07/04/2025: We went to this bar on Saturday evening to have a nice drink and relax a bit. The atmosphere was really welcoming and, with great luck, we met Simone: a nice and enthusiastic person. He proved to be extremely helpful, sharing with us valuable advice on what to visit in the city. A truly pleasant experience that made our evening even more special.

12/06/2025: Yesterday I bought cigarettes in this bar, I was very thoughtful and tired, I gave him 10 euros and 50 cents, I took the cigarette and left, not even 3 minutes passed when I remembered that he had not given me back 5 euros, I turned around and told him that he had not given me the change, he pushed me away rudely, I told him to look at the camera, that he really had not given them to him, no, call the police, he did not look at the camera at all, he is a cheeky guy, he will not adapt!!! Today I thought all day, 5 euros is not a lot of money, the main thing is to remain human, I know for sure that he will lose much more in life than those 5 euros

07/07/2025: Portions of chips too small (I pay and I have the right to an adequate and Decent portion). Besides that they cost 3 euros, and not 2.5 € as it is written on the menu on the website.

17/06/2025: I have tried their pizza several times, with a thin base, perhaps a little too much, but filled with excellent ingredients and still good. I would suggest trying a pizza base a little thicker. Excellent value for money.

18/07/2025: Super friendly and helpful staff, cafe, breakfasts, and aperitifs. Excellent coffees and spritzes.

20/06/2025: Servizio estremamente caotico, sotto ogni aspetto: tavolo pieno di formiche, tempi di attesa per l'ordine lunghissimi e non solo. Antipasto non servito se non dopo ripetute richieste, vino servito in quantitativo doppio rispetto alla comanda ma, cosa più grave il prezzo del vino,spropositatamente più alto del suo valore. Un grechetto sfuso di qualità veramente discutibile non può essere venduto a € 24 al litro!!!!!!... Semplicemente scandaloso. Non tornerò mai più

03/04/2025: Pranzo in famiglia, Super consigliato per la qualità del cibo e la bravura dello staff di cucina e sala. Un applauso in particolare a Daniele, bravissimo nel consigliarci, sempre attento ma mai invadente. Bravissimi così, non cambiate nulla!!

29/08/2025: Starting from the fact that if you call it a bar-restaurant-pizzeria, you can't just have round bar tables, we ordered pizzas that, just by looking at them, looked frozen. They're not terrible, but they're not €9 (not even close). I also ordered a Fanta that arrived in a glass with 50% ice and a slice of bitter orange—I never asked for anything. So I ordered another Fanta, specifying that I wanted it whole in a glass, and as if for fun, along with the glass I received another glass like the previous one, but empty. The service gets 2 stars instead of 1 only because the waiter was nice.

11/08/2025: Nothing special. A classic village bar where you can find a bit of everything in an old-fashioned (and somewhat messy) setting.

18/04/2025: 20 euros for 24 hours but if you leave for any reason you cannot return otherwise you have to repay.

30/03/2025: Convenient area to reach the center of Perugia. High price for parking only with practically no services even if they exist, but only for people with thick livers. Unattended, open, poorly lit. 20 euros really exaggerated

26/08/2025: Table service was nonexistent despite only a few people sitting and three people working. There was a significant presence of bees everywhere, making it impossible to sit down. Most importantly, there was a complete incompetence in customer service, and more. I ordered a Spritz, which arrived watered down, and a Negroni for €8, which was unworthy of being called such. Not even two chips to accompany it. The tables were dirty and they didn't come to clean them. Avoid like the plague. I gave one star because I can't give zero.

17/08/2025: Rude and disorganized staff. The display case where they keep the sandwiches/topped pizzas is full of flies and bugs. Disgusting! A sandwich costs €5.00...

08/06/2025: Ieri mattina sono stata con una mia amica a dare colazione alla sede vicino al Pian di Massiano a Perugia. Avevo chiesto un cappuccino senza lattosio e un caffè lungo. Dopo un attesa di circa 20 minuti al banco bar, mi viene passato solo il caffè. Visto che il cappuccino non arrivava e il caffè si raffredava, ho chiesto se era possibile avere anche il cappuccino. Il ragazzo che faceva i caffè ha detto che non è un obbligo andare a fare colazione lì.... Per di più, alcuni giorni prima ero stata sempre per fare colazione lì e, purtroppo per sbaglio, una cameriera ha fatto cadere un vassoio con delle tazzine e piattini di caffè, rompendoli. Purtroppo può capitare e la ragazza ha chiesto scusa però lo stesso ragazzo che fa i caffè ha cominciato a urlarli addosso, davanti a tutti i clienti, che gli avrebbe trattenuto dallo stipendio il costo dei piattini e delle tazzine rotte. I prodotti sono ottimi però il personale, soprattutto il ragazzo che fa i caffè la mattina, è maleducato e sgarbato....

20/05/2025: Frequento Menchetti da alcuni mesi: principalmente per la colazione, ma sono passata anche per l'aperitivo qualche volta. Finalmente ho capito perchè ci sia sempre così tanta gente: i prodotti da forno sono molto buoni; in particolare i cornetti, i maritozzi e la pizza alla pala. Il caffè e il cappuccino sono fatti bene, meno i drink. Prezzi medi: una colazione "classica" viene sui 3 euro. Il vero neo di questo locale è lo staff: spesso poco disponibile e scostante, è un peccato perchè i prodotti meritano tanto. Ampio parcheggio disponibile, ma dato l'enorme afflusso di clienti si fatica a trovare un posto.

31/08/2025: You have a bar across from a wonderful cathedral. You charge two euros for a coffee, which is fair, given the location. But the general feeling of dirtiness and the bathrooms are shameful.

28/08/2025: A very bad experience, and then for a macchiato I ordered at the counter, so it was a quick one... at least they'd pretended to be polite. I asked for a macchiato while I was tying my sandals, so I didn't realize the coffee hadn't been "correctly" frothed. I politely asked if he could please add some milk foam. I didn't get an answer, so I waited. He didn't respond, and after a while I asked, "Yes or no, can that be done?" I got an embarrassing response, "Wait, I'm busy now, wait." I replied, "Yes, of course, but at least you could give me an answer." He responded, "You've been waiting for half an hour to get it, and now you're asking me for the foam." Total degradation... I told him no, to leave it alone. Anyway, it had been 5 minutes since the coffee was made, and it's my problem. How long it takes me to do it, there doesn't have to be a specific reason for being polite and adding some foam. Okay, learn some manners, because I understand when a rude customer comes in, and even then... it's not that you can treat someone badly. It's a job I've done for a long time, so I could understand, but when you find someone smiling and kind, you have to treat them well. I feel sorry for you because you're in front of the cathedral. I can't imagine how many people you treat needlessly badly. Bye!
