27/10/2024: The Schlern-Hex is a must if you are in South Tyrol, beautiful old inn and invites you to linger, eat very well, service was great, we felt very comfortable 🙏I can warmly recommend it ☺️but you have to make a reservation as it is always very fully booked

11/12/2024: Nel nostro aver sciato 4 giorni all'Alpe di Siusi, posto meraviglioso, il pranzo lo abbiamo consumato qui. Bel posto di fronte alla maestosità del gruppo del Sassolungo. Accolti da gentilezza e cortesia siamo stati coccolati da ottimo cibo tipico, goulaschsuppe, canederli allo speck, rosti di patate, caffè e digestivo. Consigliato.

02/11/2024: After a nice hike we went to the Sanon Hut because it was still open. Thank God ! We were thrilled by the professional, open and great team. The food was super good and of course the location was simply fantastic. We were there again on November 1st and despite the long queue, the team always remained confident and friendly and the quality of the meals was consistently high. Thank you and keep it up!!!!!

08/10/2024: This place definitely deserves more attention, the food is excellent for the price point and the service is great. Had a chance to talk with one of the waiters and he made the experience even better.

17/12/2024: We're going spontaneously, they had a table for four. The place was relatively full and with a lot of customer turnover. The pizza was fantastic! The super friendly waitress!! Highly recommended.

05/11/2024: The gluten-free food is excellent! The rooms are in need of restoration - the technology installed is no longer up to date, the staff is very good, although language communication was a bit difficult in some cases, which is a bit unusual for the area. But you could get by with English. Seis is a bit “behind”, which means that the daily excursions towards Bolzano have to be managed over the busy roads together with buses and trucks. In the other direction, the roads were partially closed during the day, or could only be used at an unfavorable time window.

17/07/2024: Piatti cucinati da professionisti. Il cervo era squisito, le praline al caprino una piacevole scoperta. I dolci potevano essere un po’ migliori ma comunque erano buoni. Prezzo alto ma commisurato alla bontà dei piatti.

23/05/2024: A great evening in Sassegg. The atmosphere is stylish, modern and cozy. We felt very comfortable. The owners are very nice and open to a little chat at the table. The food was fantastic, great exceptional dishes that were all delicious. We would love to come back on our next vacation. If you would like to eat something special, you should pay a visit to this restaurant.

29/08/2024: My husband and I stayed 10 nights in this property and had a great time. The family is certainly welcoming and the staff very kind. The food is good. It takes 5 minutes to go to the village and the buses 🚌 (free) connect you to all the nearest places for walks and excursions. So the location of the hotel is very convenient. We recommend it

01/10/2024: Eine urige Hütte, die uns total überzeugt hat. Nach einer anstrengenden Wanderung über Stock und Stein sind wir hier sehr nett empfangen und bedient worden. Typische Speckknödel mit Suppe, ausgezeichnet. Auch die Kinderwüsche waren kein Problem.

12/09/2024: Per posizione, struttura e dimensioni, la migliore baita dell’Alpe di Siusi: non per l’ampiezza dell’offerta culinaria, quanto per la sensazione di autenticità. Abbiamo preso poche cose tutte buonissime. Se consumate all’esterno, date comunque un’occhiata anche all’interno. Molto consigliato.

02/08/2024: The whole stay (one week) we had in Paradiso we felt like being in Paradise. The green area at Seiser Alm is absolutely beautiful and stunning. Perfect for walking our dogs, enjoying long hikes and doing some longer trail runs. On top of the great area the whole service we experienced was simply perfect. A big thank you to the whole team mentioning Irena, Margerita, Ana, Rooney and all the others! Every dish we got served was a tasty experience and you could see on each course the creativity and passion of the chef and her team. Outstanding for us was the sushi created with carrots and „the pear“ dessert, we had not a single course which did not taste us always 10/10 for us. Also the whole interior in the rooms did suit us, we liked the spa area and looking forward to the hotel offer 100% vegan in the future on their menu. Excellent! One idea from us as dog owners: We had our own towels with us when the dogs got dirty outside but would appreciate by arrival one additional towel for dog already on the room. We have already stayed at LaVimea and iPini and can not wait to return to Paradiso soon.

02/08/2024: Extremely nice experience! Starting with the breathtaking and strategic location in the middle of the mountains, the perfect starting point for hiking or, in our case, trail running. The rooms are nice and well maintained. The lobby is very special and exciting because of the art on display! The wellness area is also nice and has everything you could want. The food is really delicious, refined and varied! Above all, the “vegetable course” every evening shows the technical quality of the chef, this is where the wheat is separated from the chaff. Great praise! What I really liked was the exact speed at which the courses were served. The service staff is young and lively, attentive and on the ball! We also got on really well with Rooney, Anna, Irena and Magaretha and everyone else, they are really very nice and at the same time totally professional. Overall, for me the price-performance ratio is balanced and justified by the location and the special dining experience. We will definitely come back and highly recommend the Paradiso. ❤️ Suggestions for improvement: For dogs, put “dirty towels” in the room right from the start so that you don’t have to think about towels yourself. Given the price of dogs, I think you can demand this. Also increase the portion size of pasta and wild herb salad at lunch so as not to unnecessarily irritate the guests. Poke bowl and tiramisu, on the other hand, is very generous and just right! In terms of taste, everything at lunch is also top notch vegan cream!

10/06/2024: I swear to God, it is one of the most beautiful hotels in the countryside. The location is beyond imagination, but it is considered to be on top of a mountain, and it has some windings and climbs to the top. The old lady treated us with all respect and appreciation. It is an unforgettable experience and I will repeat it.

22/08/2024: Meravigliosa piccola malga in alpe de Siusi, panorama mozzafiato, attrezzatissima per una pausa rifocillante dopo una bella camminata o per rilassarsi sul prato o sulle sdraio messe a disposizione gratuitamente per gli ospiti. Servizio rapido e gentile, personale sorridente. Noi abbiamo preso i cappelletti di farro ed erano veramente ottimi. Unico neo é presente un unico bagno per uomini e donne con conseguenti lunghe attese. Al di là di questo, posto assolutamente consigliato.

13/08/2024: Al rifugio ci si arriva tramite sentieri, immerso nella valle più incantevole tra il sassolungo e lo sciliar. Cibo ottimo...servizio veloce. Ottimo per le famiglie con bambini. Una menzione particolare per le mezze lune di ricotta ripiene di nocciola...spettacolari!!!
