11/02/2025: First of all: unfortunately you can't write two reviews about the same hotel, so here's a new one: I'm currently spending my last evening at the Hotel Santner. I wouldn't have expected it but there was an increase compared to the previous year. The “little haha”, (the room is a great size) double room was recently renovated in a very stylish manner with attention to detail. It has charm and still exudes coziness. The balcony offered a fantastic view in the morning and evening. The location of the hotel is a dream for skiers and hiking enthusiasts. Now to what makes the hotel special for me. The staff and the hosts, I would like to highlight the reception. Super understanding of problems big and small. No matter who you talk to... the room staff... the friendly drivers, the waiters or the family... there was never the feeling that you were being disturbed. People really live here so that their guests should be satisfied. The food leaves nothing to be desired and my special requests (a lot of side dishes were canceled) were also implemented. You don't like something? No problem, we'll do something different. There's nothing left for me to say other than thank you for the lovely, relaxing time.

22/02/2025: Great hotel in the middle of the ski area. Very nice new suites. Probably the best in the area. Food was very tasty and everything was very clean and well maintained.

02/02/2025: Discovered by chance, and we were welcomed even though we were a large group and we showed up close to the kitchen closing time. Despite this we ate very well and discovered typical dishes, we will be back!

01/04/2025: We stayed at the Paradiso in September 2024. The location is truly unique – nestled in the heart of the Seiser Alm. The area offers excellent hiking tours, nestled in the beautiful Dolomites. The team is simply fantastic: warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and will definitely return. The real highlight, however, besides the great location and the fantastic team, is the cuisine. As a non-vegan, I was surprised every evening by the fascinating creations – simply wonderful!

23/03/2025: This place was phenomenal. The food is amazing, the staff are amazing, great spa, great ski location, stunning views of the Dolomites. I can't wait to go back to it.

22/02/2025: Crazy experience: Ordered a cheesburger and got 2 slices of bread with some meat with no condiments, a thin slice of shitty cheese, a slice of tomato and a slice of salad, thrown on a plate. Asked the server if a burger should not have any sauce por condiments and he yelled at me THAT’s WHAT YOU GET FOR THE MONEY and then kicked me out. The guy was acting crazy, never seen anything like that.

16/02/2025: We spent another week at the Cristallo and, as always, it was very nice and pleasant. A smaller but very nice hotel with excellent service. The rooms are very clean and comfortable, there is a nice wellness area and the overnight stay includes a very rich breakfast buffet. In the evening you can eat in the bistro/restaurant and choose between a 4-course menu or a la carte. All the dishes were very tasty and the prices are fair. Many thanks to all the staff and the hotel management, we would be happy to come back.

08/03/2025: We have been skiing on the Seiser Alm at least once a year for many years. And so far we have always (!) stopped at the Sanon Hut. The highlight was the very good Kaiserschmarren. Unfortunately this is no longer on the map. Dear innkeepers, think about it again.

02/03/2025: I cannot say enough good things about this hotel! The rooms are just what you need if you've been skiing all day - comfy and pleasant. The highlight, without reservation, is the food. As a gluten free person, this is absolutely paradise. What a luxury, to have so much choice! So much safety! I stayed here for a week and every day ate something I'd never had before, without worrying what was in it or asking questions about how it was prepared. Staying here honestly felt like a vacation from coeliac disease, and I would recommend it without any hesitation. The nutella donuts at breakfast were particularly delightful. It's a short bus ride to the slopes, but we found a cute path through town that was only about ~20 mins walk, so most days we walked to the lifts instead, especially as the bus can be busy first thing in the morning and at the end of the day.

22/01/2025: Sono molti anni che veniamo sull’Alpe, avevamo sentito parlare bene di questo rifugio e quest’anno che finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzarci non possiamo che confermare il passaparola positivo in merito. Qui troverete autentica gentilezza, gusto, qualità, ampia scelta del menu’, ottima presentazione delle portate e una bella atmosfera. Al momento per noi è la migliore esperienza culinaria sull’Alpe. Speriamo di potervi tornare in futuro.

05/03/2025: Wir waren in diesem sehr guten und gemütlichen Cafe um die verbleibende Zeit zu mutzen und einen Cafe mit einem Teilchen zu geniessen.Es besteht die Möglichkeit im inneren zu sitzen oder im Aussenbereich auf der Terrasse.Der Service ist genau wie der Cafe und der angebotene Kuchen hervorragend,wer möchte kann auch das ein oder andere Glas geistiger Getränke zu sich nehmen.
