01/06/2024: Even though the place is wonderful and the food is good, the waiter offends the various customers by calling them "fatties, cogli*** etc" and during lunch he utters the worst kind of blasphemy coming from the kitchen nearby.

Fantastic location in front of the lake, good food but very small portions.
The worst thing, the waiter who insulted and made fun of the customers. Blasphemies could be heard from the kitchen. Don't go there.

23/02/2024: We took advantage of the stay thanks to a Smartbox. Hotel located on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake below. Very large room complete with Jacuzzi, but I didn't use it. Half board service, all very good. There was a swimming pool in the structure which I could not use due to the cold.
01/11/2023: Qui per qualche giorno di relax con la famiglia e l'essere in un piccolo borgo ha qualche cosa di suggestivo. La struttura è all'interno di un edificio caratteristico. Certamente la cucina è stata di livello degno di nota. Immagino che in periodo estivo anche l'esterno possa essere vissuto appieno in zona piscina. Grazie al signor Roberto, alla moglie e a tutto lo staff. Belli anche i gattini che ci sono e fanno compagnia.

Out of necessity I took it and by mistake I didn't ask for the receipt
I would have gladly paid a visit to the financial police........
And these people maybe even go on TV saying that they can't deal with taxes anymore, COVID has cut off their legs, the government must help them.
As far as I'm concerned, people like this who take advantage of certain situations could close their business and go and collect plastic caps in the streets.

18/06/2024: Chiediamo due caffè al banco del bar e la cameriera ci dice che ci possiamo sedere che viene lei.... Morale della favola? Due caffè 4€...Ci è sembrata solo una mossa per farceli pagare di più....E non era nemmeno buono
02/06/2024: Servizio pessimo, per 1 spritz e 1 coca abbiamo aspettato 25 minuti con il locale nemmeno affollato, abbiamo chiesto degli stuzzichini, ci hanno portato una ciotolina con 6 patatine di numero, veramente pessimo!

Hotel Kursaal Umbria Restaurant

25/10/2023: My friend stayed in 2022 as we had screwed up a villa booking in the area on a road trip. When we met up again he was raving about the hotel and a seafood restaurant. So 8 of us decided to have a short stay there in October 2023. What a lovely little, family run hotel. The rooms weren't massive but adequate, clean and a good bed. There was a fan, air conditioning, a nice balcony and the bathroom was good with a large shower.
Bruno was very friendly and helped us a lot with Taxis & trains etc.Carlos his right hand man was also a really nice guy in fact all the staff were very polite and friendly.
The restaurant and food were good and the breakfast had a good choice.
Its right on the lake side so in summer with the pool etc it would be bussing.
09/10/2023: The perfect location by the lake, wonderful atmosphere and very understanding staff. The risotto vongle was delicious and the cappuccinos in the morning were fantastic.
My wife and I will definitely come here again.
