Abbiamo mangiato molto bene la materia prima ottima, vino sagrantino ottimo. Qualità prezzo molto buono, lo consigliamo vivamente.

03/01/2025: Like at Mum's house... for flavors and quality.... book a small, informal place. Soup and chicken (at the chef's discretion) delicious... with olives and... Then fried porcini mushrooms and at an honest level, actually low compared to average.

11/01/2025: A very small restaurant run by a colorful owner. Delicious and original dishes explained with passion. Small card and zero km fresh products. The opportunity to taste donkey (we are adventurous) and an absolutely wonderful dessert: the deconstructed cheese cake with amarena and truffle.

01/01/2025: Guys.. we're talking about really high levels here. Quality of the food, quality of the atmosphere (small and super intimate restaurant), friendliness and preparation of the two owners who clearly put their heart into what they do. If you go to Montefalco you MUST stop. Really honest prices even considering what you eat! Special.. well done!

18/01/2025: Beautiful place in rustic but elegant style, very balanced culinary tradition with genuine food and customer care, fixed menu prices with or without pasta. The economic treatment is very honest, the only flaw is a very small room for catering which however makes the location unique however intimate.

We came to visit Montefalco and seeing all the fairly touristy menus, we came across bottega del bove and were struck by a young girl who created a search for niche products. Well done, keep going because even casual tourists must appreciate the quality products and your commitment! See you soon !

21/01/2025: We ate srangozzi al tartufo- was great Strangozzi alla spoletina- also great. Braised vegetables - this was amazing!! And chocolate cake - really good! The wine was the best!!!! (We took red wine from Montefalco) Enjoy!!

03/01/2025: 6 of us sat down for dinner. The place is quite spacious and beautiful. Our table was near the fireplace where they cooked the meat and, considering the cold, we had a great time. The owner of the place, the one who cooked the meat, is a nice gentleman with whom we had a chat. The dishes were delicious and the portions generous. The meat was simply delicious, cooked very well. We also ordered some really excellent grilled scamorza. For desserts we ordered tiramisu and profiteroles, both delicious. We will definitely be back another time. Absolutely worth trying.

03/01/2025: My husband and I were visiting Monte Falco from the US and Hype was one of our favorite experiences out of all our Italian adventures. The mixologist/owner Diego made us feel so welcome, which is hard to come by in Italy. If you’re looking for an intimate atmosphere, great music selection, and delicious, innovating cocktails, Hype is the place to be. We hope to go back some day!

14/10/2024: This is one of the best cocktail bars I've ever visited. Modern decor with an amazing, passionate mixologist. His innovative drinks are delicious and unique. Very friendly and helpful, he will make sure that you order the cocktail that will make you happy. It's a must visit when you are in Montefalco.
