29/06/2026: Good food and generous portions, and the wait staff were very friendly. It's a shame the location is dated and basic. Still, recommended.

23/05/2026: Pleasant location under the mountains. A bit of a retro place, but the typical dishes are sublime. Homemade pasta, local mushrooms and truffles. Lamb and mixed meats are good quality and cooked to perfection. The owners and waitresses are kind and competent, both in their work and in the preparation of the dishes that arrive. The price is astonishing, from €25 to €30. Lunch includes drinks and desserts. I will return.

25/06/2026: I was at the Tenuta on June 6th for work; I'm a wedding photographer. We were greeted courteously as soon as we arrived. Everything was beautiful and well-managed. Excellent food. The grounds were well-kept. I'm satisfied with my work at this beautiful location.

08/04/2026: Very beautiful location. I had lunch on Easter Monday with friends. We had a really great time, accompanied by a great band. The dining room is very spacious, beautiful, and well-kept. The food was really good and plentiful. The wait staff was always kind and attentive. The owner was very sociable and attentive to his customers.

20/07/2026: I had the misfortune of eating at this restaurant yesterday for lunch, July 19th. The dining room is beautiful, the staff is friendly, but the food is far from perfect. The sciagliatelle with porcini mushrooms was completely saltless and unsightly. The local cutlet was cold inside, with lukewarm, subpar sauce, and tasted inedible. What a terrible experience! I'll never go back, and I don't recommend it to anyone.

09/08/2026: A decidedly negative experience. I'm sorry to have to leave this review, but I believe that courtesy and politeness should be the foundation of any business open to the public. Upon entering and exiting the pastry shop, I greeted people several times with a simple "good morning," without receiving any response from the owner. This isn't the first time this has happened, and honestly, I find this behavior rather unpleasant and disrespectful toward the customer. I certainly don't expect an exaggerated welcome: a simple hello takes a few seconds, but it conveys attention and respect. Repeatedly ignoring those who greet you, however, leaves a feeling of coldness and total disinterest. It's a shame, because the quality of a pastry shop isn't measured solely by what's served at the counter, but also by how the people who walk through the door and leave their money are treated.

04/07/2026: It looks very pretty as a dessert, but the Sfogliatella is all show and no substance. We ordered the chocolate one, and the filling is possibly the worst chocolate-flavored filling I've ever tasted—barely any flavor and with a strange texture. The filo pastry itself was good, though. It's a tourist trap; don't fall for it.

Making everything even more special was the professionalism of Paolo, the waiter: attentive, friendly, and always available, he guided us with discretion and expertise throughout the experience. 25/04/2026: If you've never had a panino at the Giant in Metà di Sorrento, you absolutely must try it. A quality panino enjoyed overlooking the sea; if you can go at sunset, you'll have a wonderful experience.

24/04/2026: I went to Dal Gigante in Meta with my girlfriend, and overall the experience was positive. The sandwich was excellent and well-made, so much so that my girlfriend loved it. I tried the pulled pork: it was good, but a little different from the classic one you're used to, with less BBQ sauce and a slightly drier texture. It's not the best pulled pork I've ever had, but it's still a good and enjoyable sandwich. Overall, it's a good place if you're craving something hearty and carefully made.

07/07/2026: A wonderful place, the view is a slice of paradise. The place is simple and welcoming, as are the friendly staff and owner. The road to get there is a bit winding and uphill, but with a little caution, the place is easily accessible. The pizza is excellent, a delightful mix between Gragnano and Neapolitan. There's ample free parking inside the place, though it's a shame the only problem is the lack of accessibility for people with mobility impairments.

29/05/2026: Excellent pastry shop and bar, with an attached restaurant. You walk in with a tray, but the food is quality, and the staff is excellent. It's also famous for its panettone.
