29/10/2025: If you are anywhere in the area, do yourself a favor and run over to this fantastic restaurant. The service is the top—friendly, welcoming, and noticing every detail. We walked in, rather scruffy without a reservation, and were ushered in with such joy and enthusiasm. The food, I can’t find the words to describe it. It is heavenly. The presentation is beautiful and the flavors are exquisite. We will return to do the tasting menu, we had the daily specials this time. Wine and beer recommendations were spot on. The Michelin star is well deserved. The restaurant itself is cozy with a view of beautiful Lake Trasimeno. 10 out of 5 stars!

29/10/2025: Went with the lunch specials and the polenta with pork was incredible. My wife was extremely happy with her rigatoni with ragu, she had wine and I had beer with a coffee to finish off. The amuse-bouche were delightful. Service was excellent, very friendly waiter and a very pleasant environment. Total was less than €60.

10/11/2025: Passing by the lake, we stopped for a quick lunch. The owner and his wife were kind and helpful. Overall, the place is welcoming and offers a spectacular view of the lake. The meat was excellent. I didn't have time to try the appetizers, but I think I'll have another opportunity. The price was reasonable for the amount of food we ate.

22/03/2025: Era da tempo che avevamo puntato questo locale, ma per un motivo o l'altro non eravamo mai riusciti a realizzare questo progetto, comunque credeteci: l'attesa è stata ampiamente ripagata!! Il signor Carlo e tutto il suo staff, si prodigano per farti sentire a proprio agio, cibo superlativo! Abbiamo preso l'antipastissimo, un vero tripudio di sapori, poi la carpa regina in porchetta ed il tegamaccio ai funghi, tutto buonissimo!! Il locale non è grandissimo, ma è ben sfruttato e nel rispetto delle distanze che ancora oggi è bene mantenere memori di un passato non molto lontano. Esperienza positivissima, grazie sig. Carlo!!

We began with a rich assortment of lake appetizers, incredibly fresh and beautifully presented, which alone were worth the visit: delicate yet bold flavors, thoughtful pairings, and top-quality ingredients. The highlight of the lunch was a spectacular mixed lake grill, with perfectly cooked and flavorful fish, followed by two memorable dishes: eel in white wine, tender and intense, and grilled carp, surprisingly tasty and served impeccably cooked. To accompany everything, an excellent local wine, carefully chosen and perfect for enhancing each course. To finish on a sweet note, a simply delicious caramel panna cotta: creamy, velvety, and with an aromatic caramel that won everyone over. The service was warm and attentive, with friendly and helpful staff who were able to offer excellent advice. 20/11/2025: Excellent in everything, I just wanted to point out that the dishes like the tartare were a little too flavourful, otherwise it was a charming place, with attention to detail, clean, and very clean rooms. The only flaw was the seasoning, otherwise everything was truly excellent.

18/11/2025: The food was superb and Bruno and his team went the extra mile to make us feel welcome. The fire in the fireplace and the beautiful, cozy decor and good food was very enjoyable. We all had the Spaggetti Neri with prawns. Highly recommended.

We were greeted by a very kind gentleman at the entrance, who created an atmosphere of comfort and refinement: incredible design, soft lighting, calm, pleasant music created the perfect atmosphere. Special thanks to the chef! Each of the four dishes we ordered was a masterpiece. The tender fish fillet with perfectly cooked vegetables was particularly memorable, and the sauces were incredibly harmonious. The exquisite presentation of each dish only enhanced the experience. The dessert was simply incredible: the plombir ice cream with black salt and two other ingredients completely rewrote the dessert recipe in our minds. Simply incredible! There are no other words! Our waiter was attentive and perfectly recommended the best wine to pair with our dinner. The service was impeccable, and we felt welcome. The restaurant exceeded all our expectations. Delicious dishes, cooked with love and carefully presented, excellent service, and a stunning location with a breathtaking view of Lake Trasimeno. Congratulations to Massimo, the chef, Maurizio, Lorenzo, and Manuela, who, with their expertise, manage to bring the sea to Umbria!

10/10/2025: I stop in fairly often off of my routes and grab food. Always had great customer service whether I was doing takeout or sitting in and eating. Best burgers in the area, definitely a must try if you’re in Haslett.

01/11/2025: A couple's lunch on a pleasant autumn day. Highly recommended for: - location, as it's on the lakefront. True, the veranda faces the street, but with the awnings closed, we didn't notice any traffic, and the view of the lake was very pleasant; - celiacs are welcome: almost the entire menu is also available in gluten-free versions, and they know the subject very well; - good food and reasonable prices, with a wide selection of wines; - Monia, who served us, made us feel right at home. We will definitely be back.
