23/07/2026: I highly recommend this Tyrolean restaurant between Tisana and Tagusa, overlooking the Sciliar. It serves simple, tasty traditional dishes. One of the last remaining. If you don't have a car or are walking, there's also a bus service.

05/07/2026: Its location is clear and close to the center. It has indoor seating, but it's hot. The shawarma was very delicious, but the staff don't speak English and are a bit lenient. If you want to specialize in something, you can order it. I visited them in 2024.

29/03/2026: Brilliant hotel - ideal for an adult ski trip in the beautiful Dolomites. Slopes are closely located and accessible by bus or transfer. The nearby town is around a 15 minute walk. The room was lovely with a separate sitting area and balcony with amazing views. The staff could not do enough for us - their communication via WhatsApp, even before the trip, was very responsive. The spa with a steam room and sauna was relaxing and a lovely addition, especially after a day's skiing. Grazie mille 😊

16/02/2026: I stayed at the Hotel Hartmann in Ortisei and the experience was simply spectacular. The hotel has an intimate and refined atmosphere, perfect for those seeking relaxation and tranquility. Everything is extremely tidy and meticulously maintained, from the common areas to the rooms, which are tastefully furnished with contemporary Alpine elegance. One of its strong points is undoubtedly the free transfer service to the ski lifts, extremely convenient and punctual. Its proximity to the lifts makes the hotel perfect for both winter skiers and those who want to explore the Dolomites in the summer without stress. The real surprise, however, was the view from the room: simply sensational. Waking up with the Dolomites before your eyes is a feeling difficult to describe. In short: an elegant, welcoming, and perfectly organized hotel, ideal for a quality stay in Ortisei. I would return without hesitation. 🌿🏔️

05/07/2026: Steinbock was great! Lovely and quick service by Michaela! We got the Goulash and it pulled apart beautifully as well as the salad fresh from the kitchen garden - great to experience South Tyrollean food!

25/05/2026: Excellent cold cuts, cheeses, and wines!! Highly recommended, and above all, the service from everyone who works there is outstanding. We ordered a sampler to try a little of everything, hoping to be surprised, and it was spectacular! We had a large platter, two glasses of wine, and a sparkling water for €50. Highly recommended 👏🏽👏🏽

30/06/2026: I was blown away with one of the best Tagliolini with truffle. The place had great food, amazing servers and a beautiful ambience. It’s a bit tough to get to if you are parking your car on the other side of the road but don’t miss this place just for this silly reason. We also had some good Pinot Grigio and loved the collection. Indeed a five rating for a great experience as a tourist. Will come again!

05/07/2026: I had a wonderful time at a wedding reception. The dinner was excellent, with attention to both presentation and quality. The place was charming and fresh.

30/06/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. We were a group of about 80 people and all paid €30 each, expecting organized and equal service for everyone. Unfortunately, that wasn't the case. A full 16 people at our table didn't receive the appetizers and snacks served to the others, while the rest of the diners received two courses. Despite reports, the problem wasn't adequately resolved, and those left without them simply had to help others eat. In situations with large groups, unexpected events can arise, but it's the restaurant's responsibility to handle them promptly and ensure everyone receives equal treatment, especially when everyone pays the same amount. It's a shame, because better organization would have avoided this unpleasant episode. For us, it was a negative experience and we can't recommend it.

05/04/2026: The food was okay. The chicken was delicious, but the fried potatoes were bad. The service is friendly. But it speaks volumes that you can always get a table here, even on busy days.

23/12/2025: Family-run hotel on the slopes. Step out of the ski room and put on your skis, no need to walk to the lifts. The owner, Mrs. Patrizia, is always kind and available to accommodate guests' needs. Second holiday here this year, and we'll be back again!
