21/10/2025: My husband and I hiked the Silent Villages Trail, and on our second stop, we dined at the Uva Passera Osteria. Excellent lasagna and sautéed chicory with a fantastic burger (I'm celiac and was able to eat without any problems). Excellent cuisine, a warm welcome, and all the sunshine of Umbria and this splendid village of Morre, with its many lovely people. (I also wanted to mention the girl from the Arci club.)

01/03/2026: This agriturismo is a true paradise. The apartments are beautiful, meticulously maintained, and incredibly clean. The pool is a relaxing oasis. The food is exceptionally high-quality, prepared with fresh ingredients. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, making you feel right at home. A true gem in the countryside.

06/01/2026: A wonderful experience! From the very first moment, you can feel the magical atmosphere and the intimate setting, perfect for a special day. A special thanks goes to Giulio and Gemma: their warmth and hospitality made us feel truly pampered, like we were at a friend's house. ​As for the food, the quality is excellent: the cured meats and cheeses are simply top-notch! The first courses are rich in flavor, and the second courses are exceptional; an honorable mention goes to the guinea fowl, cooked to perfection. To finish on a high note, I absolutely recommend their tiramisu. We can't wait to return!

07/12/2025: A well-maintained and well-maintained establishment, popular with locals and tourists, offering quality and quantity, suitable for ceremonies or simple birthday banquets, or even small groups or romantic dinners. It has several indoor rooms, including two large ones for larger events. The staff is friendly and courteous, the kitchen is well-stocked and well-organized, and every detail is carefully considered, creating a relaxing atmosphere. Outside, there's a large garden with a swimming pool, beautifully landscaped with plants and their embellishments, outdoor sofas and gazebos for relaxing and entertaining, and all this complemented by a picturesque lake view. Ample free and convenient parking is available. Highly recommended, and to be on the safe side, book in advance.

29/08/2025: A unique, family-run place surrounded by greenery, charming and well-kept, to say the least, where you're welcomed by highly competent staff whose eyes sparkle with passion. Their beer is excellent, and we even took a short tour of the very charming brewery, where Maurizio explained the production process to us in detail and professionally. The cuisine, featuring locally sourced vegetables, homemade breadsticks, and bread, is both tasty and refined. For me, a vegetarian, they created a special menu with well-balanced dishes, which I truly appreciated. Since it was a ceremony, albeit an intimate one, we asked for menu cards to be made: Roberta not only had already taken care of them without us even asking, but she also hand-designed the decorations, adding a unique and special touch. I highly recommend it: you can tell the owners really put their heart into everything they offer.

19/07/2025: A truly excellent small craft brewery. We tasted their main beers and took home two boxes as souvenirs of the silent villages. The owner is very kind and helpful. You can feel the passion of a family who dedicates their free time to an activity they love.

25/10/2025: A restaurant with perfect food! All traditional dishes with the best ingredients. Authentic flavors in a wonderful location! The waiter knows the wines of the region and recommended us nice wines that made our evening unforgettable. We will come back and let us be from Greece! Thank you.

30/08/2025: An experience to be repeated. Everything was positive.

11/11/2025: It's hard to know where to begin. It was supposed to be the last dinner of our journey, and since we'd combined two stages, we were truly hungry. Our expectations were certainly too high, but we didn't expect the food to be that bad. We ordered pasta all'amatriciana and a pizza margherita, but the pasta was drenched in a sloppy sauce and the pizza was covered in a hard layer of cheese. The only positive note was the warm welcome from the fireplace and the waitress.

09/11/2025: We had a really pleasant weekend, enjoying the places and the typical local cuisine!

01/01/2026: We inquired twice whether the campsite had any vacancies in April and received no response whatsoever; they were completely ignored. Now we have booked a different campsite for the three weeks.

12/10/2025: We stopped by this quiet spot for lunch, surrounded by greenery. We ate on the veranda, which offers a glimpse of Lake Corbara. We had an appetizer of various bruschettas and two first courses each: house-made tortellini alla montanara and fettuccine with wild boar...all delicious! The owner is kind and courteous!!!
