24/05/2025: On Via Francigena, we entered the first cafe in Monterosi. The space was comfortable and everyone sat down to eat, drink, replenish supplies and go to the toilet. We all arrived at about the same time and the clerk was very patient in helping everyone get their pilgrimage stamps.

14/06/2025: My partner, our two dogs and I went to celebrate our birthday because it was close to a tracking route. We booked for lunch. We were welcomed very well and they placed us at a table with enough to be comfortable with our dogs. They brought a bowl with water. The environment was serene and comfortable, pleasant background music and air conditioning at the right temperature, very kind staff. We ordered two mixed appetizers, the ingredients were fresh and genuine (the mushrooms had just been picked because they showed them to us whole). I had the tortelli, truffle and pistachio (you could throw them on the floor because they were so good, they grated the truffle at the table, crazy. My partner instead had the wild boar (it melted in your mouth, very tasty) and polenta. Finally for dessert we had the panna cotta, also homemade. The bill was less than we expected. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

02/07/2025: We went to this restaurant to celebrate a birthday. We opted for an à la carte menu: casa maggiolina appetizer, tagliatelle with wild boar ragù (white), lamb chops...what can I say, everything was delicious! Excellent food quality, family atmosphere not too noisy, also suitable for children. Update. About a year later, we returned to celebrate our son's communion. The location is very beautiful and cared for in detail, the food was excellent, the flavors were right, balanced... all the guests were very satisfied. The staff was attentive to every need; just the right amount of time to fully enjoy the celebration. We recommend it with our eyes closed... the pork salad is top...

26/05/2025: One of the best yogurts I've ever eaten, you can feel that there is a higher percentage of milk given the almost completely absent acidity of the classic yogurt that you can find elsewhere, the only advice is to write the flavors of fillings that can be put unlike the granola that you can understand at sight it is not the same for: nutella, pistachio, salted caramel and so on! Highly recommended!

25/04/2025: A perfect day of celebration spent in this delightful farmhouse with a capital A. The appetizers are excellent, from cured meats to tomino with the hazelnut oil they produce which can be purchased on site. Enjoy the first course of agnolotti with ragù and the delicious cheek with the scent of home! They were very attentive to my child who was served first and with great pleasure he ate the lady's ragù. We will definitely be back, thank you very much!

09/06/2025: This place is truly fantastic for novice riders. When I first arrived at the stable, I wasn’t confident at all—especially when it came to cantering. I had always felt nervous about it, unsure if I could keep my balance or follow the horse’s rhythm. But the instructors were so kind and encouraging. They kept saying, “You can do it. Just trust the horse and follow its movement.” Their words gave me the courage to push past my fear. I was riding a gentle horse named Mose. At first, I gripped the saddle tightly, but then I reminded myself of the instructor’s advice. Slowly, I let go, relaxed my hands, and began to move with Mose rather than resist. To my surprise, Mose began to canter smoothly. And in that moment, something clicked. I wasn’t afraid anymore—I was flowing with the horse, almost as if we were dancing together. That feeling was unforgettable. It was the first time I truly understood why people fall in love with riding. I’m so grateful for this experience—and for Mose, who carried me with such patience and calm. I left the stable with a huge smile and a newfound sense of confidence.
