03/10/2025: We ate at Bachler twice during our stay and were impressed by the quality and service. There's something for everyone on the menu. The daily specials are very good. Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive service. Their own pizza chef prepares pizzas at the oven. Truly a top recommendation.

03/10/2025: We were really looking forward to a good pizza and were unfortunately disappointed. The pizza in the photo is my own homemade pizza. I'm used to pizzas from South Tyrol that are completely different. The dough was very light, didn't bubble, and had zero flavor, as is appropriate for a dough made with, for example, Caputo flour. It tasted more like a crispy pie crust. Despite the wood-fired oven, it wasn't a truly good pizza. I can't recommend it. The atmosphere was okay, and the enterprising waiter was very nice. This is what my pizzas at home look like, and they're not from a wood-fired oven.

29/09/2025: If you feel like a little treat, I’d definitely recommend grabbing a scoop or two of gelato here. It was so good that I completely forgot to take a picture of it. I also didn’t take any photos of the place itself because it was packed with people, and I didn’t want to bother anyone. Both are pretty positive “problems” to have!

23/09/2025: Fantastic little wine bar. We tried a couple of wines, both delicious and reasonably priced (about €6 each). Service was great, atmosphere exactly what you want for an evening wine before dinner. They also have other drinks for those who don’t feel like wine. Highly recommend!

25/10/2025: I'm so glad to find this place! We weren't sure at first because it has burgers, pizzas, kebabs, Latin, Asian, etc. When a restaurant has too many flavors, it loses quality of food. Not this joint! We ordered chicken cutlet and seafood stew & rice. They both hit the spot for us. Thank you!

13/01/2026: So, I'm speaking for my friend who went to eat at Mauritz yesterday, January 12, 2026. He ordered a tartar, which was spectacular—I'd say excellent—and then ordered a trio of kanederli, which was truly awful. They charged him €20 for such poor-quality food, even though he's a regular. He charged €8 for a large beer (0.5 ml), and a "hay" grappa that tasted like chamomile, cost him €6-7. Truly inappropriate behavior for such a well-known restaurant. I'm sorry to even write this review; I hope you improve your culinary skills.

11/01/2026: Gorgeous atmosphere, friendly staff, amazing food. Super fresh fish, and we know how difficult that is in a place so far from the sea. The only small flaw is the slightly high prices.

03/01/2026: The hotel is located in a truly magical scenery of the Dolomites . Even when it doesn’t snow for a while this specific location is still all white and with the mountains and skiers all around it looks like it comes straight out of a painting !! The hotel itself has all the amenities anyone would want ,gym,spa,pool, yoga room and even a piano and pool table in the central bar area ! It is full of wonderful , carefully curated art and has a very warm atmosphere . The owners (Alex & Max) are always present , super kind and helpful with everything and it is just amazing to see someone love what they have made and take such good care of it !!! But the magic doesn’t stop there! The vegan food was an absolute revelation – sophisticated, creative, and utterly delicious by chef Aggeliki Charami . The breakfast buffet was straight out of heaven with endless different options every day !!! Dinner was a standard 5 course menu that changed every day while lunch and pizza were à la carte. All of the above were plant-based masterpieces that could delight even non-vegan friends. Everyone working there was always super kind , helpful and great at what they do ! Paradiso is exactly that , a paradise, an oasis of peace, incredible food, and unparalleled natural beauty.

28/12/2025: I spent Christmas with my family at Paradiso. It's a 10/10! Not only does the food make every vegan's heart sing, but so do the atmosphere and the incredibly friendly staff. Simply a place where you're happy, without any compromises! I'll definitely be back!

05/01/2026: We only ate at the restaurant: the staff was very friendly (greetings to waiter Vito) :-), there's a separate gluten-free kitchen, and the entire menu is available gluten-free! Everything was delicious, and the kids were thrilled! See you soon!

04/01/2026: We tried the restaurant, located in the elegant and welcoming setting of the hotel. The dishes were exceptional and the service excellent. As is well known, they have impeccable gluten-free options (I've attached a photo of the gluten-free dumplings and strudel)... highly recommended for celiacs and non-celiacs alike!

08/01/2026: Disappointing experience. Long wait in line with no information about the waiting time. The food didn't live up to the price: two overly salty barley soups and two small beers for €47, decidedly overpriced compared to other huts on the Alpe di Siusi. The only positive: the location, truly beautiful.

08/01/2026: After waiting for over an hour in -10°C (the waiter had promised 20 minutes), we finally got a table. Compared to other restaurants in the ski resort, the dishes are about 10-20% more expensive but of lower quality. Once seated, we noticed that several tables were still empty, meaning we could certainly have been seated much sooner. When a waitress offered two seats at our table to guests waiting outside, the other waiter waved her off – the seats remained unoccupied the entire time – and there were still about 15 people in line after us – unbelievable! The first dish arrived after 3 minutes, the other two 15 minutes later. For dessert, we had Kaiserschmarren and Tiramisu – neither is recommended and both are served in better quality at other restaurants in the area. The service deserves zero points.

19/10/2025: The hotel is truly beautiful from an aesthetic standpoint. Very fresh, clean, and in a modern yet elegant style. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. The room was spacious and clean. The spa is very welcoming. However, there is only one open-plan relaxation area. The sun loungers and hot tub on the terrace are excellent. The pool is very charming. A small comment regarding breakfast: there aren't many options for those with dairy allergies or vegans.

19/10/2025: Stay from October 17 to 19, 2025: splendid room in size, finishes, and cleanliness. Half-board service with excellent breakfast and dinner. Professional and very friendly staff. Top-floor pool with retractable roof and views of the Castelrotto bell tower, saunas, and relaxation rooms. Superlative hotel.

18/12/2025: An absolutely exceptional place, a hotel with top-notch service and a unique family atmosphere. We're just reminiscing about last year's December ski trip and plan to repeat it. I highly recommend it.

08/12/2025: The hotel is suitable for both those who want to relax and those who enjoy activities like skiing or hiking. Wonderful views, exceptional food, friendly and always helpful staff. The only flaw is the bathroom. Really tiny.

10/11/2025: An absolutely negative and unfair experience from a commercial perspective. The price advertised on the website for the stay was clearly indicated as a maximum of €60 per person per night. The first offer I received exceeded this maximum (€68), without explanation. After reporting the discrepancy, I was sent a second offer, which was also incorrect and included a higher price for the dog than indicated on the website (initially €15, then €12, instead of the €10 indicated on the website). After I pointed out the second discrepancy, the offer was completely deleted. This behavior is misleading and unfair: publishing one price on the website and then offering a different offer is an unlawful commercial practice. I will report this matter to the Italian Competition Authority (Antitrust) so that they can assess any violations of consumer protection regulations. I will share all screenshots of the correspondence as evidence. I advise anyone considering booking here to carefully check the advertised prices and report any discrepancies, to avoid being deceived as I was.

16/01/2026: Super nice restaurant. We'd been there earlier this week, and it was completely full; there were even people waiting. This time we arrived on time and were able to eat without a reservation. The food was delicious; we had spaghetti carbonara and the regular hamburger. The staff was also super friendly! Definitely recommended.
