13/05/2025: Great location with very friendly staff. Perfect for cycling, kitesurfing, and windsurfing. No toilet paper. Everything you need is available in town, just a few minutes' walk away. Showers cost an extra 0.50.

22/05/2025: Abbiamo cenato da Fabula gustando una meravigliosa pinsa, nostro figlio di 10 un fantastico panino ("il più buono che abbia mai mangiato"). Ambiente meraviglioso dove tutto il personale è accogliente da quando arrivi fino a quando ritorni la prossima volta 😁. Qualità e cura del servizio e cucina fantastica per tutte le circostanza. Veniamo spesso e torneremo sicuramente per la tranquillità e la serenità che si respira e per l'attenzione che hanno al cliente.

02/05/2025: Very nice and romantic farmhouse with small rooms that avoid confusion when it is full. It is literally located in the middle of nature! It has a beautiful garden which gives children the opportunity to play outdoors. However, let's move on to the part that interests us most... the culinary one 😋 As can be seen from my photos, the appetizers are very refined and above all unusual! The coratella was also appreciated by those who normally don't eat it! The first ones were qualitatively very good; only observation, the cooking of the pasta is not optimal, but it can happen... The mixed grill, I have to be honest, didn't particularly impress me; the meat was a little tough. The desserts were all good but the pistachio semifreddo was truly delicious! Prices are adequate and average for a good restaurant. Advised!

06/07/2025: This was my second visit to this wonderful hotel and I was thrilled again. From arrival to departure, everything was perfect. I would especially like to highlight the caring and attentive staff at dinner – warm, personal, and simply a place to feel good. The wellness area is a real highlight: stylishly designed, very well-maintained, and perfect for unwinding and relaxing after a hike or tour. The only downside for me was the significantly increased price. While I had booked through Booking four years ago, this time I booked directly through the hotel – and the stay was over 50% more expensive. I was all the more surprised that the range of services had been reduced compared to back then: The popular lunch snack was canceled, and the sauna infusions, which I remembered fondly, were no longer offered. I think that's a real shame. Nevertheless, the hotel remains a special place for me with lots of charm, a fantastic wellness area, and excellent service – but I hope that they will return to their previous level of service in the future.

05/07/2025: We were absolutely thrilled with the entire hotel: wellness area with saunas, pool, whirlpool, cold tub & relaxation areas, great breakfast and multi-course dinner, beautiful room, very friendly staff.

27/06/2025: 8 friends for dinner, we found a location like a true "piola of the past" as well as the dishes that make up the menu that they proposed to us, rich in choice with typical seasonal and local products; dishes without many frills, but, substantial in quantity and taste; very informal dining room service as well as the mise en place with paper tablecloths; the red wine in bulk (barbera) good as well as very tender and tasty tripe, the very soft sliced ​​meat!!! Something that hadn't happened to me for a long time: seeing on the receipt "cover charge 1 euro" FANTASTIC!!!! ABSOLUTELY RECOMMENDED PLACE FOR PRICE AND QUALITY!!!

23/06/2025: Basically, a really great restaurant. A very romantic location on the beach, and the service was also very attentive and courteous. BUT: Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend the "Beef Steak" to anyone who wouldn't want to spend the whole night in the bathroom afterward. It was fatty, tough as a shoe sole. So, unfortunately, it wasn't even close to what you would call a steak. I can't comment on the seafood, but it looked very good at the neighboring tables.

16/06/2025: We took part in the tour of the magnificent olive grove with a visit to the oil mills and oil tasting. Highly recommended experience in a wonderful and well-kept masseria. All the experience and love for the territory and the centuries-old olive trees shines through. Top products.

10/05/2025: Typical family-run Apulian farmhouse surrounded by centuries-old olive trees and a quiet environment where every aspect is extremely well looked after; from the rich sweet and savory breakfast to the cleanliness and comfort of the rooms; perfect location, we are 10 minutes drive from the center of Ostuni and 10 minutes drive from the town of Rosa Marina with a splendid sea and stretch of sand only. Thanks to Carmen and her family for their hospitality and knowing how to do their job well. I will definitely go back. VERY RECOMMENDED
