There's only one flaw, which I confessed to the owner: it's a bit too far from us, since we live in Milan... but then, thinking about it, I think that's also a plus. 🤗 Long live Umbria!

28/03/2026: A cozy little restaurant in the center of Montefalco. We had mozzarella with honey and walnuts as an appetizer. For our first course, we tried gnocchetti with Sagrantino wine and tortelli with parmesan and pears. To finish, we had roasted artichokes and baked potatoes. Everything was delicious. The man who served us was friendly and knowledgeable about local wines.

08/04/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance for the first time while traveling from Rome, and were pleasantly surprised. The owner's kindness, knowledge, and professionalism made for a wonderful, carefree moment. From the first sip of his cocktails, you can sense the work and dedication behind his work. The cocktails aren't the classics you'd find everywhere, but they're decidedly superior, as is the food, which is also sophisticated and different from the usual. Of course, for those who prefer, there's also a more classic version, but our advice is to trust him completely. We've been back a second time and will definitely be back.
