We stumbled upon Hype by chance, and it was the dictionary definition of "serendipity". The cocktails are extraordinary, and you just need to look at the barman to understand what he does; Furthermore, the place is really nice. Too bad we didn't get to try the food, but there will always be next time.

06/04/2024: It's a tavern and doesn't want to be anything else. But what an inn! One of the best I've eaten at. Suggestive place, in a small square immediately after a beautiful medieval gate, very friendly staff and food with a flavor of times gone by. Real, seasoned and tasty ham, freshly seared black truffle omelette where you can fully appreciate the flavour, super Sagrantino gnocchi, very good and non-trivial baked boneless lamb. Bevagna is a very well-kept medieval town with its beautiful romantic churches and a relaxing atmosphere. In short, an obligatory stop when crossing Umbria!
03/04/2024: Small, dated place, but very characteristic. Excellent cuisine that enhances local products.
