The gluten-free ice cream was a pleasant surprise! Creamy, flavorful, and with a perfect texture, it doesn't disappoint at all. If it weren't for the excellent ice cream I wouldn't recommend it anymore, I'm sorry... Unfortunately, it has taken a drastic decline... Both in the maintenance of the place, especially the outside, which is very unkempt, but above all the employees and I don't know if the owner was at the cash register. I went last night and got 2 ice creams around 9pm, there weren't many people... I go to the cash register, he barely looks me in the face, I pay, not a thank you, not a smile, not a word, he didn't give me the receipt but threw it on top... Then with 5/6 people at the counter there was only one girl serving, quite listless, then another one arrived who wanted anything but to stand there and work. But a smile, some respect towards the customer, given that an ice cream ended up costing almost 4 euros... 3.80 for an average ice cream to be precise... No? There are so many people who need to work and those who have work don't care, and in Pescara there are many like that, what a good impression we make with tourists...mha... I can understand the shifts it was evening, I understand everything but if you have people you have to have staff and the staff must be kind to the customers not that they are doing you a favor by preparing you an ice cream, it's not good... Try to improve as advice because the ice cream is really worth it, it's the side dish that needs to be reviewed.... I'm sorry, it's a shame
