24/04/2026: We had a thoroughly enjoyable stay at Hotel Saltria on the Seiser Alm. The location is simply exceptional – waking up in the morning with a view of the Langkofel and Plattkofel mountains is breathtaking every time. The rooms are beautifully and luxuriously furnished; you immediately feel at home. After a day outdoors, the spa area with its warm pool and panoramic views was simply perfect for unwinding. The food also truly impressed us – varied, light, and of very high quality. You can tell that quality is a priority here. We were particularly impressed by the friendly and attentive staff. You feel welcome without it seeming forced. We will definitely be back.

13/04/2026: The property is as stunning as the valley itself. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, always available to answer any questions. The cuisine, bar service, and overall dining experience are excellent. The spa is a gem, with an Adults Only area for total relaxation. The bus stop and chairlift are literally right in front of the hotel. An absolute must-try experience.

12/04/2026: We came here almost every night of our week long ski trip and enjoyed the casual atmosphere alongside the good cocktails and wine. Riccardo was also good fun, friendly and very hospitable!

25/10/2025: I'm so glad to find this place! We weren't sure at first because it has burgers, pizzas, kebabs, Latin, Asian, etc. When a restaurant has too many flavors, it loses quality of food. Not this joint! We ordered chicken cutlet and seafood stew & rice. They both hit the spot for us. Thank you!

14/03/2026: A typical restaurant that surprised us! A warm and welcoming place, with a menu for all tastes. The tagliatelle with mushrooms are excellent, and the main courses are equally good. The prices are perfectly in line with the average, and the staff is friendly. We'll be back!

13/03/2026: We were absolutely delighted with our visit to this restaurant. The quality of the food was outstanding – truly delicious and prepared with excellent, fresh ingredients. The portion sizes were also perfectly proportioned, ensuring we left feeling full and satisfied. The very fair price-performance ratio deserves special mention. For the quality and quantity of the food, it's more than reasonable. The ambiance is beautiful: cozy, authentic, and with a genuine Italian flair that makes you feel instantly at ease. Add to that the very attentive and courteous service, with a great eye for detail. All in all, we had a truly wonderful evening and will definitely be back. Highly recommended!

29/05/2026: This is a fantastic vacation. The location the views the service and the food!!!! The hospitality at this family owned venue made us feel like we never wanted to leave! I highly recommend this venue for anyone looking for a fully invigorating delicious and fantastic vacation in the Dolomites! We were there in the summer.and will be repeat customers ! Loved the grounds the building the staff and the whole experience

16/03/2026: We spontaneously decided to have lunch at this lovely restaurant and received a very warm welcome. The quality of the food is truly excellent, and the portion sizes, especially the pasta, justify the price. The wine selection and advice are also worth mentioning. Highly recommended!

02/04/2026: We stayed for two days with a couple of friends. The hotel was beautiful, with meticulous attention to detail. The location is fabulous for both skiing and hiking. The view is truly breathtaking. The rooms were clean, the food was excellent, and the staff were helpful. The spa was also very nice. A special shout-out to the receptionist, Virginia, who was always kind and helpful. We will definitely be back.

04/06/2026: This hotel is truly one of the most beautiful I've ever stayed in. The location and the view are fantastic. It's spotlessly clean everywhere. The food is delicious and varied. I was particularly impressed by the wonderful spa area. The huge pool with its magnificent view, the beautiful sauna, and the natural pond with crystal-clear water. It's truly a wonderful place to unwind and relax.

26/07/2026: We were looking for a great pizza place where the locals go, rather than a fancy tourist spot. This pizzeria turned out to be a fantastic choice! It was one of the best pizzas I’ve ever had. 🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕🍕 1. An amazing base with a crispy, thin crust. 2. Delicious tomato sauce. 3. Perfectly salty bresaola. 4. A generous amount of Parmesan cheese. The flavours and textures were a perfect match. They’ve been making pizzas for more than 25 years, and it really shows. The service was warm and friendly. They had run out of rocket salad, but instead of asking us to choose another pizza, one of the staff members went out to buy some just so they could make it for us. This is not a dining place but a great choice if you want a local vibe and delicious food for a good price.

09/06/2026: The mountain hut is located in a uniquely beautiful setting, the service is prompt, the staff courteous, and the food excellent. What more could you ask for? Of course, being a mountain hut, you have to walk a bit to get there.

28/02/2026: We ate steaks, carbonara, pizza and alio olio - pasta from outside the menu. My daughter liked it and the cook agreed without a problem. For me, this is a big advantage of a place where no one pretends anything, there is a family restaurant with decor and service that create a specific but unique atmosphere. In our opinion, the steaks and pasta are truly outstanding, and it is difficult to find such delicious dishes. The pizza is also very, very good - we are fans of Italian cuisine - our heart belongs to the Neapolitana pizza, which cannot be beaten by a very good Roman one. However, I also recommend pizza. Ice tiramisu and ice cream with warm raspberries ended the evening perfectly.

05/02/2026: Delicious food. Finger-licking ribs, delicious lasagna, authentic Italian style, and excellent pizza. The house wine was excellent. Great service, great atmosphere. Luckily, they don't charge extra. I highly recommend it, and we're going again today.

08/12/2025: The hotel is suitable for both those who want to relax and those who enjoy activities like skiing or hiking. Wonderful views, exceptional food, friendly and always helpful staff. The only flaw is the bathroom. Really tiny.
