Abbiamo mangiato molto bene la materia prima ottima, vino sagrantino ottimo. Qualità prezzo molto buono, lo consigliamo vivamente.

24/11/2024: In this family-run restaurant you can taste local dishes with great flavour. Today with a friend we had an appetizer each, cold cuts and cheeses with broad bean croutons and extra virgin olive oil, and earthenware scamorza with walnuts, then we split in half a first course of handmade tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, spectacular. Montefalco red wine from Alessandrini winery and water. We ended with a dessert each and a coffee. We had a great time in the side room. Mrs. Daniela and her collaborators are always welcoming and professional. It's always a pleasure to come back here. Even the cut with coarse salt, taken in the past, is unsurpassed.

03/11/2024: Purtroppo dopo aver aspettato un ora di orologio per due tagliate di manzo e due contorni, mentre altre coppie che avevano ordinato anche loro carne sono state servite prima di noi ecc.. la tagliata ci è arrivata ma purtroppo era dura. Il cameriere o gestore ha ammesso l’errore facendo un po’ di sconto. Quindi mi viene da pensare che l’addetto alla brace non sappia gestire determinati tagli abbinandole alle cotture ecc…se mi avessero consigliato un’altro taglio lo avrei accettato volentieri al posto dello sconto.

The opportunity to taste donkey (we are adventurous) and an absolutely wonderful dessert: the deconstructed cheese cake with amarena and truffle.

Quality of the food, quality of the atmosphere (small and super intimate restaurant), friendliness and preparation of the two owners who clearly put their heart into what they do. If you go to Montefalco you MUST stop. Really honest prices even considering what you eat! Special.. well done!

30/11/2024: I recommend you try the pork shank, very very good. Beautiful family atmosphere, honest prices and friendly staff, the only flaw is a bit of a wait but the warm atmosphere dampens the timing, highly recommended!

03/01/2025: 6 of us sat down for dinner. The place is quite spacious and beautiful. Our table was near the fireplace where they cooked the meat and, considering the cold, we had a great time. The owner of the place, the one who cooked the meat, is a nice gentleman with whom we had a chat. The dishes were delicious and the portions generous. The meat was simply delicious, cooked very well. We also ordered some really excellent grilled scamorza. For desserts we ordered tiramisu and profiteroles, both delicious. We will definitely be back another time. Absolutely worth trying.

29/10/2024: Simo entrati in questo borgo un po’ affaticati per la salita in bici e la prima vista è stato il sorriso della signora del locale che ci invitava così ,vista l’ora,ci siamo fermati immediatamente, devo dire ne è valsa la pena,cordialissima e gentile la X signora e ottimo il cibo,antipasto umbro molto buono poi filetto e agnello con tartufo,patate fritte e carciofi,tutto di ottima qualità ,prezzo nella media

Eccellenti la carne ed il tartufo, olio dal gusto inebriante e veramente strepitoso il sagrantino consigliato dal proprietario. Porzioni più che generose e conto assolutamente contenuto per la qualità proposta. Grazie per la bella serata.
