02/11/2025: Welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff, shame about the pizza. The photo shows only one of the two pizzas we ordered, and both were undercooked. Each slice of pizza, though well-topped, tended to fall apart due to the softness and undercooking of the dough. It was very difficult to digest throughout the evening and into the night. I'm sorry, but we won't be back!

Let's get to the point: we ordered a pastry with pears and chocolate, and my boyfriend had it cut in half—luckily, I dare say! As he was about to bite into the pastry, he noticed extensive mold inside the pastry filling! We reported this to the barista and asked her to replace it. When it came time to pay, the worst part came: instead of offering or at least granting a discount, the barista had the nerve to tell us she'd miscalculated and charged us the full amount, which was quite steep considering the poor quality of everything we ordered. We will never return, even though we were customers. 100% NOT RECOMMENDED

13/12/2025: If you'd like to try the vegan version of the testone, you can, but the selection is limited to vegetables only (peppers, courgettes, and eggplant), and the whole thing is a bit dry. It's a good selection, but I'd add something to give it a bit more flavor. Very fast service and a good location.

14/10/2025: I had a chicken cutlet and salad sandwich. The cutlet was completely raw and the breading was white. The salad, if we can call it that, was a tiny, dry leaf, probably very old. But if that were the only problem, the bartender was also rude.

19/10/2025: Embarrassing. I've been calling for two years to order takeout pizza or a table, and they NEVER answer. If you go up and point it out, they act like they're not there. How can you run a business and not answer the phone? Besides, the quality of the waiters is embarrassing; they only hire kids who are slow and distracted. Obviously, it's not the waiters' fault. I'll never go there again.

12/10/2025: We've dined several times at this restaurant, located in the historic center of Gualdo Tadino. The menu features traditional dishes and pizza, sure to please all palates. Excellent value. Very friendly and helpful staff.
