The owners, the grandparents, were lovely and kind, making it feel like staying at a relative's home. The breakfast was delicious, with a wide selection of breads, cheeses, fruit, and fresh coffee. 08/10/2025: Clean and nice. Good breakfast and pleasant host. We stayed in the attic. It was a bit worn, but perfectly usable for the price. Missed an opportunity to make a cup of coffee in the room.

21/09/2025: Always a guarantee, this is the fifth time we've stayed at this splendid property, and it never disappoints. Next year, we hope to try the newly renovated rooms.

03/10/2025: We were really looking forward to a good pizza and were unfortunately disappointed. The pizza in the photo is my own homemade pizza. I'm used to pizzas from South Tyrol that are completely different. The dough was very light, didn't bubble, and had zero flavor, as is appropriate for a dough made with, for example, Caputo flour. It tasted more like a crispy pie crust. Despite the wood-fired oven, it wasn't a truly good pizza. I can't recommend it. The atmosphere was okay, and the enterprising waiter was very nice. This is what my pizzas at home look like, and they're not from a wood-fired oven.

03/10/2025: We ate at Bachler twice during our stay and were impressed by the quality and service. There's something for everyone on the menu. The daily specials are very good. Friendly, attentive, but never intrusive service. Their own pizza chef prepares pizzas at the oven. Truly a top recommendation.

05/10/2025: I had the most delicious hot chocolate ever here, along with a delicious pizza. The selection was huge, the prices were great, and the service was very friendly!

17/10/2025: The food was so delicious and the service was the best! First of all, the food was very good and the meat was soft. I felt that I kept checking the status of the table, and it was a meal that made me feel so good because of the service His name is JEFF !!! :). 10/10/2025: Another fantastic refuge in Seiser Alm! The food was delicious, with beef goulash with potatoes and chef's special spinach and cheese dumplings, and a fresh chocolate cake. Great place to chill out, with the views of Sassolungo and Passo Sella group of mountains. If you continue further, you also get the view of Sciliar mountains! It's a huge surrounding for all kinds of activities and leisure!

21/08/2025: My boyfriend and I stayed three days at this magnificent hotel to fully enjoy the mountains, relaxing and hiking in the various refuges. The hotel is right in the center, convenient for reaching Alpe di Siusi, Val Gardena, and Ortisei. All the staff were super friendly, they pamper you and make you feel at ease. The only negative is the breakfast (they have the same cakes every day, they should vary a bit) and the lack of fresh fruit; there were always strawberries and fruit in syrup. We also really enjoyed the spa, a relaxing moment with a beautiful panoramic view.

10/08/2025: I was looking for a different hotel Santer but look at that, you guys are a wonderful resort for wellness and holidays. Great pictures often say more than a thousand words, but we also need words that are well-disposed and vibrate high to maintain our heart level without being dependent on them. It brightens up the day and multiplies itself here on this platform worldwide anyway. I wish you a wonderful summer. It's nice that I already have you here on my phone. Yes, it is recommendable, no question.

07/08/2025: 1. A request for a one-week stay for two people, including accessibility by car, for January 26 was already made in May 25! 2. I was told to call again in August 25. By then, they had assessed the needs of regular guests and might be able to offer something. There was no response regarding accessibility. After repeated inquiries, the information was received. 3. The second request was then made in August 25. 4. A room was offered without any consideration of needs, with a reference to moving to a room – a single room… There are two of us. CONCLUSION: This kind of behavior is fundamentally inappropriate for a service-oriented establishment that sees itself as a host. And this in South Tyrol. Unbelievable but true! No thanks! Fortunately, South Tyrol has much, much better to offer.

