07/12/2025: Excellent location, above the Saba parking lot in Piazza San Giovanni, near the Basilica of San Francesco. Breakfast was also good. The room, however, was so-so. Despite being on the third floor, it had two windows overlooking the wall, so it was dark and cold. There was also no wifi or cell phone reception.

05/12/2025: I want to express my gratitude for a very delicious lunch. Walking around the city, we found a restaurant at the hotel. We ordered pasta, beef in sweet and sour sauce, local red wine and creme brulee for dessert. All the dishes were a great pleasure. I highly recommend the creme brulee for dessert. Thank you to the hosts for their hospitality. Cozy, tasty, fast.

06/09/2025: We arrived without a reservation, and they gave us a choice of two tables, despite being booked on most of the others. Menu choice was small but varied to accommodate different tastes. All authentic to the region and locally produced. The food was exceptional. No other words for it. The taste exquisite, presentation superb and sizing just right (not too small to leave you hungry, not to large to feel uncomfortable stuffed). I wish I'd taken photos, but I tucked in and couldn't stop till we'd finished. I had sliced steak with salad, my husband had a wild boar pasta dish and lamb chops. Delicious 😋

09/08/2025: I'm not judging the food since we weren't even served it. We booked on July 18th for August 2nd. We arrived and were met by a rather grumpy waitress who asked us if we wanted to eat inside or outside. Shortly afterward, she came out again to ask when we'd called to reserve the table. Finally, the owner came back to us, handing us his phone and saying he'd had plumbing problems that day. It was a shame there were other cars outside... We were so disappointed that we were forced to get a takeout pizza.

28/11/2025: We stopped on Sunday 23 November for lunch with friends, there were 4 of us, we ate divinely, everything was good, the owner was very kind with an excellent culinary culture, to whom I thank for the information given, we spent the right amount and we will definitely come back to find, Thanks next time.

01/10/2025: Pitches are downhill or uneven and on dirt. It rained during the night, and in the morning we were stuck in mud. The men's bathrooms don't have toilet seats. Never seen one!

20/09/2025: The receptionist was amazing! Super friendly and funny. We only spent one night and also had decent enough food at the restaurant. The only thing that’s a bit disappointing are the bathrooms. There’s no toilet seat nor paper or soap.

30/09/2025: We should have known right from the appetizer: shabby presentation, cold fried foods, melon wrapped in prosciutto—in short, '70s in every sense of the word! But the worst thing was the pizzas: and to think we even complimented the owner! His only response was: it's light! The result: if I eat a poorly leavened pizza, I feel sick all night! And that's what happened! It must be said that the staff is not lacking in kindness. Here I'm going to break a lance in favor of the Umbrians. Since I have a bit of time, I want to respond to the owner who always resorts to irony and sarcasm: irony doesn't make quality, sarcasm doesn't make quality, he should rather reflect on what the customers write. I decline the invitation because he didn't read that the pizza made me sick. It seems like he's trying to justify himself somewhere, but that's not the case, otherwise he would give more weight to what the customers write!

10/09/2025: A little slow to serve, but in line with the area, the pizza is still worth it. Really good and tasty.

17/10/2025: Terrible bakery: if you ask the staff if the products are fresh, they say yes, but you get home and realize that what you bought isn't fresh at all. Furthermore, the place is often dirty (I don't know what other places are like) and the prices are absolutely too high for the quality. Totally not recommended.

24/11/2025: They should freshen up the place. The furniture is starting to look old. Worn out. Everything else is fine. The prices are also fair. To the fateful question, "Would you go back?", the answer is undoubtedly YES every time I can.
