26/04/2025: Ho pranzato in questo locale due giorni fa. Dopo aver visitato la splendida Montefalco, noto il nome del locale….Il postaccio….di nome ma non di fatto. Ho mangiato benissimo . Strangozzi alla carbonara favolosi e stracotto tenerissimo….un profumo a cui non si poteva resistere. I prezzi sono molto convenienti e la qualità ottima davvero. Lo consiglio.

26/06/2025: i just loved this place. beautiful location - part inside, part in a small piazza and part in an alley. perfect service, excellent food. i had the out of the menu fiori di zucca that were probably the best i ever had, and the pigeon with strawberry coulis and the creme brule for desert. the somalier understood perfectly my taste and suggested me the most amazing Umbrian wine, with which i fell in love. the price is absolutely justified and i will certainly come back, hopefully soon! grazie!

22/06/2025: Beautiful and intimate place, kind and attentive staff. However, I feel like giving 3 stars because I found some incorrectness in my opinion. It is not our habit to ask the prices of everything before ordering, but if two glasses of welcome bubbles cost 15 euros per glass it would be nice of them to inform us. As well as off-menu appetizers, if their price differs greatly from the other appetizers on the menu it would be right to be informed, so perhaps to be aware that the tartare cost 28 euros. We ate well anyway, the dishes were well made, but still they do not justify the 115 euros spent per person (wine for 45).

03/06/2025: Passeggiando tra le stradine di Montefalco alla scoperta di questo magnifico borgo ci ha incuriosito questo locale e abbiamo pranzato li. Location molto bella e curata, piatti ben preparati e materie prime eccellenti, staff gentilissimo e attento ad ogni nostra richiesta, la carta dei vini SPETTACOLARE.

21/06/2025: Again (also 3 years ago) a great experience! We really love the bistecca fiorentina, the papardelle sagrantino and the zucchini flowers. Combine it with the Coccorone wine and you Will have a great evening!

21/06/2025: Beautiful location both inside and out for the beautiful square, exceptional appetizers, first courses and glasses of wine. As appetizers I recommend the barbazza and the egg stracciata with black truffle as well as the cured meats. As first courses the strangozzi with black truffle and the homemade tagliatelle with white beef ragù. We were very well advised by the host on the choice of glasses of wine to accompany the meals.

28/04/2025: We found this restaurant on TikTok, we were amazed by the care of this little place nestled in the historic center of Montefalco, the friendly staff and the small room make you feel at home, the food is crazy, the sauce with truffles is WOW. The ragù cannot be described, it must be tried. Highly recommended 😁

20/06/2025: Sono stata svariate volte da Giorgione, l ultima ieri sera. Sempre a cena. Ho sempre mangiato sostanzialmente bene. Ieri sera obiettivamente sono rimasta delusa. Le due portate di pasta erano decisamente indietro di cottura (una l abbiamo fatta rifare...). Per l ennesima volta uno dei due secondi era costituito da faraona ( che io nn amo, e quindi nn ho mangiato...). I tris di dolci era davvero eccessivamente dolce. Gli antipasti invece non deludono mai. Mi chiedo: hanno cambiato qualche elemento in cucina? In memoria delle esperienze precedenti gli darò ancora un'occasione, sperando che sia stata una serata sbagliata.

20/06/2025: È il terzo anno che ceno da Giorgione a Montefalco. Purtroppo, quest'anno la cena non è stata all'altezza delle precedenti. Se posso permettermi un consiglio, eviterei di proporre sempre la faraona come secondo. Gli antipasti restano comunque il punto forte della serata, come sempre. Nota positiva anche per il Grechetto, davvero ottimo

Paradise for connoisseurs of aesthetics and quality. chic selection of wines and strong alcohol. Cocktails as art, as alchemy, even the process of creation is fascinating

28/03/2025: Small, well-kept place with an intimate atmosphere. Studied and original cocktails made with quality raw materials. Barman available and passionate; welcomed us with kindness and warmth. If you happen to be in Montefalco, a nice after dinner in this little place would be a must.

10/06/2025: Excellent restaurant in the center of Montefalco, very helpful and kind staff. We ate an excellent first course and a cutting board also very well selected.

25/05/2025: We had a good time in this restaurant, we would have liked a wine list to help us choose but there isn't one, too bad we settled for a wine by the glass.

07/05/2025: We did not eat here. We only tasted local wines that the daughter of the owner kindly offered to us and we bought a spectacular Tenuta Saragano Montefalco Sagrantino

16/03/2025: A place to absolutely visit, Martina super professional and friendly, we took the testo cake with salami and pecorino with Sagrantino, take-away cured meats and Montefalco wines, she let us taste everything first, very good

08/06/2025: Well, this was the best ice cream I've had in a long time... and we've been on a road trip through Italy for a good week now. I don't understand the 4.1 stars. Friends, go to this shop and eat ice cream! :D This shop should have at least 4.8 stars. We came here on the recommendation of a local. Really, really good and very friendly. Just make sure you get the cone you like best. There are different types.

07/05/2025: Typical atmosphere fireplace always lit for the embers waitress available for a small off-menú...We took ragu, truffle and asparagus variation off-menú...truffle gramigna, a spectacular fillet with Sagrantino and a dessert of cream and strawberry pastry. Very honest prices, only the fillet was worth the whole bill... Go with the house wine, it's absolutely superlative, remember that we are in Montefalco, the really kind owner offered us coffee, a person of experience and professionalism like no other there is anymore. If I return to Montefalco I will stay there again. Thank you for this experience!!!!

06/05/2025: Typical Umbrian restaurant Good food, very good starters, even the lamb, according to my parents, was cooked very well and was cooked well... good quality for the price!! If you want to eat well without too many pretensions I highly recommend this place....