29/08/2025: Dear Paradiso team, we just spent a wonderful vacation with you and had a wonderful rest. I've read some reviews, and it's interesting how different people's perceptions are. I'll start with the food: The ambition, creativity, and attention to detail are clearly evident. We were absolutely delighted and thrilled by all the lovingly prepared and delicious creations. The breakfast was also great. There's certainly a reason why you don't offer spreads, nor a juicer, just a side note. The selection is great overall. Now, the service. The waitresses and bartenders are ALL, without exception, attentive, professional, and friendly. Very personable. Very different types, but overall a harmonious team. Everyone gives their best! Surroundings/Hiking: On the day of arrival, we were a little worried about the crowds of tourists, but the Seiser Alm turned out to be so vast and expansive that this wasn't noticeable on our tours. We were able to enjoy some great hikes in beautiful nature. Internationality: We appreciated how easy it was to communicate in English. At the same time as our stay, a very cheerful Canadian tour group was staying at the hotel, and they were greeted by an English-speaking lady from the hotel. As we later learned, she is part of the hotel management. This is really the only negative point we found, because we encountered this lady countless times in the morning at breakfast or otherwise and never once made eye contact or greeted us. However, all the waiters and attentive housekeeping staff immediately made up for this with their warmth. Hotel amenities: Everything was top-notch, but what didn't fit with the incredibly high-quality food and the dining room was the view of parked cars. Conclusion: A bold, innovative, and exemplary idea to create a plant-based hotel in the middle of the alpine pasture. We'll definitely be back. Thank you very much 💚

21/08/2025: My boyfriend and I just stayed at Paradiso Pure.Living in Alpe di Siusi for his birthday. It was a truly wonderful experience: the hotel is meticulously designed down to the smallest detail, and the atmosphere is unique. Being both vegan, we particularly appreciated the hotel's vegan and sustainable philosophy: from the cuisine to the small daily touches, everything reflects values ​​we share and makes our stay even more meaningful. The culinary offerings are varied, creative, and top-notch. A special thank you goes to the staff, who were always attentive and kind. We were especially pleased that they remembered that our stay was a birthday present: they provided us with a dessert with a candle and two glasses of sparkling wine, a gesture that touched us and made us even happier with our choice. I highly recommend Paradiso Pure.Living to anyone looking for a relaxing experience, immersed in nature, and in line with a conscious and sustainable approach. We can't wait to return!

25/09/2025: This was an extremely expensive meal where the quality of the food did not meet the total cost. Actually had a meal at their other restaurant 4 Sajons which was 1/3 the cost and significantly better. The initial amuse course was all very tart lacking balance. Foie course lacked balance, the other elements lacked the strength to balance (acid, sweetness, etc) the strongly flavored cold Foie preparation. The lobster course the lobster was very fishy tasting, seemed maybe off? The steak was pretty chewy and not very tender the other parts of the dish were good. Everything else was just okay... didn't have any moments that opened my eyes or surprised me (in a good way). Everything was either lack luster or uninspired or at times not enjoyable.

14/09/2025: We had an amazing birthday meal at Anna Stuben. The food, service and restaurant itself were all top quality. I wouldn’t be surprise if it gained another star soon as its operating above some 2 or 3 star restaurants.

04/10/2025: Breakfast is simple but excellent, and the staff is very friendly. 3-6 desserts are complimentary (the chocolate desserts are so delicious ㅠㅠ). However, it's a bit far from downtown. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the bus stop, and it's an uphill walk from downtown to the accommodation.

24/09/2025: We absolutely loved Hotel Hartmann! We stayed for only one night after spending four days hiking hut-to-hut in the mountains, and it was such a treat. We were able to leave our suitcases for a few days while we hiked, and they were waiting in our room when we arrived. The hotel is way more luxurious than we expected, with a super fluffy bed, above and beyond service, fantastic breakfast, and a peaceful wellness space with saunas and a steam room. The self-service beverages and snacks are a great touch as well. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time here and couldn’t enjoy our massive balcony as it was raining. The location is beautiful and you can enter the walking path from the backyard, but it’s worth noting that most restaurants are a 10-15 minute walk (there is no meal service beyond breakfast); not too far, but something to keep in mind after a long hike! Also, while shampoo is provided, conditioner is not, but that seems common in the region. A huge thanks to Hotel Hartmann and the wonderful staff for a stay we won’t forget!

Option to take advantage of the half-board service or the attached bistro with an excellent menu for all tastes. Friendly and professional staff: Mohad and Valerio are TOP!

10/08/2025: One of the best experiences I’ve had. Very pretty views and peaceful environments. Unexpectedly, the food was amazing, eaten the snitzel dish 3 days in a row. Mounaim was the best, very kind and helped us with evertything, even some special requests. Would recommend anytime and will for sure come back.
