04/05/2025: My partner and I, every year for his birthday, decide to celebrate in this wonderful structure. Staff attentive to the smallest details, welcoming and really kind. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. The food is of excellent quality, both at breakfast and dinner. There is a parking space in the structure, certainly a convenience! For us it is a reconfirmation every year! Well done everyone!

23/03/2025: All around pleasant hotel with excellent cuisine!

14/07/2025: Unfortunately, after a hike, we stopped for a slice of cake at the hotel bar. I say unfortunately because the location is truly beautiful, overlooking stunning mountains. Furthermore, the hotel, from what we could see, appears very beautiful and well-kept. However, we were "welcomed" by an absolutely unpleasant waitress, who responded coldly and annoyedly to our requests (I should point out that her colleague was more affable). When it was time to pay and leave, she greeted us rudely and annoyedly, obviously in response to ours. Furthermore, the cakes were of poor quality for a hotel of this kind, and especially for a mountain restaurant (considering that one of the cakes we ordered was a Sachertorte). An absolutely unpleasant experience that I wouldn't recommend.

14/07/2025: Something needs to be fixed regarding the meals not being refilled when the food was finished. And the buffet lacked a list of what was available.

11/07/2025: A very nice, friendly hotel with a fantastic pool below the Sciliar, excellent cuisine, a wonderful wellness area, and friendly, welcoming hosts. The Seiser Alm, cycling trails, and a golf course are nearby.

02/06/2025: This restaurant is a true gem in Ortisei. Delicate dishes, excellent quality, and excellent presentation. I highly recommend a visit to enjoy its delicacies. I'm including photos of the ones we thoroughly enjoyed. Congratulations to the chef, who clearly loves his craft above all else. The service was exquisite, and the restaurant was beautifully decorated and very pleasant. It's a shame I didn't discover it sooner so I could return, but you never know...

01/04/2025: We stayed at Paradiso in September 2024. The location is truly unique – located in the middle of the Alpe di Siusi. The area offers excellent hiking tours, embedded in the beautiful Dolomites. The team is simply great: warm and accommodating. We felt very comfortable and will definitely come back. In addition to the great location and the great team, the real highlight is the kitchen. As a non-vegan, I was surprised every evening by the fascinating creations - simply wonderful!

22/01/2025: Sono molti anni che veniamo sull’Alpe, avevamo sentito parlare bene di questo rifugio e quest’anno che finalmente siamo riusciti a pranzarci non possiamo che confermare il passaparola positivo in merito. Qui troverete autentica gentilezza, gusto, qualità, ampia scelta del menu’, ottima presentazione delle portate e una bella atmosfera. Al momento per noi è la migliore esperienza culinaria sull’Alpe. Speriamo di potervi tornare in futuro.

08/07/2025: After the walk, I had lunch. I had goulash, barley soup, ribs, and for dessert, I had Kaiser pancakes (the Austrian emperor's favorite) and tiramisu. It was so nice to eat delicious food while watching Sasolungo.

26/06/2025: As for the food, it is definitely the place where I have eaten the least well here in the area. But above all I cannot speak well of the service: the waitress who served us was disoriented, she understood and spoke little Italian, not even knowing how to explain a dish that we would have liked to order. Furthermore, the owner who took the orders did not tell us that one of the dishes ordered (cannelloni) was finished and one of the people who were with me waited in vain for half an hour for his dish watching us eat, only to then be told that the cannelloni were finished. To conclude, the place is not that great either, it is quite old and not so convenient to reach. We will not return and we cannot recommend it.

26/06/2025: Lekker! Absolutely delicious meal, home made. Lovely welcoming family run restaurant. Sweet cheese dumplings with nougat chocolate were a wonderful ending!!

07/06/2025: The rooms are nice and very clean. Everything you need is there. The location is a bit out of the way, so if you don't necessarily want to eat at the hotel, you'll have to drive to Castelrotto or Siusi, or walk a bit longer. There are a few parking spaces, but overall they're quite tight, so you should be able to judge the dimensions and turning circle of your vehicle. The breakfast is really good. All the hotel staff are very friendly and helpful. We can't say much about the bistro, but the offerings are a bit smaller compared to the past (we noticed this because they no longer serve pizza). The bistro seemed relatively quiet.

06/06/2025: We were given a room overlooking the meadow and forests, with beautiful views. The buffet breakfast was excellent and everything was top-quality. The hotel is close to the village and within walking distance. It has a small spa. All you can hear are the birds. 100% recommended.
