26/08/2025: You shouldn't miss it. Host Christian Kelder extends a warm welcome. It may seem unassuming from the outside, but it's a must-visit. A wonderful atmosphere awaits you inside. Super friendly, sophisticated, and dedicated staff will professionally serve you throughout the evening. The food transcends the ambiance, so don't be prejudiced. Personally, I'll prefer this restaurant to the more upscale restaurants in the area in the future. Warmth and friendliness are synonymous with a white shirt and vest.

25/08/2025: We wanted an aperitivo, so we ordered four drinks and asked if there was anything to eat. We were told (not very politely) that the only thing they could bring us were chips (from the bag). Aside from the fact that there were very few chips, all four drinks were awful. They also all had different problems: one tasted only of lemonade, one only of alcohol (Campari), and the other two were completely watered down. Terrible experience.

17/08/2025: The atmosphere is great at Orti Sai Center. The place is a beautiful coffee shop and restaurant. We ordered a cappuccino and a delicious tiramisu. Younes, the server, was very kind and served us a free chocolate bar. It's worth a visit. 🇸🇦

The room is a love letter to Alpine craft: timber walls and ceilings, soft light, and round tables that make conversation easy—more contemporary Stube than rustic chalet, and freshly renewed in the latest renovation. That warm wood sets the stage for a slow, unrushed meal, where attentive service moves at the pace of the table and the wine pairings land like little high‑fives throughout the night. Chef Reimund Brunner’s cooking leans local but never insular, folding in pristine seafood and bright acids so dishes feel lifted rather than heavy—think Alto Adige spirit with a modern, lighter touch and less butter and sugar by design. 08/08/2025: We weren't staying at the hotel; we just went to the restaurant for dinner. It has an excellent location with good views. The restaurant was cozy. The receptionist, Grabielle, was very pleasant. Dinner was disappointing. The vegetarian dish made no sense at all; it was diced beets with a little oil and salt, with some toasted bread on top. It was supposed to be tartar. We also ordered salads to share. One of them was a mixed bag, like the ones you'd find in any supermarket, with some pieces of chicken and bacon on top, and a sauce that looked like Caesar dressing. The salad was unseasonable. We were hungry and ate the rest of the dishes. The waiter was unsympathetic, bordering on unpleasant. There was one dish we weren't sure we had ordered, and he brought us the menu, telling us and making a face that we had pointed at it. The rest of the dinner was tense. At the end of the meal, one of the diners told him that the salad was horrible—in fact, we didn't eat it—and he replied that it was a good thing we'd eaten the rest of the dishes!!! I think his tone was a bit off. I imagine he was having a bad day, but the truth is he made everything worse than it could have been. We didn't order dessert; we couldn't wait to leave. It's a shame because the place is very nice and cozy.

31/07/2025: My dad loved coming here... He was right! The view is fantastic and relaxing. The food is tasty and varied, suitable for both celiacs and non-celiacs. It's child-friendly, with outdoor games and an indoor kids' club. And there's a lovely pond with two carp that are open to being petted.

10/08/2025: I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

07/08/2025: 1. A request for a one-week stay for two people, including accessibility by car, for January 26 was already made in May 25! 2. I was told to call again in August 25. By then, they had assessed the needs of regular guests and might be able to offer something. There was no response regarding accessibility. After repeated inquiries, the information was received. 3. The second request was then made in August 25. 4. A room was offered without any consideration of needs, with a reference to moving to a room – a single room… There are two of us. CONCLUSION: This kind of behavior is fundamentally inappropriate for a service-oriented establishment that sees itself as a host. And this in South Tyrol. Unbelievable but true! No thanks! Fortunately, South Tyrol has much, much better to offer.

29/08/2025: Dear Paradiso team, we just spent a wonderful vacation with you and had a wonderful rest. I've read some reviews, and it's interesting how different people's perceptions are. I'll start with the food: The ambition, creativity, and attention to detail are clearly evident. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled by all the lovingly prepared and delicious creations. The breakfast was also great. There's certainly a reason why you don't offer spreads, nor a juicer, just a side note. The selection is great overall. Now, the service. The waitresses and bartenders are ALL, without exception, attentive, professional, and friendly. Very personable. Very different types, but overall a harmonious team. Everyone gives their best! Surroundings/Hiking: On the day of arrival, we were a little worried about the crowds of tourists, but the Seiser Alm turned out to be so vast and expansive that this wasn't noticeable on our tours. We were able to enjoy some great hikes in beautiful nature. Internationality: We appreciated how easy it was to communicate in English. At the same time as our stay, a very cheerful Canadian tour group was staying at the hotel, and they were greeted by an English-speaking lady from the hotel. As we later learned, she is part of the hotel management. This is really the only negative point we found, because we encountered this lady countless times in the morning at breakfast or otherwise and never once made eye contact or greeted us. However, all the waiters and attentive housekeeping staff immediately made up for this with their warmth. Hotel amenities: Everything was top-notch, but what didn't fit with the incredibly high-quality food and the dining room was the view of parked cars. Conclusion: A bold, innovative, and exemplary idea to create a plant-based hotel in the middle of the alpine pasture. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much 💚

