11/07/2025: For our first time, we ordered a cold cuts platter, a portion of fries (quite generous, actually, and very good), a whole Margherita pizza, water, and a Coke, for a total of €37. Everything was very good; the service wasn't the fastest, but it was prompt and friendly. The seating was quite comfortable, and even though the tables were quite close together (we were inside), you could talk without shouting. The menu is truly intriguing; next time, we'll try the cutlet, wife's advice...

02/07/2025: Abundant and well-garnished dishes with excellent quality meats and vegetables. 🥩🍗Very helpful, attentive and kind guys.. excellent choice of beers 🍺🍻 and desserts 🍰🧁 normal prices. Must try 😜👋👍

27/08/2025: An unexpected bar for a unique lunch break. This bar offers classic toasted sandwiches and sandwiches, as well as a variety of salads (with avocado and other unusual ingredients) and some traditional Chinese dishes like Cantonese rice, ravioli, and even hurricane rice. In my opinion, the food is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the atmosphere is lovely, especially the terrace.

06/04/2025: First and last time I order from this pizzeria 40 minutes for delivery I order a devil with zola and fries €11.50 raw chips, the pizza arrives with peppers, I call to point out that they made a mistake, initially they tell me we'll do it again, then after a while they call me back and tell me the devil is with peppers so you keep it so we don't do it again Also very poor quality spicy salami

19/08/2025: A modern and well-kept place. From the outside, it looks more like a lounge bar than a pizzeria, but that's a matter of taste. The oval pizza is good, but ruined by the excruciating wait. I don't think it's possible to wait an hour with the place half empty. They probably prioritize takeout, though we didn't see many pizzas leaving, so the slow pace remains a mystery. A couple at the next table, who frequent the place, informed us that the wait has always been long... Friendly service, although when we pointed out that the beers had become undrinkable after an hour, aside from an apology, nothing was done. We won't be returning.

02/06/2025: Pessime esperienze! Il personale non ci sa fare! Sono sempre in ritardo e spesso restano senza impasto!! L’ultima volta abbiamo atteso un’ora per due pizze. C’era chi attendeva da più tempo! Rimandavano indietro quelli che avevano prenotato e tenevano quelli che entravano senza prenotazione. Erano le persone in attesa a dover spiegare che non c’erano più impasti! In altri posti di solito si fa almeno il gesto di offrire qualcosa per scusarsi del disagio.. se aspetti una pizza più di un’ora come minimo non te la faccio pagare..o almeno ti offro qualcosa..invece il nulla assoluto. Pessimi in tutti i sensi!!

29/06/2025: Never again! €25 menu... half a slice of bread with tomato, half a slice of bread with sausage, a starter of beans and cereals, two thin medals of meat and peas and... STOP! Two jugs of wine for 40 people, two cokes and a few bottles of water. At the end of the evening the owner made us pay separately for the amaro... €2!!! SCANDALOUS

I had kindly asked for it to be well cooked since the last two times they delivered it to me it was a bit raw... but the third time the pizza delivery guy was really upset about the impression they made... (Just as they struggle to make it to the end of the month, we customers struggle too... but above all we don't steal...

29/08/2025: Absolutely avoid!!! I bought a sfogliatella frolla and the cream inside was sour and rancid and a strange orange color!! They risk poisoning their customers like this!! Shame on you! I hope they get a visit from the NAS soon and close down. They don't even deserve a single star.

14/08/2025: On August 14, 2025, I bought two sfogliatelle, I rushed through everything so as not to miss the train. Just before leaving, I took the sfogliatelle out of the bag and immediately noticed a strange smell. I opened them and found purple ricotta inside. I congratulated them.

23/04/2025: Bella giornata di Pasquetta trascorsa con famiglia e amici. Siamo stati davvero bene e ringrazio tutto il personale per averci accolto con tanto garbo e premura. Piatti deliziosi con materie prime del posto, ottimi ingredienti sapientemente calibrati dallo chef. Abbiamo gradito tutto, dagli antipasti, ai tortelli alla zucca, alle mezze maniche con carciofi, asparagi e guanciale, per arrivare alla grigliata mista, tutto buonissimo. Buono anche il vino prodotto nella loro azienda agricola, ne abbiamo comprato qualche bottiglia da portar via. Il posto è immerso nel verde quindi molto rilassante, i bambini si sono divertiti a giocare sul prato. Prezzi nella media ma assolutamente onesti, vista la qualità dei prodotti. Complimenti per la gestione, torneremo certamente

01/05/2025: Tutte le volte che torniamo a Rapallo è un classico fermarci da Tossini (sia questo punto vendita vicino alla chiesa principale, sia l'altro, vicino alla stazione, molto più grande, che è anche bar e che molti recensori poco attenti confondono con questo) per comperare in particolare l'ottima focaccia, come pure piatti pronti (anche se l'assortimento è maggiore nell'altro negozio). Tutto molto buono.

16/07/2025: A very nice ice cream parlor. The location is a bit inconvenient, however, as there's another ice cream parlor right next door. However, I have to say, this one is much better. The staff was very attentive and made the ice cream with great care. The ice cream was delicious.

09/08/2025: I'm writing this review with a bitter taste in my mouth, referring to the new management and subsequent name change to "Heart." On Friday, August 1st, some friends and I ordered a round of vodka martinis, and were literally served water with a little martini added. We changed the drink for gin and lemon because we didn't like it (confirmed by one of the bartenders, who shared our opinion that the drink was poorly made), and the situation seemed to improve. We had a second and final round of drinks: a total of around one hundred euros spent at the table, and they didn't even bring us chips, which we had to ask for ourselves (embarrassing, given the celebration for the new management). But let's get to the part that most disappointed me... At 12:06 AM, the square was still crowded with people. I asked to use the bathroom, but was immediately stopped by a girl who, despite my invitation to clean the bathroom myself (I have no problem putting on gloves and cleaning), rudely shooed me away, telling me they were already cleaning the bathrooms and that "I could urinate behind the tree in the square." I, who am not an animal, obviously declined the invitation and waited until they got home. Speechless. Not recommended, I will never set foot in there again.

07/01/2025: We spent New Year's Eve in this restaurant. The place is basically a veranda closed with sheets that let in drafts, my feet were frozen all evening. As for the food, the appetizers were decent, the first course was paccheri with seafood ragù, the ragù was good, the paccheri were overcooked (and it takes a lot to overcook the paccheri!), the second course, risotto with champagne was tasteless, completely without salt and above all without champagne! The second course, sea bream fillet was good but the potatoes on top were raw. The apple pie was good but frozen, but the thing that really left me speechless were the lentils, the big ones from discount stores, dry, mushy, completely without salt, unpresentable and inedible, in fact everyone left them. A positive note was the service, kind and polite girls/boys I don't think we'll be returning to this restaurant again

01/01/2025: A delicious New Year's Eve in Pompeii How can I not leave an excellent review for this place, where we were truly welcomed like family without neglecting professionalism, accompanied by good music as soon as we arrived Antonio one of the owners immediately welcomed us like family, the super active staff, but the jewel in the crown was Gianluca the Chef also one of the owners who delighted and pampered us with his splendid and tasty fish-based cuisine, all fresh, cooked to perfection but with flavors above many other places in Pompeii, highly recommended. Well done guys, I can only recommend everyone to taste your delicacies THE TOP of the cuisine, the welcome, the cleanliness, the elegance and professionalism. Well done. Well done.
