Ndujamo In Praia a mare

We went to eat here on the recommendation of our partner hotel. The meat appetizer and first courses were plentiful and delicious. I would have preferred more traditional cured meats.

A well-kept and welcoming restaurant. We had made a reservation and were given a table on the veranda. Unfortunately, however, on a particularly muggy evening, the seating was uncomfortable: there was only one fan on the entire veranda, insufficient to cool such a large space. The staff was kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout the dinner, even trying to accommodate an off-menu request. We ordered four sandwiches, which were delicious and made with quality ingredients. While waiting, we asked for a portion of fries and a calamari platter (forgoing the shrimp on the menu). The biggest disappointment was this dish: the portion was very small, with very little calamari, definitely not proportionate to the €20 price tag. The final bill was around €110 for four people, including four sandwiches, a single shared fried dish, and drinks. Overall, while I appreciate the quality of the ingredients and the courtesy of the staff, I didn't find the quality/price ratio adequate. For a family dinner, the prices seem quite high compared to what you actually get. A decent experience, but one that's unlikely to make me want to return.

Nice place, we had made a reservation and they reserved a table for us on the veranda. It was a very muggy evening, and there was only a fan trying to cool the tables, obviously unsuccessfully. We ordered four sandwiches, average price €14 per sandwich... While waiting, we ordered fried calamari. The menu listed it as calamari and shrimp (all frozen) for the modest price of €20. I had read in the reviews that the portions were generous. I asked if it was possible to have only calamari, and they obliged. Seven small squid rings and two small squid heads arrived at the table. The whole thing barely filled the center of a plate. There were four of us, and for €20, we barely tasted and tasted the dish. The price was absolutely outrageous for what they offer, objectively. The sandwich ingredients are also good, but spending €115 for four people to barely taste frozen fried calamari, eat a sandwich, and drink water or a small soft drink is objectively too much. I wouldn't go back (and I don't think I will).

Very good food, quiet and very nice atmosphere. Excellent value for money.

If you want to dine in a restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere, professional staff, and dishes that make you want to eat them with your eyes, this is the restaurant for you. If you're in Praja, you can't miss it.

You eat well, especially the fish dishes

The restaurant is located in the city center and is easily accessible. The meat appetizer was delicious but with few cured meats, the chicken salad was good, and the vegetarian sandwich was very good but with perhaps too much arugula. I would have added a few more courgettes. Since it was €10, I think the price is worth it. The service was friendly, even though they forgot to serve drinks. All in all, it was a pleasant evening.

I don't understand the negative reviews. We just had dinner there and were very satisfied! We highly recommend it.
