05/10/2025: I didn't eat so I'm not judging but the customer service is definitely very low. It took me two hours to be called back for a table after they had made me sit right at the till where everyone was watching you and you had to be careful that they didn't trip and end up on your table.

21/09/2025: Pizzeria San Gennaro in Cariati Marina is a true delight for pizza lovers. The pizzas are large, thick, easy to digest, and come in a wide variety: there's something for everyone! The atmosphere is charming and welcoming, perfect for a pleasant evening. Excellent pizza, definitely worth returning for.

06/06/2025: Unfortunately my experience was not positive. The ice cream had a strange consistency, almost watery, and the flavors were not very defined, almost tasteless. I was also not convinced by the brioche: dry, not very fragrant and it seemed not to be from the day. With all the quality ice cream shops in the area, I definitely expected more seeing the positive reviews. I don't think I'll be back.

11/09/2025: The lodge is right in front of the first chairlift stop (where the fun bobsleigh starts). The staff is incredibly friendly, the atmosphere is beautiful, everything is very clean, and the food is excellent. Stopping to say hello to "Mora," the owner's puppy, is a must.

09/09/2025: Nestled in the Dolomites. What can I say... good wine, good company, attentive customers, refreshments, and recommended dishes. Obviously, the prices are higher than those in the city, but we're in the Dolomites, and that's fair enough.

18/09/2025: It's ideal for spending evenings drinking and chatting. I don't like the food. But I don't really see it as a place to eat. It's a place to go for a drink. Friendly staff.

25/08/2025: They basically ruined our evening! On August 19th, we wanted something to eat before the Folklore Festival and were drawn to this pub. We were a group of seven and ordered three plates of fried food and seven sandwiches. Even though the place still had free tables, the manager had correctly warned us that it would take a while, so we agreed to wait and sat down. A customer revealed that, not expecting a particularly large crowd that evening, the owners had decided to limit the staff, and in fact there was only one waitress who was (innocently) going crazy between orders and tables. However, there is no excuse for the following: after over an hour, the first plate of fried food arrived (six onion rings, which seemed frozen), and then, slowly, the other two. The sandwiches, however, were a disaster: the first one arrived after almost two hours, and the other five arrived within 20 minutes. One of the sandwiches, however, had been forgotten, and after pointing it out to the waitress, we were ignored. Another 10 minutes passed, and after two and a half hours of waiting, we realized that other tables were being served without a problem. We asked for an explanation, but the answers were vague and absurd: "It's coming out," "We're reheating the meat," "It takes a long time to prepare." Eventually, seeing as no solution or apology was forthcoming, we decided to leave, one sandwich short, but not before expressing our disappointment once again. No compensation, no apology, just total disorganization and lack of professionalism. At one point, we were even subtly threatened by two individuals (probably friends of the owners) who told us (verbatim) "You're speaking the wrong way." The food, while not bad, doesn't justify such poor service. We will never come back!

05/10/2025: The food here was absolutely terrible. Everything was sweet and bland, with zero flavor — it honestly tasted like they forgot how to cook. I couldn’t even finish my meal, it was that bad. And on top of that, they charge 2 euros per person as service tax for service that’s just as bad as the food — rude staff and super slow. Totally not worth the money. Never coming back!🤢🤢

05/10/2025: visited this restaurant today, and it was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had. Even though they charge 2 euros per person as a “service tax,” the service was absolutely terrible. The staff were inattentive and seemed completely uninterested in serving customers. We had to wait a long time just to get our order taken, and when the food finally arrived, it was cold and tasteless. The overall atmosphere felt chaotic, and no one seemed to care about customers’ comfort or satisfaction. Charging a service fee is fine if the service is good — but here it was the exact opposite. Definitely not worth the money and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

21/09/2025: Hotel Minoli and Hotel Miravalle are the 2 most wonderful hotels there are, not to mention the hotel staff who are so wonderful and very kind, excellent food and excellent cakes from Mrs. Giovanna, wonderful, warm and welcoming rooms, I recommend it to everyone, I can't wait to go back 😊

20/09/2025: We arrived at 1:10 PM, two of us with our dog. We hadn't booked, but it was clear there were at least 4 or 5 tables free. The first waitress told us, "We don't have any tables ready." I replied, "Let's wait 10-15 minutes, what's the problem?" The waitress's response was that it wasn't possible and she had to wait tables. The second waitress told us we were late and they weren't serving at a certain time. If they don't accept dogs, they can say so, but given the way they've behaved, they'll never see me again, even if I come without my dog. Rudeness and mockery of the customer.

02/10/2025: I really liked the pizza itself but also their kindness and helpfulness is now almost something of the past

20/07/2025: I don't usually leave negative comments. The pizza might be good (years ago I tried the slice and it was excellent), but a little respect and a warm welcome are needed. If a customer comes in, you don't make them wait fifteen minutes at the counter and then tell them they don't make pizzas anymore. I was the only one there, so it wasn't even crowded. It would have been enough to take a look at me and kindly tell me they didn't make pizzas anymore at 9 pm.

18/09/2025: I got a takeaway paposcia. Fast, friendly service, and a very good paposcia.
