, pronto a soddisfare con il sorriso ogni esigenza. Cibo di ottima qualità, mare e terra, con una vasta scelta di vini. Abbiamo mangiato un ottimo crudo, ma mi hanno deliziato con una linguina taratufi e scaglie di parmigiano. Che dire… super consigliato. Ci ritornerò sicuramente.

17/02/2024: Very pleasant experience. The pizza chef was immediately very welcoming and kind to us, present but not invasive. The pizzas arrived immediately and were very good, we paid little and they also gave us some zeppole as a gift.

10/08/2024: Tried the snowflake: one of the best desserts ever. The coffee is also excellent, served seriously with fresh water from the dispenser (even carbonated!).

24/06/2024: Pizza piccola cotta in forno elettrico a prezzi esorbitanti. Una porzione di patatine piccola 2,50 ma per piccola s'intende (10 patatine in un bicchiere di carta). Crocche' di patate pieni di pepe. Non ci ritorneremo. Davvero deludente.

05/08/2024: Favorite part and place of my two week trip around Italy! Highly recommend taking the cooking class with Imma, I never cook and she made everything super simple to follow and the food came out amazing, then we got to eat our food with a bottle of wine out on the terrace over looking the street. We were also able to buy another bottle of wine from them at the front desk and then stayed out their playing cards when we finished eating. So I don’t do well eating breakfast early in the morning but my friend loved it and I had my cappuccino so I was good to go. Our room was spacious and had a window on the second floor and the staff brought our bags up the stairs for us even tho it was maybe like 12 stairs. It was approximately a 7 minute walk from the train station, maybe the same to the ferry but down the stairs. There’s a beautiful lookout in the main square 2 mins from the hotel to see the water down below. Plenty of restaurants nearby for dinner and appertif, as well as yummy gelato. We booked two excursions as well through the hotel which we payed for in cash when we got there. We booked the Pompeii tour which was awesome, the guide was funny and knowledgeable, he said seeing everything in Pompeii could take a week so he would show us the highlights like the mansion, school etc, and brought biscuits for the cats roaming around. We also booked the Capri boat tour. The captain was super nice and knowledgeable, loved seeing all the sites on the boat and then parking the boat and jumping off into the water was probably my favorite. All of the staff at the hotel was super kind and helpful with recommendations for food or activities. I also left my phone in the lobby when I left on the train to Florence, I called them and gave them my address and credit card and they mailed me my phone back home which was super kind of them. You have to hand your key in as you come and go and we felt like old friends by the end of the trip even tho we only stayed 4 days here. I will definitely be back and will only stay at this hotel in Sorrento!
