15/08/2024: I had an unforgettable stay at Palazzo Barbini in Castiglione del Lago! The historic charm of the property, combined with modern comforts, made for a perfect experience. The spacious and beautifully decorated rooms offered stunning views of the lake and surrounding countryside. Brando, our host, was exceptional—warm, welcoming, and always ready to assist with local tips and recommendations. His attention to detail truly made our stay special. The location is ideal, with easy access to the town’s attractions and lovely restaurants. I can't recommend Palazzo Barbini and Brando enough for a relaxing and authentic Italian getaway!

21/07/2024: Great experience!!! Top marks for this ancient residence, visible efforts to keep the furnishings as original as possible. Congratulations for the welcome, the boy of particular education and courtesy. We were welcomed with all the attention, fresh water upon arrival and a delicious coffee upon check out. Top marks to the cook, and all the staff (of the pasta elementary school). I would return to Castiglione just to taste its dishes again (all superb). The spacious rooms, excellent cleanliness, hydromassage tub. Plus coffee, tea, air conditioning. Our little girl slept great on a top-brand sofa bed. The double room of the imperial suite sent us back in time. It gave me the thrill, especially when waking up with the sound of bells. Very original!!!
