Il Machiavelli restaurant e lounge

17/08/2024: Abbiamo prenotato questo locale tramite l'app Thefork. Già da quando siamo entrati ho notato i bicchieri sporchi non certamente un bel biglietto da visita tant'è vero che ho chiesto di cambiarmelo.Abbiamo preso 3 primi "la tradizione" ovvero delle linguine al cartoccio ai frutti di mare e una puttanesca di mare. Quando sono arrivati ,devo essere sincero ho storto un po' il naso in quanto il cartoccio era semiaperto, ma vabbè speriamo nel gusto che ahimè non c'era. Linguine insipide e senza sapore,non c'era condimento e quindi risultavano asciutte. L'unica cosa buona era il vino. Vista la brutta esperienza col primo abbiamo deciso di pagare ed andare via.
P.S. non si sa per quale motivo il proprietario abbia cancellato la prenotazione su Thefork infatti lì non posso mettere nessuna recensione. Brutta esperienza da non ripetere.
04/05/2024: Great restaurant. The food was lovely and mostly taken from their own gardens or local. Fresh flowers on each table and just a touch of class with proper napkins and quality glasses,, etc. We had the plancha of meat and cheese, plus they gave us some fried courgette. After , I had the mixed fried sea food while my wife had a simple pasta ragu. Both were wonderful. We tried the wine from the region which was really nice and complimented the meal. Finished with a stunning tiramisu and cafe + a limoncello. It’s not a cheap pizzeria, but is well worth a lookin when in Pompei..

03/03/2024: Beautiful experience! Enchanting place catapulted into the past both in terms of landscape and cuisine, simple food rich in history... Affordable prices. I would like to point out that there was a small misunderstanding regarding the bill, but I assume it's the owner with great professionalism, everything was resolved very kindly, what can I say see you soon!

27/07/2024: Locale molto caratteristico e a mio parere molto bello. Ottimi piatti, dai salumi ai formaggi alla carne e soprattutto il mallone. Una grande scelta di ottimi vini, ci ritornerò ben volentieri.

21/07/2024: Indecent in 2024, hot pasta in plastic is not compliant with the new European law on the transport of food as it is carcinogenic, a 3 kg rind in the Sorrento gnocchi inedible, scarpariello with too much pepper and too much garlic which tasted of fish, pasta and inedible potatoes, zeppole soaked in oil as well as croquettes, french fries without salt cooked in the morning or worse the day before reheated (you could see they were old).
Unacceptable, here it's not a question of "I like it" or "I don't like it", here the basics of cooking are missing, but how dare you bring out this type of food in 2024, I honestly have no words. Even Glovo was shocked when he saw the photos, the operator was incredulous.

Dish 18 euros too much homemade fusilli maximum 14 euros pork fillet 15 euros and it's ok dessert 6 it's ok service 4 euros excellent cuisine but too expensive one person 90 water 2 euros

08/08/2024: One of my favorite restaurants/pizzerias in Battipaglia. The dishes are plentiful and of high quality, the location is welcoming and the staff is uniquely kind.
Prices vary depending on what you consume but they are affordable.

07/08/2024: Palazzo Cifelli is a place where once you enter, you lose track of time. Arriving here for a ceremony, we found ourselves welcomed and overwhelmed by the beauty of both the internal and external places. It was very hot, but the layout of the rooms, under the patio, allowed us to stay cool and with a little girl of just a few months, not to suffer from the heat. Ceremony, very well managed, with exquisite dishes. The internal layout of the tables also seemed really impressive. Perhaps the internal air conditioning should have been regulated slightly better, as the temperature difference with the outside was really huge and the valet asking for change were the only negative points. But overall, everything was beautiful.

27/08/2024: I went with some friends of mine and our pizzas were also served quickly but for my friend's we had to wait more than half an hour and ours became cold in the meantime :/ (anyway the pizzas were quite good)
28/05/2024: Pizza and fried food are all delicious and light, we go there often and what's more the boys and girls who work there are always smiling and helpful! Capriccio you are the best!

16/08/2024: I was on August 15th 2024, a truly horrendous experience, at a cost of €50 per person, inedible food, appetizer with cured meats that had been cut so long ago that the very old cheeses had dried out in the heat, the first course was overcooked and reheated, the second course was unfortunately dry and inedible meat. I will never go back there again. The only positive note is the location surrounded by nature and the care of the place
But with €50 we don't take the place home, rather we went home to cook and eat
