24/06/2025: Weekend immersed in nature.
We stayed for the first time in this hotel located in the heart of the Alpe di Siusi.
From the moment of booking we found maximum availability and courtesy to make the weekend special. As a housing solution we chose a corner suite that to say the least gives you the sensation of resting directly inside the forest thanks to the scent of the natural wood with which it is made and with a view that extends towards the most beautiful peaks of the Dolomites. As for the services, the wellness area and the heated indoor/outdoor pool are exceptional for beauty, functionality and cleanliness. Finally the catering, dishes as we like them 'not too heavy' and with top quality ingredients. Finally how can we not mention the possibility of using all the common facilities and services even on the day of departure. This possibility allowed us to spend 2 entire days in one of the most beautiful places in the Alpine arc. Thank you and compliments not only for the structure but also for the professionalism and courtesy of all the staff. We will definitely be back.
24/06/2025: Thanks to the constant upgrade, I'd like to give it one more star, but unfortunately, that's not possible.
The location and view from the room were fantastic. But the food and staff also more than deserve full marks.
Of course, all of this comes at a price.
But you're even happier when you realize that the price was actually worth it.
You can't help but warmly recommend the hotel.

21/06/2025: We went there three times during our vacation: the first time by chance for apple strudel, and the other two times for dinner. On our second visit, we were immediately recognized as repeat customers, and the third time was our final meal. We were completely satisfied each time. The very young staff are friendly and attentive, and the dishes were always delicious, both pizza and everything else. I'm happy to wait an extra two minutes for something fresh and tasty, but that doesn't mean the wait was excessively long. For dessert, for example, I had a chocolate cake with a liquid center. Because it was freshly prepared, I was told there would be a wait of about 15 minutes, but it was worth it. All in all, we were completely satisfied; that's what makes eating out fun! We would go back anytime!

16/06/2025: Chalet Hartmann in Ortisei completely won us over. It’s a small, stylish boutique hotel with a ton of character. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing genuine hospitality that made a real difference. The complimentary breakfast was spot-on: great quality, plenty of variety, and a solid way to start the day.
The location’s ideal too. It’s about a 15-minute walk into town, which we actually enjoyed - peaceful and with great views. If you're looking for a cozy, quiet spot with top-notch service and charm, this place delivers. We’ll absolutely be coming back.

08/06/2025: Great pub where you can spend pleasant evenings drinking very good beers. The bartender Erdi is very good, professional and very friendly. If you are in Castelrotto I recommend you to stop by for an aperitif or for an evening with friends.
01/06/2025: The tables outside are a bit cramped and awkwardly arranged, but I still loved it there. The drinks were delicious and full. The prices are great, and the staff is very friendly. I highly recommend it!

31/05/2025: Unspeakable staff. Bringing a bottle of wine to the table and leaving it without even opening it was truly 😨. Fourth courses in cross, choice of menu and reduced to we have 2 first courses and 3 second courses, the appetizer does not exist. Choice of wine reduced to water and little more. Never again. 😩 the only good thing is the well cooked food. 😊 the dessert? Luckily there was the birthday cake. Let's not talk about the environment, peeling walls, full of mosquitoes and other insects, who eat more than you. Air conditioning does not work.

01/04/2025: Se sei da solo non ti fanno sedere.
Dalle 2 persone in su prendono i nomi e man mano ti fanno accomodare, ma se sei da solo ti fanno aspettare anche 40 minuti dicendoti che stanno cercando un modo per inserirti a qualche tavolo.
Parliamoci chiaro, il ricambio quando si scia è molto elevato perché nessuno vuole stare fermo ore. In 15 minuti avrei pranzato e avrei tolto il disturbo, ma per loro questo comportava una perdita di soldi.
Vi manca un po' di umanità e c'è tanta discriminazione.
01/03/2025: Pranzo sulle piste da sci, piatti ottimi e servizio veloce e cortese. Abbiamo preso le mezze lune con ripieno di pera e salsa di formaggio veramente buonissimo. Anche le salsiccia con polenta e salse molto gustose. Da provare assolutamente

21/06/2025: We went for dinner as a couple. It's a pizzeria with a terrace offering beautiful mountain views. We ordered beef goulash and snizel. The dish was okay, but frozen fries were a thing of the pastry. For dessert, we had chocolate-filled dough balls and yogurt ice cream, which I didn't like at all.

28/04/2025: Siamo stati in questo ristorante in occasione del pranzo e mi ricordo un lunedì giorno in cui difficilmente i ristoranti sono aperti e così per caso siamo stati accolti in questo ristorante. Io ho gustato con molto piacere un primo piatto a base di pasta fresca e tartufo nero:ottimo.Ma devo dire che tutte le altre portate sono state altrettanto eccellenti. Personale gentilissimo .Se capiterà ci torno sicuramente

27/03/2025: Abbiamo cenato in questo ristorante l'ultima sera della nostra vacanza a San Valentino. Frequentiamo questa zona da moltissimi anni, ma è stata la prima volta che ci venivamo ed è stata un'ottima scoperta, peccato non averlo fatto prima. Il cibo, il servizio, l'ambiente, il prezzo, tutto era perfetto. Ci ritorneremo, sicuramente a luglio, questa volta vorremo assaggiare nuove pietanze, conoscerci meglio.

Anche il pane non era fresco!Schüttelbrot molle e cibo salato. Ho fatto fatica a digerire. Notte insonne!

23/03/2025: Siamo tornati due sere di seguito e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Ambiente raffinato, caldo e accogliente e cucina buonissima. Tutti i piatti, presentati con molta cura, sono ottimi e mai banali, dagli spatzli ai maltagliati ed alle carni, fino alla selezione di formaggi locali. Da provare anche i dolci, buonissimi e presentati in modo accattivante. Prezzo giusto.
07/03/2025: Locazione centralissima in un vecchio edificio. Sala ristorante coperta da boiserie in legno molto bella. Piatti tradizionali della zona, molto curati e ottimamente presentati. Personale attento e gentile. Spettacolare selezione di liquorire. Przzo ben in equeilibrio con la qualità

18/06/2025: We just left after three days and we already miss it. The peace and tranquility that place exudes is indescribable. The facilities are 10/10, and the owners are 20/10. Very humble and friendly people who make you feel at home, even though we couldn't understand each other well due to the language.

03/03/2025: Ci eravamo già fermati per un apeiritvo sui tavoli all'esterno d'estate. Questa volta i tavoli esterni al sole erano pieni e ci siamo accomodati nel bell'interno in stile Vienna.
In 3 abbiamo bevuto un prosecco, un Hugo e un originale aperivo alcolico della casa. Ci è stato servito con una piccolissima ciotola di patattine e altro, alla richiesta di altre patatine ci sono stati addevitati sul conto 50 centesimi: la prima volta che mi succede, con più 20 euro di aperitivi. Abbiamo preso anche una zuppa di orzo e funghi, una focaccia tipo pizza e un tramezzino, discreti. Spesa totale 43 euro più l'extra per le patatine. Servizio poco attento.
