This restaurant and pizzeria is a true gem of Cilento: welcoming, meticulously maintained, and with an atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The cuisine is its true strength: the freshest ingredients, authentic flavors, and dishes prepared with passion and skill. 04/08/2025: Nice place by the sea, a bit noisy. We didn't book and had a bit of a wait. The place isn't very well-maintained; we had octopus and fried calamari as appetizers, but they weren't very tasty. Then for the first course, spaghetti with seafood (very good sauce, but the seafood was sticky, as if it had been pre-cooked and then added to the pasta), and for the second course, mezzé paccheri con il coccio. The portions are generous. With a bottle of water and two desserts, we spent €100, nothing special... given that it's very well-known, I expected something a little better.
04/08/2025: A perfect location for a sundowner-dinner for two. reservation obligate - ask for a table on the seaside. Top-wine-card, and also good for vegetarians!

26/07/2025: Absolutely disastrous experience. We arrived at 8:45 PM and they brought our appetizers right away. The pizzas arrived at 11:00 PM. Three waitresses for three rooms with hundreds of people. Besides the pizza in the room, they also do takeout and delivery. The positive reviews either refer to weekdays or are completely false. Don't go there on weekends.

28/08/2025: I happened to be passing by Via Toledo and tried the classic sfogliata riccia, which was truly delicious and served hot; the coffee was also delicious. I didn't get to try the savory ones, but they looked very inviting. I recommend it.
27/08/2025: A Naples specialty pastry, but disappointing in taste and so greasy that it soaks through 3 layers of paper. Unpleasant service.

15/09/2025: Nice and clean atmosphere. The pizza was good. The panuozzo had some cold pieces (they looked like they'd been taken out of the fridge). I removed them, and it was good. The only downside was that they turned off the air conditioning in the summer. We literally ran away. They turned it on when we asked, but it didn't help.
05/09/2025: A family-run establishment, it offers a nice selection of sandwiches, rotisserie appetizers, panuozzi, and pizzas, all of excellent quality and at fair prices.

20/07/2025: I had a bad experience with the service. I had booked a table, I asked where the table was and if it was available, but every waiter sent us somewhere else. After a quarter of an hour of asking, one waiter replied, "I CAN'T SPEAK TODAY, I'M LEAVING." After that, we left.
05/07/2025: Siamo andati in questo ristorante per la prima volta ieri sera e siamo rimasti pienamente soddisfatti. Abbiamo preso una paella, che avevamo prenotato al mattino, buonissima! Ricca di frutti di mare e gamberi freschi, era per due ma avremmo potuto tranquillamente mangiare in 3! Il locale poi è molto carino, uno spazio all'aperto molto ben tenuto, con tante piante piene di fiori. Il personale garbato, prezzi giusti, considerato che ci troviamo in una località turistica

11/06/2025: The pizza is excellent. The environment is not elegant, but familiar, quiet and well-kept. On the tables there are tablecloths and cloth napkins. The staff is kind and welcoming, always with a smile. The selection of pizzas is wide, I recommend the classic ones rather than the gourmet ones. The wait is limited. On holidays and days before holidays it is always better to book. One flaw: the selection of desserts is limited. Despite this I often go back.
20/05/2025: Guys trust me, we went to this pizzeria to try some of their pizzas, what can I say a great experience, very light dough, ingredients on top of the pizza of excellent quality, impeccable service, always attentive to the needs of the customer, the frittatine are very good, crispy on the outside and very tasty and flavorful on the inside, we tried the classic ones and the cacio e pepe, at the end of the dinner we took the straccetti with Nutella and I can say that they melted in your mouth. I can only tell you to try it because it is superior to many famous pizzerias in the province of Caserta. Congratulations indeed!

19/08/2025: An Italian-French restaurant in Sorbo Serpico We happened upon this delightful restaurant by chance on the August bank holiday. To our surprise, we discovered that the owners and chef are both Italian and French. We sat down and were surrounded by great hospitality, in an oasis of tranquility, courtesy, and kindness. The food was delicious and well-prepared, with just the right amount of flavor, and in a general context that emphasizes the use of salt, it allowed the flavors of the ingredients to shine through without altering their taste. I really enjoyed the escargots, which are hard to find in Italy. I was pleasantly surprised by the perfect blend of gorgonzola and porcini mushrooms, which allowed you to appreciate the flavor of pasta cooked just right al dente. The filet mignon was also excellent, with a mustard sauce that was well-balanced in flavor and saltiness. For dessert: we expected the crème brûlée, which is on the menu, but unfortunately it wasn't available. The baba we were served was a bit disappointing, both for the little-to-no rum-based syrup and the unusual plating, with honey and sprinkles (!) We discovered they also make fondue, and we've made plans to return to try it. A pleasant experience, with light and easily digestible dishes. Highly recommended.
