29/06/2025: We went to this "pizzeria" tonight for a friend's birthday. We ordered from the kitchen rather than the oven: we were unlucky. Ambience: 80s/90s, which I personally don't mind, but without care and cleanliness. They placed us on the veranda where two large air conditioners stood out, not working. On a very hot evening they opened the windows and put a couple of fans. The result was not disastrous but not comfortable either, given the prices. Food: I paid over 55 euros for home-made food and badly cooked to boot. After a passable tomato bruschetta (but the bread is from a local bakery, not theirs), I had penne alla boscaiola in which the pasta was overcooked, the mushrooms were practically non-existent and there was an excess of cream that covered everything together with some scraps of cooked ham and some peas. If I had wanted a pasta with cream, ham and peas (badly cooked to boot) I would have made other choices. The result was that my mouth was filled with cream. The final blow was with the fried fish (a whopping 18 euros): a few squid and a few shrimp with a few tragically shriveled lettuce leaves. The batter was coming off and the consistency of this frozen fish was almost the same as that of a gingham, a sign that the raw material was not of quality and the frying was done badly. Inedible squid rings, shrimp probably fried and refried. In addition, some of my companions had ordered a fried vegetable dish that had the same problems and was inedible. Furthermore, the batter was dotted with black spots that indicated that the cooking oil had not been changed correctly, fish and vegetables had been fried in the same oil (which should not be done) and at too low a temperature. For 18-20 euros in Livorno they give me a very abundant dish with fresh fish and correct and light frying. Same problem with the French fries: few, small and badly cooked. If you don't know how to do things, they shouldn't be on the menu. For a personal bill of 57 euros (and with a receipt that indicated 57 euros for pizza and not the individual courses, another irregular and unprofessional thing) an experience absolutely NOT to be repeated, also considering that this place is in Quinto and not in Piazza della Signoria in Florence. The service was unprofessional and slow as well as inadequate for the bill paid, but also for a Festa dell'Unità: ten minutes to have a bottle of water changed or to have bread, and the place was semi-deserted. Long pauses between one course and another. No customer care. Waitress who didn't even know the dishes on the menu, who addressed 70-year-olds with the informal "tu" (I may be a bit old-fashioned, but in my day an 18-year-old would address someone so much older) and who then, bored, stood at the side of the room in a corner with her cell phone and cigarette in her hand. Unacceptable for any place. Conclusion: STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED

16/07/2025: In a medieval setting, we ate delicious fettuccine with chanterelle mushrooms, cherry tomatoes, and basil. The chanterelle mushrooms were a wonderful discovery for me. A mixed grill of good meats. The Slalom draft beer is a must-try. Good value for money. More than friendly service. Recommended.

10/05/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante spinte dalle recensioni, che non hanno deluso e e anzi hanno superato le aspettative, il locale è molto carino, il personale gentilissimo, ma il top del top sono i piatti, abbiamo preso delle tagliatelle di farro fantastiche, penne ai ceci neri super buone, e un dolce senza latte vegano, fatto di pasta frolla e crema di cacao SPETTACOLARE!!! Da provare assolutamente! CONSIGLIATISSIMO

08/05/2025: tutti sono gentilissimi e disponibili a rispondere ad eventuali domande o richieste. una selezione di menù per accontentare i gusti di tutti ma soprattutto tutto davvero buono! e poi l’atmosfera è accogliente e bellissima, soprattutto se si mangia all’esterno. lgbtqia+ friendly. ci torneremo!

22/07/2025: Overall, the atmosphere was nice. I've stopped here more than a few times. On Saturdays, it was a bit crowded for breakfast, and the service was consequently a bit slow. Every now and then, I'd meet a young woman, Martina, if I'm not mistaken—a compliment to her, always smiling and friendly. The best staff.

08/07/2025: I love it. A place to gather, listen to good music, and chat. And of course, drink. My only request is that they officially put the "Fragoloso" in the cardapio 🙏🏼💜 that one lets me consume alcohol and not other things haha ​​very kind! I wish the famous Miscatena many years of life! 🎉

06/07/2025: Location: 7/10 Pleasant space, with a decent pool and an outdoor area that lends itself well to summer evenings. Nothing memorable, but just the right amount of attention. Service: 8/10 The staff is the real strong point: young, lively and prepared guys, always smiling and available. Congratulations indeed. Food and quality: 3/10 Unfortunately, the level of cuisine is not in line with the prices. The pizza with porcini mushrooms and sausage (€9) was disappointing: mushrooms clearly from a jar, put raw and cold, with their classic water that ruined everything, plastic sausage. The pizza with pistachio and salmon (€11) had a bitter pistachio and the taste of salmon was practically absent. The French fries (small portion €4) were soft, dark and greasy, a clear sign that the oil is not changed often. The beer (€5) was served ice cold in frozen glasses, the only positive note. Final bill: €33 for 2 pizzas, 1 beer and 1 portion of chips, with a €4 cover charge. Prices of a gourmet restaurant, but quality of a lazy pizzeria. Conclusion: Excellent service, good location, but the cuisine must grow a lot if it wants to bear the weight of the price. Currently, you pay more than you eat.

12/08/2025: By far the worst Chinese food I've ever had. We were served instant ramen, the "chicken with vegetables" was completely tasteless, and the vegetables were mushrooms and bamboo shoots from a jar/can. Many people say that at least the food is cheap—I could have at least had the prepackaged ramen at home for 2 euros.

11/07/2025: The price had a negative impact on the place. Truly exorbitant prices. There was nothing under €10, except for a supplì for €4-5. Simple pizzas started at €10, even a simple Margherita. Otherwise, the place had many rooms and was very nice. Clean bathrooms.

Oggi sabato 24/05/2025 ci vado alle 21.55 per un paio di birre ed è chiuso, BUIO (non appena chiuso con qualcuno che pulisce....chiuso e basta, deserto) e, soprattutto..: SENZA alcun avviso.....di sabato sera.... Penoso

06/04/2025: Tremendamente cara! È una semplice margherita con mozzarella e pomodoro €6.20 e sottile nemmeno 1/2 centimetro.. mi spiace siete ai primi mesi di nuova gestione ma .. c’è di meglio
