From the first to the second courses, everything is fabulous, with just the right aromas to appreciate the meats and create the perfect fragrance to take you back in time. Expert hands create the fresh pasta, which you slowly savor with a white wild boar ragù sauce, or the Sagrantino gnocchi with crispy bacon. And for the second courses, even better: the wild boar stew, cooked to perfection, with a fragrance that sparks the imagination... the chicken and quail are fantastic. The desserts are perfect, and the coffee is a dream.

The staff is friendly, charming, and always available: you can tell they work with enthusiasm and are truly happy doing what they do. Giorgione is the soul of the place: he speaks to you as if he's known you forever; he's affable, warm, and treats you as an equal, just like he does with all his staff. The atmosphere is one of equality and familiarity, rather than a "boss-employee" relationship. His idea of ​​reviving the osteria of yesteryear is wonderful: the innkeeper wanders among the tables, chats, and asks how things are going. A place that has remained true to itself, just like its owner.

The fillet steak in Sagrantino was excellent, but a special mention goes to the desserts: the blond chocolate plum cake is spectacular, absolutely worth trying. A place I would gladly return to.

We ordered the menu with two starters and a grilled meat for €23, then added wine, dessert, and coffee, for a final bill of €66 for two. Aside from the price, we really liked the atmosphere. We'll be back!

30/04/2026: I went to Falisco for dinner, a warm and friendly atmosphere. Sergio was spectacular with his grills, and Sabina, what can I say, was a fantastic cook. Everything was delicious and had a traditional flavor. Excellent, I highly recommend it.

My wife and I were there and had a truly wonderful meal: excellent, carefully prepared dishes, no frills, and made with quality ingredients. The service was attentive without being intrusive, just what you need for an evening for two. The Sagrantno di Montefalco wine was a surprise: full-bodied, rounded, and pairs beautifully with everything. The price was more than fair for the quality they put into the dish and the glass. If you're looking for quiet, atmosphere, and authentic cuisine, this is the place. A must-visit and a must-return.

08/04/2026: We stumbled upon this place by chance for the first time while traveling from Rome, and were pleasantly surprised. The owner's kindness, knowledge, and professionalism made for a wonderful, carefree moment. From the first sip of his cocktails, you can sense the work and dedication behind his work. The cocktails aren't the classics you'd find everywhere, but they're decidedly superior, as is the food, which is also sophisticated and different from the usual. Of course, for those who prefer, there's also a more classic version, but our advice is to trust him completely. We've been back a second time and will definitely be back.
