Come for the hand crafted drinks and stay for the food! A small treasure just outside the ancient wall of Montefalco. Amazing handcrafted and inventive cocktails, a great wine list and really interesting and delicious finger foods.

We stumbled upon this place by chance for the first time while traveling from Rome, and were pleasantly surprised. The owner's kindness, knowledge, and professionalism made for a wonderful, carefree moment. From the first sip of his cocktails, you can sense the work and dedication behind his work. The cocktails aren't the classics you'd find everywhere, but they're decidedly superior, as is the food, which is also sophisticated and different from the usual. Of course, for those who prefer, there's also a more classic version, but our advice is to trust him completely. We've been back a second time and will definitely be back.

The place was immediately welcoming, immersive, and evocative... The owner's savoir faire won us over. We loved the way he presented his cocktails, trying to figure out what was best for each of us (and it wasn't easy... 9 people). Excellent food: fresh, authentic, home-style... A true welcome for a celiac guest who ate exactly the same things as everyone else... "hats off." When knowledge meets professionalism and a welcoming approach, the result is a fantastic evening... one to repeat!

I've rarely had such a great time enjoying a drink in a place like this: beautiful aesthetics, great music, a vast selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic cocktails, over 150 gins, an excellent wine list with fair markups, and incredible attention to detail. But above all, the most important thing is the kindness, friendliness, and incredible expertise of the guy who runs this place. Keep up the good work, we had a truly wonderful time ✌️ I highly recommend the mezcal-based Dr. Acula cocktail.

An aperitif turned into an experience! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ My husband and I stopped here just for a simple aperitif, but it turned into a true taste experience! The place is meticulously maintained, with a welcoming and relaxed atmosphere. The bartender is a true professional: attentive, kind, and passionate about his work. Excellent music selection, with the perfect volume for a relaxed chat without having to raise your voice. We're not local, but if we're in the area again, we'll definitely stop by again.
