15/11/2025: I found a hair in my fries, and the lady, quite rudely, not only didn't apologize, but didn't even take it off my bill, even pretending she didn't have change. The kebab was awful, and the staff was rude.
And to think I even went back a second time, just to give it another chance... but nothing: in both cases, only disappointment. Poorly maintained establishments, zero customer service, and no willingness to resolve issues that should be taken seriously.
I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
14/11/2025: It's always a pleasure to return to Dunya (and have been for years). Tasty, quality products, more than fair prices, friendly staff, a welcoming place, and reasonably quick service even when it's packed.

27/09/2025: We dined outdoors in a very welcoming setting, amidst decorative lights and well-kept trees.
Everything was very clean and tidy;
the staff was helpful, professional, and attentive to customer requests;
very fast service.
The mixed fried appetizer was good, but could be improved; the pizza (4 different ones) was well-leavened with excellent quality ingredients;
the dessert: tiramisu and caramel cheesecake were truly delicious.
The yeast-raised weizen beer was very good.
The price was fair.
A beautiful and relaxing evening, worth repeating!!!
03/09/2025: The setting was really beautiful, with trees and lights. Being outdoors, despite the crowds, it was very quiet, which I appreciated. We ordered three pizzas to share, and each one was better than the last. I recommend the one with zucchini cream. We also ordered a mixed fried food, which was good, but I would have made it a little larger. The prices were fair! I recommend it.

THE PUBLISHED PRICES DO NOT CORRESPOND TO REALITY. YOU WRITE THAT THE SIDE DISH COSTS €3.50 AND THEN PAY €4.00 FOR IT, AND YOU CHARGE €5.00 FOR THE FRUIT SALAD INSTEAD OF €4.00.

26/10/2025: Terrible experience. We sat down at 7:45 PM and ordered four pizzas and a portion of fries (which arrived promptly).
The pizzas arrived at 9 PM (after asking).
For practically an hour, they only did takeout, while everyone in the dining room waited.
In the end, we went to pay and they couldn't find our order!
Highly discouraged in my opinion.

09/12/2025: Everything was fine, the staff were very friendly. The breakfast was really good.
20/09/2025: Unfortunately, the room hadn't been cleaned. There was dust on the tables, and in the bathroom there was a used bar of soap, contact lenses and dental floss in the wastebasket, and mosquito larvae in the toilet. Overall, the rooms are apparently neglected and old. Breakfast is good but limited, and the hours are limited. At the end of the day, when we returned, mosquitoes were in the room; I imagine they entered during cleaning.

13/08/2025: I just tasted one of their cakes as a guest at a birthday party. It was beautiful and beautifully detailed. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the taste. I asked the birthday boy and was told it was supposed to be a milk cream and Nutella flavor. Unfortunately, the Nutella was nonexistent. The taste was very sickening and nauseating. Almost all cream. The sponge cake, however, was excellent.

I really don't understand how anyone can give a five-star review... besides the fact that not everything has to appeal to everyone's taste buds... it's really... well, people: cold meat, stale bread, ketchup and mayonnaise... that's the whole concoction... it ended up in the trash - I didn't want to waste a day of my vacation on the possibility of feeling bad after eating that lump of fat... So I definitely don't recommend it.

31/08/2025: Embarrassingly, when I got there, I decided to order two takeout pizzas: a sausage and fries, and an optional pizza with salami and fries.
It was truly a shame to pay €18; it was absolutely not worth the price.
Paying €10 for the salami and fries is truly ridiculous. I'm writing this review because I felt completely cheated; the only positive thing is that at least they had cut it.

27/08/2025: Delicious pizza, well-made. There's a wide variety of pizzas, a spacious and quiet place, and friendly and discreet staff. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a pleasant evening away from the chaos of the city.
19/08/2025: Excellent pizza! It's a shame we had to wait over half an hour for a single takeout pizza, and the place was almost empty.
Nonetheless, the deliciousness of the pizza made up for the long wait.

From the welcome to the small details, to serious oversights: dishes were served without bread or condiments, arriving only after repeated requests and a wait of over 10 minutes. Two dishes were served without the expected chicken breast, but it was still charged to the bill, without any explanation. The final price was inflated by questionable items, such as bottled water evidently refilled from the tap. Children's entertainment is either nonexistent or completely neglected. On a Saturday night with the restaurant half-empty, one would expect at least some attention and care: a decisive change in mentality is needed.

19/10/2025: Absolutely avoid this pizzeria. I'm not good at making pizzas. I ordered three Margherita pizzas by phone, one with sausage and potatoes. I recommend a little tomato sauce and they're well cooked. Instead, the pizza chef did it his way. He had plenty of tomato sauce and raw potatoes. Unfortunately, this happens when ignorant people work.