21/08/2025: My boyfriend and I just stayed at Paradiso Pure.Living in Alpe di Siusi for his birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience: the hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is unique. Being both vegan, we particularly appreciated the hotel's vegan and sustainable philosophy: from the cuisine to the small daily touches, everything reflects values ​​we share and makes our stay even more meaningful. The culinary offerings are varied, creative, and top-notch. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. We were especially pleased that they remembered that our stay was a birthday present: they provided us with a dessert with a candle and two glasses of sparkling wine, a gesture that touched us and made us even happier with our choice. I highly recommend Paradiso Pure.Living to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, immersed in nature, and in line with a conscious and sustainable approach. We can't wait to return!

08/07/2025: After the walk, I had lunch. I had goulash, barley soup, ribs, and for dessert, I had Kaiser pancakes (the Austrian emperor's favorite) and tiramisu. It was so nice to eat delicious food while watching Sasolungo.

17/08/2025: We had lunch at our go-to restaurant and, as always, my favorite schnitzel was a must, and it was perfect. The fries, however, were a bit worse than we remembered. The only downside is the prices, which are quite high, but the quality of the main dishes remains the reason we always come back.

10/08/2025: Visiting the village of Castelrotto and ending the day here to eat local beef seems like a good combo! The restaurant is a little outside the center, it's open late, and it has a beautiful terrace. I recommend the beef, because the pizzas didn't look very good; someone else at the table didn't like them. On the other hand, the meat was delicious, super tender! Excellent tiramisu with lots of mascarpone ❤️ The prices are a bit high.

07/08/2025: A simple, unpretentious place. The food is good with adequate portions. But I find it unacceptable to pay €4.90 for a 0.75-liter bottle of water (even in a house glass bottle). I think it's a joke, and unfortunately, it's quite common around here.

17/08/2025: We only stopped at the bar without staying overnight. The friendliness and quality of the products (cakes and juices) suggest considering a stay.

13/08/2025: We were passing through, we only had lunch at the restaurant, and you can't say it's a 4-star hotel restaurant at all! The food is poor quality—for example, the parmesan shavings in a salad were so hard they looked like they'd been cut days ago. The service was disappointing, with two waiters constantly mumbling. A smile from the managers would also have been appreciated, and I understand it's a busy season, but considering the bill we paid, a small smile would have been appreciated.

17/07/2025: We stayed at the hotel in mid-July. Room 220 is gorgeous!! Welcoming, fragrant, with all the mountain comforts, modern and contemporary style. From the terrace, an incredible view of the Dolomite peaks! Excellent breakfasts and dinners with impeccable service!! Lorenzo and Rahul are adorable 🥰 We absolutely loved the spa, spacious and well-maintained. The outdoor pool is a true experience, with an infinity edge in the lawn and the Sasso Piatto and Sassolungo mountains in front, like a thousand-year-old protection, surrounded by kilometers of flowery and fragrant meadows. A true privilege to have found this location and this welcome. Thank you, Gisella

16/07/2025: We've been staying at this hotel for years, and it's always a pleasure to return. The staff is exceptionally kind, always available and smiling, ready to meet every need with professionalism. The location is simply perfect: immersed in a breathtaking setting that makes every awakening special. The service is consistently impeccable: clean and well-maintained rooms, a generous breakfast and delicious dinners, and attention to detail in every corner.

26/07/2025: The hotel is in an excellent location. The view is spectacular. The interior is meticulously maintained, down to the smallest details. BUT: - Check-in starts at 2:00 PM, meaning if you arrive early after a motorcycle trip, you'll have to wait outside the hotel in the rain until 2:00 PM. - There's a small spa, but there are no bathrobes in the room, and even worse, there's no phone to call the receptionist. We had to call the hotel from our cell phone; a person from another hotel answered, and only after a while did we get our bathrobes. - Corner room with a beautiful view, but a bathroom so small you can barely fit in, and even worse, no shelf or hook to hang towels. In conclusion: very poor value for money. It's very expensive considering the inconvenience.
