20/12/2025: While the food was fantastic, delicious, and beautiful to look at, unfortunately the negative review goes to the location and the booking service. I booked expecting to be upstairs in the main room, which is clearly the most beautiful and attractive in the restaurant. Instead, I was placed in a cellar, underground, incredibly damp, cold, and smelly (it was the only table available, by the way). It would have been better to know this when booking, because I would have definitely changed the date. It's a shame, because the food was good.
16/12/2025: How lovely. A beautiful place, well-decorated, with just the right lighting, everything was well-thought out. Perfect service, friendly and helpful staff. The food is quality, thoughtfully prepared and it shows, and I'd say the value for money is more than fair. I recommend the baked pumpkin; I really enjoyed it.

I recommend it to those who want to eat an excellent ice cream. There is also vegan ice cream.

20/10/2025: Tiramisu was very tasty. Pizza was okay. Minestrone was unfortunately not tasty.
The service was very neutral and could be more cordial. Nice decor and plenty of space.

24/09/2025: There was a lot of delicious food. The staff was polite. There was a good selection, and it was constantly updated.
I didn't like that the names and ingredients weren't listed. For example, I didn't try a lot of things because I didn't know what kind of meat they were made with, as I don't eat pork.
The women's restroom was very dirty; the toilet wouldn't flush.

19/05/2025: Era un po' che non ci andavo ma c'ero stato anni fa, ieri partecipato ad una comunione quindi bella occasione per tornarci. Il locale è grande ed accogliente, il personale gentile, si mangia bene, porzioni generose e bene anche il servizio nonostante la confusione.
Unica nota i bagni, sarebbero veramente da risistemare. Almeno una pulita ed una imbiancata, muffa e ragnatele in abbondanza.
Peccato, avrei dato 5 pallini

The real highlights of this place are the owners and waiters, all very talented, young, kind, and friendly! The highlight of Canarute Poggiofranco is definitely the brain teaser. Every Thursday at 9 pm, this wonderful evening begins with quizzes and prizes, including a discount on dinner the following Thursday. Here, I can't help but mention Antonio, a real discovery, the host of Brain Teaser, who also serves as a waiter on other days. The format is already very stimulating and fun, but Antonio makes everything better! You can't miss it!

I prezzi sono onesti, il servizio è giovane e dinamico e si mangia bene.
Buona scelta dei vini.
Il filetto di manzo è strepitoso.
Finalmente ho mangiato un bigolo all'anitra come da tradizione, con carne a pezzi e non tritata.
Gustosi e delicati.
Avevo chiesto il parmigiano ma non è mai arrivato, unica nota negativa ma che non ha cambiato il livello della serata.
Promossi come sempre.

Not only for its stunning location, immersed in the natural beauty of the Rieti hills, crafted with simplicity and elegance, but also for its truly delicious cuisine, made with expertly prepared, high-quality ingredients. Papilla combines attention to the local area, research, and curiosity: the result is interesting, fun, delicious, and authentic dishes. I recommend the fish appetizers. The service deserves special mention: attentive to customer needs and meticulous.
The price is truly more than fair. Well done.
