22/12/2025: a very nice and welcoming place!

08/12/2025: Magical place! We had a bit of trouble finding the restaurant, but once we arrived, what a surprise! An old mill, with just a few tables spread across three levels, a dreamy atmosphere, and excellent food. They offer two 4- or 5-course menus, which can be mixed and matched with wines if desired. The only downside: they offered us an aperitif to start, but the menu wasn't clear on the price or whether it was included in the menu, and the waiter didn't specify. We actually paid €45 for a half bottle of Bellavisra Prosecco. We had a wonderful evening, and I highly recommend it.

03/03/2026: Staff was exceptionally rude. After waiting for 5 minutes at the front they finally responded to us and instructed us to wait for 2 minutes as they were setting up a table for us. At least 10 to 15 minutes go by of us standing at the front and the table still had not been made. Not only did they seem extremely understaffed but they ended up giving another two guests a table before us (unsure if they had booked prior or not because they spoke a language I didn’t understand). There were many free tables available. They could have said no, we cannot give a table unless you book. But they told us to wait for two minutes, only for us to be standing for 15 as other people got tables. Gave me the impression business was running poorly, so they grabbed us and told us to wait as soon as we got there 🤷‍♀️ Very poor service, I don’t recommend unless you book prior. Very rude, clear communication could have mitigated this issue. Its a shame because the food smelt delicious but apparently its overpriced anyway 🤣

23/02/2026: My husband and I were blown away by the food and service at Sotriffer. From start to finish, everything was perfect. The service was warm and attentive, and the food was exceptional. You can tell so much care and intention goes into every single dish. The deconstructed apple strudel was incredible as well as the sheep’s milk ricotta- the flavors worked together so seamlessly. My husband and I left feeling so taken care of. They didn’t miss a single detail. When I will recommend everyone to dine at this restaurant.

12/02/2026: We just had an unforgettable dining experience at Anna Stuben. The five-course surprise menu was magical — every dish a unique, delicious explosion of local flavors. Paired with their stellar non-alcoholic cocktail pairing, the experience was incredible! Flawless service, warm and intuitive. This restaurant definitely deserves the star. 🌟

14/03/2026: A typical restaurant that surprised us! A warm and welcoming place, with a menu for all tastes. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are excellent, and the main courses are equally good. The prices are perfectly in line with the average, and the staff is friendly. We'll be back!

13/03/2026: We were absolutely delighted with our visit to this restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding – truly delicious and prepared with excellent, fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were also perfectly proportioned, ensuring we left feeling full and satisfied. The very fair price-performance ratio deserves special mention. For the quality and quantity of the food, it's more than reasonable. The ambiance is beautiful: cozy, authentic, and with a genuine Italian flair that makes you feel instantly at ease. Add to that the very attentive and courteous service, with a great eye for detail. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

25/02/2026: We weren't guests at the hotel, but just went for lunch during a day of skiing. It was a pleasant and delicious discovery to find a vegan restaurant in the heart of the Dolomites. Perfect service, a location with a breathtaking view, and quality, tasty, and original food. We had spinach spaetzle, crispy dumplings, and for dessert, a delicious enormous vanilla and chocolate cookie. Everything was truly delicious and original. I recommend everyone to try it. Whether you're vegan or not, it's a place worth trying!

24/02/2026: Unfortunately, I didn't stay at the hotel, but I did have dinner at Chef Charami's Omnia restaurant. The restaurant offers a completely vegan tasting menu, like everything else in the hotel. The warm and relaxing welcome was breathtaking, with a breathtaking view of the Siusi Alps. The beautiful interior, with its eclectic style. But let's move on to the food. What can I say? An unforgettable experience. I, who follow a primarily plant-based diet, rediscovered flavors I hadn't tasted in years, moving me to tears and taking me back to my childhood. The chef perfectly conveys her story, her passion, and her love for cooking through her dishes, combined with top-quality techniques and ingredients. A special thanks also to the restaurant manager, Anna, who is incredibly kind and sweet. I hope to return very soon. Thank you. Future is vegan and famale

23/09/2025: Fantastic little wine bar. We tried a couple of wines, both delicious and reasonably priced (about €6 each). Service was great, atmosphere exactly what you want for an evening wine before dinner. They also have other drinks for those who don’t feel like wine. Highly recommend!

25/10/2025: I'm so glad to find this place! We weren't sure at first because it has burgers, pizzas, kebabs, Latin, Asian, etc. When a restaurant has too many flavors, it loses quality of food. Not this joint! We ordered chicken cutlet and seafood stew & rice. They both hit the spot for us. Thank you!

26/02/2026: Dream vacation! My wife and I are both celiacs, and we found a true gluten-free paradise. The hotel is comfortable with excellent amenities, and is also perfect for children, thanks to its dedicated play area. The staff were incredibly kind; we felt pampered for a whole week and can't wait to return.

18/02/2026: A thoroughly enjoyable stay at Hotel Saltria. The location is perfect for skiers, as you can ski right from the hotel onto the slopes – it couldn't be more convenient. The rooms are all new, very tastefully furnished with lots of wood, and wonderfully bright thanks to the large windows. You immediately feel at home and can enjoy the mountain views. The food and service were also excellent. The staff was always friendly and attentive, so we felt completely well looked after. We would love to come back and can absolutely recommend the hotel. THANK YOU!

18/02/2026: We stayed at the Saltria again and, as always, we loved it. It's especially ideal for families with children: a large playroom, a magic carpet lift with its own practice slope right outside, and numerous opportunities for tobogganing, skiing, and hiking. The room and food were also excellent, and we were able to truly relax. We'll definitely be back!
