17/10/2025: Impeccable from day one - Sublime Pizza As promised, here I am with a top-notch review (well deserved) for my favorite pizzeria. I've been a loyal Vanacore customer for over four years now. When we say "tonight's pizza" on Saturdays, that means Vanacore. The pizza is evenly cooked, truly beautiful, and every bite is an explosion of flavor, including the crust, whose crunch (unique to Vanacore) never gets old. The selection of ingredients (of the highest quality) is made with the utmost care, and they are cooked to perfection to ensure a perfect final balance of flavors. The ingredients on the pizza are plentiful, never too many or too few. The menu changes seasonally, and each time they create unique flavors (which is a shame when the menu changes a little 😂). The service is excellent; everyone is very friendly, kind, and pleasant, open to giving and receiving advice, and attentive to their customers. I can confidently say that in these four years there's never been a mistake, not even a single word like "a part of the crust was a little burned" or that the pizza disappointed me a little. 08/07/2025: maybe the best coffee I ever had. also, cookies and cupcakes are excellent. prices are ok, and the atmosphere is beautiful. staff is nice but sometimes a bit slow because it is usually crowded. the location is perfect: near the park and not so far away from the sea. I regret for not buying coffee for home (I haven’t realise that they sell coffee in bags, for home) but I do really hope to visit Trieste again soon. this is a place to be!!!

07/10/2025: The restaurant is right under the towers. The staff is young and friendly, even friendly! The tortellini with cream and meatballs were excellent. The lasagna wasn't special. Coffee was served with a delicious mini panettone 😋

28/08/2025: A great lunch experience with a friend. We were passing by and hungry. They welcomed us despite the late hour. We ate very well. The Sant'Agata appetizer was delicious. We tried the eggs with cruschi peppers and the cavatelli with tomato and provola cheese. Everything was excellent. Two desserts and coffee. Everything was perfect. The prices were more than fair. The staff was courteous and attentive.

28/09/2025: I've been choosing NOT to go to this place for a while now, but I still rarely go back for pizza nights with friends. Every time I go, I remember why I don't go there anymore. The pinza is good, but the service is decidedly poor. On a Saturday night, with the place packed, there were ONLY 3 waiters. It's no surprise that in two and a half hours, I only ate 3 pieces of pinza; the wait was incredibly long, and in the end, the pinza with Nutella we'd asked for the kids never arrived. Not to mention the chips, COUNTED. I personally ate 7 so everyone else next to me could try them too.
