23/03/2025: Siamo andati a provare il locale sabato 22 marzo con altri 3 amici, due celiaci e due no. L'esperienza é stata veramente pessima : 1)In un panino senza glutine abbiamo trovato quello "qualcosa" , a fine serata ci é stato detto che era "probabilmente " un pezzo di spugna !!! 2) io e l'altra ragazza celiaca abbiamo finito di stare male solo oggi ( mattinata del giorno seguente ) 3) al conto, non hanno voluto togliere dallo scontrino il panino che non abbiamo potuto mangiare perché vista la contaminazione della spugna !! Ma ci hanno fatto solo uno sconto di 10 euro .... Veramente assurdi 4 ) quando abbiamo pagato hanno sbagliato a fare i conti e ci hanno fatto pagare più di quello che doveva essere il conto ( al netto delle 10 euro di sconto ) e quando glielo abbiamo fatto notare ci hanno risposto " imparate a fare i conti "... Mai provato un locale peggiore di questo ! Pensaci due volte prima di andarci a mangiare e se sei celiaco, per la tua incolumità , non pensarci proprio e vai altrove

05/06/2025: We were in Scilla for a few days but we would never have left Lido Francesco, I have never found such kindness and courtesy from Francesco and all his numerous staff. He delighted us with excellent menus starting from giant swordfish or octopus sandwiches, fried fish and mixed fruit, all really well prepared and with incredible speed you can tell there is a professional kitchen. Impeccable service, they even bring everything under the umbrella for the laziest, Francesco is an exquisite person, he pampered us and satisfied our every request always with a smile, which is not always a given. If you have to choose one of the bathing establishments on the large beach of Scilla this is the best.

22/02/2025: Il posto è carino, ma non ci andate per mangiare. Menù improvvisato in quanto "lo chef stava poco bene ed è andato via". Antipasto di scarsa qualità e quantità (il prosciutto emanava cattivo odore). I secondi di carne buoni ma troppo cari. Nonostante avessimo prenotato per una persona celiaca non avevano antipasti caldi per lei e ci è stato comunque addebitato l' intera portata.

31/03/2025: Ho avuto il piacere di cenare in questa pizzeria e devo dire che è stata un’esperienza fantastica! La pizza era davvero eccezionale: croccante, ben cotta e con ingredienti freschi e di qualità. Il menù offre una vasta scelta, adatta a tutti i gusti, e ogni piatto è preparato con cura. Il servizio è stato impeccabile, con il personale molto accogliente e attento. L’ambiente è piacevole e accogliente, perfetto per una serata in compagnia. Se siete amanti della pizza, questo posto è assolutamente da provare! Tornerò sicuramente!

04/05/2025: C'era un gruppo di giovani dietro di me e le loro pizze sembravano discrete, ma come ristorante lo eviterei. La pasta era discreta: delle quattro opzioni sul menu ce n'era solo una disponibile, ma il secondo piatto era un disastro. Ho ordinato il merluzzo che era stracotto e sono convinto non fosse nemmeno fresco: era come mangiare gomma, ho dovuto lasciarlo. Molto deludente.

08/02/2025: Today I have to, unfortunately, give a negative review. I had asked for a pistachio lobster but the waitress insisted on offering me the pistachio croissant. The problem is that it was semi-raw, vomiting. Then they don't have wholemeal croissants.

26/01/2025: 01/26/2025..unfortunately we Celiacs are penalized! Let me start by saying that I had called a few weeks before asking for information... I was told that some things had to be ordered but other things like the croissant I would easily find. Tonight I'm going with my husband... I ask if you could have an aperitif, the lady replies saying she doesn't have anything and that to have the aperitif I should have called a day in advance, because gluten-free products cannot be displayed! So I'll call a day before to tell her that maybe tomorrow I'll want to have an aperitif! (Ironic)

12/04/2025: Qualità del cibo veramente mediocre, il pesce probabilmente tutto congelato ed in verità anche la qualità dei piatti scadente, molta apparenza ma dal gusto inesistente. Personale poco preparato ed anche antipatico, in particolare una signora dai capelli ricci rossastri/ramati, forse la responsabile. Assolutamente sconsigliato.

31/03/2025: ¡No estoy bromeando! La pizza vegetariana fue la mejor que he probado. Fue difícil decidirse porque todas sus pizzas son originales y tentadoras. Otros en mi grupo pidieron pasta o pescado, y todos disfrutaron inmensamente de sus cenas. Reggio Calabria está muy lejos de California, pero tengo que volver y probar las otras pizzas y entradas para la cena. ¿He mencionado que las cervezas también son maravillosas?

24/05/2025: What can I say? ... It was a pleasant evening, the place is warm and welcoming and the staff is really kind, they met us on everything. The wait for our pizzas was normal considering the place was full and there were 7 of us, and the pizzas are really super, no heaviness as soon as you get up from the table but only a really healthy satiety, the dough is really a cloud without counting the flavor of the same, truly a fantastic pizza.. I didn't take photos of the other pizzas because they were devoured before time 😂 if you pass through Palmi and want a good PIZZA spending the right amount, I recommend you stop here...
