McDonald's In Merano

Unfortunately, my visit was rather disappointing. The restrooms were in very poor condition and should have been much cleaner. The food was average – neither particularly good nor particularly bad. The wait time, however, was acceptable. Overall, there is still room for improvement, especially regarding cleanliness.

We made a detour there on our way to our South Tyrol holiday because we were early and wanted to grab a quick bite. And we've rarely had such hot fries and burgers at McDonald's. Five stars for that alone. Otherwise, the atmosphere is typical McDonald's.

Like all normal chain restaurants

The food is just average, but the communication and service are catastrophic. Customers are ignored if they want to inquire about the apparently malfunctioning display. Even a simple "hello" and "goodbye" seems to be overrated by the staff.

After a long time, I returned to this McDonald's in Merano to try breakfast. I approached the kiosk to order, but the overwhelming selection of products displayed on the screen, compared to the limited availability at the counter, convinced me that the food was frozen. I therefore left without consuming anything. Parking is available.

What a shame, the order was incomplete again. One of the fancy Mc'Nuggets was missing, the Fanta was completely absent, and there was hardly any sauce on the chicken burger and the Big Mac.

The only downside was the missing order number on the display board. But as the friendly employee commented, "...sometimes it's missing!" The fries and the Big Mac were cooked to perfection 👍! You can definitely go there with confidence 👋

As expected, nothing special. Unfortunately, the fish burger was the only meat-free option. More vegetarian choices would be great.

I'd like to give Yasmin a sincere compliment: she's incredibly talented, brilliant, and has a super positive energy. Even though the place was crowded, she immediately proved to be extremely helpful, attentive to every detail, and with a smile that truly makes the difference. It's rare to find staff so knowledgeable, cheerful, and capable of managing customers with such professionalism. Kudos to her and the team; I'll definitely be back!
