07/06/2026: A shameful experience. After ordering, we waited over two hours without our pizzas arriving at our table. No one bothered to provide a clear explanation or apologize for the delay, demonstrating total disorganization and embarrassing service management. Faced with such an absurd wait and the unprofessional behavior of the staff, we were forced to leave without dinner. The most incredible thing is that we were still charged for our cover charges, even though we hadn't eaten any pizza or finished our meal. A poorly maintained restaurant, terrible service, and virtually nonexistent courtesy. An experience that leaves only a bitter taste and demonstrates a complete lack of respect for customers. I won't be returning, and I strongly advise against this place to anyone expecting even a modicum of organization and attention.

07/06/2026: Beautiful view, but terrible service. We arrived on time with a properly registered reservation, but were completely ignored. After 40 minutes, they took our order, and after over an hour of waiting, we'd only received a portion of fries, while tables arriving after us were being served. At 11:00 PM, we decided to leave. Instead of apologizing, they charged us a cover charge and told us, "It's Saturday night; if you don't want to wait, go to McDonald's." Furthermore, the reservation had been made through TheFork with a discount included in the promotion, but it wasn't even applied to the single drink we received. A very disappointing experience and unprofessional attitude.

31/05/2026: The place is clean and modern, the waiters are professional and the quality of the pastries is good but unfortunately they always play loud, soul-less, commercial pop music which I do not appreciate at all. There is so much good music available. I wish they would understand that not everyone likes to be bombarded with annoying pop songs.

06/04/2026: Very nice place. The staff is really kind, polite, helpful, and fast. The sandwiches and meat are excellent, and the fish is delicious. Prices are reasonable, but everything is good. Location in the center of Praia. The guys are really great. Everything is good.

20/01/2026: Excellent dining experience and very friendly staff. The restaurant's decor is beautiful, with a section filled with photos and messages from customers, including children's drawings. The Chinese-style chandeliers are beautiful: they create a very soft and pleasant atmosphere. Only request: offer only one portion of tuna, sea bass, and a mixed sashimi at lunch, in addition to the salmon, which is already included.

04/02/2026: I had dinner at this restaurant and the food was good. The problem was the waitress's unfortunate outburst. It was dessert time and she placed the plate in front of me. She smiled and said, "Did I see correctly?" Everyone at the table stopped to listen to what was happening. I asked, "What?" And she said, "Are you waiting?" My answer was, "No." She said, "Oh, so I guessed wrong. I'll have the liqueur added to your dessert as per the recipe." Imagine my embarrassment at being mistaken for a pregnant woman, with everyone at the table listening to what we were saying. Spoiler alert: it was pre-menstrual water retention, which is a physiological phenomenon and shouldn't be the concern of the wait staff. There could be a thousand reasons why a person has abdominal swelling: constipation, colitis, endometriosis, etc., and it's certainly not the waitress's job to point it out to everyone. There are also many ways to find out if someone can't eat foods with liqueur: ask the person to move away from the table and speak aside, point out at the table that there is liqueur in the food. But do I have to suggest how to use common sense and a little tact with people? Is it possible that in 2026 comments are still made about women's bodies, and by a woman at that? I wanted to tell her these things about people, but she didn't even bother to apologize, she continued to... Laughing around the place as if nothing had happened. Do you think that with words you hurt people and ruin an evening, embarrassing me among friends and colleagues? Or do you think that with a laugh everything will be fixed? The other waiters were kind and discreet, as befits their role. I recommend a course for her on how to treat customers and how to fix your mistakes. Pretending nothing has happened is never a good thing.

12/04/2026: The waiter was only friendly to people he knew or identified as Italian. It felt very strange, especially since we were paying for the service and the coffee. We weren't pushing, we were on vacation after all—but being ignored for an extended period and only taking orders from other guests who arrived much later was a power play that was undignified and childish.

18/03/2026: The products are good, but the professionalism of some of the staff leaves much to be desired. "I went to this bar and had a delicious dessert. Unfortunately, due to my mistake (I spilled coffee at the counter), I was treated like a burden! While one barista was very kind and remade it for me right away, his colleague started grumbling and treating me poorly, despite my complete willingness to clean and my apologies. When she came out to clean, I offered to do it myself if she'd give me some paper, but she completely ignored me, cleaned in silence, and left without saying a word. The food may be good, but politeness and customer service are just as important."

08/06/2026: Unfortunately, I can't give it 5 stars like I did a year ago. We stopped for dinner because we had such a good meal last year, so we came back. We ordered a veal escalope with a portion of fries, then a veal rib with a green salad. They served the escalope drowned in oil instead of creamy sauce, and it lacked salt. The best part was when they served the fries "10 minutes after the escalope." I asked for the sauce, but it didn't arrive. In the meantime, I realized there was a lot of hair in the middle of the fries. I told the waiter, and he took the plate back, but I had previously made marks on three fries. Not even 2 minutes later, the other fries arrived, but I realized they were still the ones with my marks, which I had browned and put back in the oil for the second time. I told the waiter, and he dismissed it with an air of indifference, telling me that those had been changed. But when I told him I had made marks, he took the plate back. It was a terrible experience, never had it at any restaurant. I don't recommend it.

02/06/2026: A truly surreal experience. We came in for an aperitif while waiting to be able to dine. The place was open, but it was as if it were an "invisible" opening. We sat for over an hour without even seeing a waiter come to our table. We even asked an employee who was setting up the restaurant area (part of the same building) for directions, but despite this, no one showed up to take an order or even ask if we needed anything. We finally got up and left, and the most incredible thing was that no one noticed our presence or our exit. Meanwhile, we observed about ten people sitting at a table eating, apparently members of the staff. Inside the restaurant, we could hear the owner arguing loudly with others. A truly astonishing organization. As customers, we felt completely ignored. An experience we unfortunately cannot recommend.

21/03/2026: We spent an incredibly warm and delicious evening here ❤️ The atmosphere is cozy and romantic, just the right way to slow down and enjoy the moment with your loved one. The cuisine was a special treat. The seafood was simply amazing: fresh, perfectly cooked, rich in flavor, and beautifully presented. Each dish looked like a miniature work of art and was truly a delight. Thank you for this evening, for your attention to detail, and for the memories you'll cherish. We'll definitely be back again ✨

12/02/2026: It seemed like all the dishes/courses tasted the same, a strange flavor. After a few pieces, I lost the desire to continue eating. The cooked food was awful, and it tasted equally peculiar, ugly, and unpleasant. Furthermore, some of the dishes we wrote about were brought to us after we requested them, and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant. I don't recommend it.

06/01/2026: I find it very difficult to review this experience. As for the food, there's nothing to complain about; the sandwiches and pinsas were good, definitely 5-star. As for the service, unfortunately, I have to complain about a serious lack. Why only 2 stars: we ordered 1 potato, 2 pinsas, and 4 sandwiches. After a 15-minute wait, the potatoes arrived, and then nothing. The first sandwich arrived half an hour later, and the next ones arrived 15-20 minutes later. Basically, when the first of us had finished his dish, the last one was supposed to start. Given the current situation, we carefully avoided ordering anything else. What left me most perplexed was the feeling that if you're friends with one of the waiters or the owner, you get served first and better. Otherwise, I can't explain why two tables of young people who arrived after us, clearly friends of the waiters, were served before us. I don't even accept the excuse that the place was full. When you've been in business for over 10 years and you don't know how to handle a full place, maybe you should reconsider. The atmosphere is pleasant; the only thing I can think of is to make the stools a couple of centimeters lower. I'm looking forward to another visit this summer.
