01/06/2026: We stopped for a break on the terrace and had a drink. The service was very friendly. We didn't order any food, but what we could see and what was served looked delicious. And of course, the view from up here is fantastic.

02/06/2026: The standard has dropped since previous years: service is unprepared to accommodate a certain number of guests; the spa has become a children's water park... and the head receptionist should be careful not to yell at guests who have just paid for everything (and more) while they're still in the lobby!

31/05/2026: This is my review from 2 years ago (you'll find this year's at the end): What can I say about this hotel? It's a dream, the chef and all the waiters are incredibly helpful. I have many allergies besides wheat, and I have to say that every day I had a different and delicious breakfast and dinner. The same dishes were gluten-free, and not everyone can do that. I never attended lunch, because in these wonderful places, you can't help but stroll and enjoy the view. But thanks to their lunch box service, which I could choose the evening before, they ensured I had a quick lunch to take on my excursions. The hotel is very clean and organized. The room was spotless and impeccable every day. The staff was extremely kind and friendly. They make you feel at home, but the food is better than at home. A special thanks to chef Angelo and to Angelo in the dining room, who pampered me and served me with great professionalism and attention. We'll be back next year. We left off like this: "We'll be back next year," but this year, when we tried to make a reservation, we were told: "We no longer accept dogs." So I'll say one thing: from a hotel that is part of a diocese, and which, as Saint Francis teaches us, "Love animals: God has given them the rudiments of thought and an undisturbed joy. Don't disturb it, don't mistreat them, don't deprive them of their joy, don't oppose the divine thought." Or even Pope John Paul II said: "Animals possess a divine breath, and one day we will rediscover them in the Mystery of Christ." Now my family and I have to deprive ourselves of going on vacation to a place where we all felt comfortable, at home, and where I could eat well despite all the allergies I have, because I can't bring my dog. He goes where I go, and I don't leave him at home, much less would I ever abandon him.

26/03/2026: We had a wonderful and eventful afternoon at the Oberprantacher bakery. We learned how to produce two of their local specialties and even got to bake some ourselves. Furthermore, master baker Klaus captivated us with his excellent knowledge of the history and development of baking, as well as its connections and parallels to early techniques for improving food preservation, making for two very enjoyable hours. As the grand finale, we got to fill our bags with the delicious treats we had baked ourselves.

22/02/2026: Last week, we took our grandchildren to Mr. Oberprantacher's bakery for a "Schüttelbrot and Vinschgerlen - South Tyrolean Bread Baking Course." It was a fantastic experience for everyone. He explained everything so well, we could all try it ourselves, and at the end, we got to take the delicious bread home. Simply wonderful! Thank you again!

14/06/2026: The food was acceptable, nothing more; it was mostly overpriced convenience food. The folk music was very loud. But the reason for my negative review is the cover charge: 5 euros for two people. Unfortunately, I only noticed it too late...

14/06/2026: had two scoops of gelatos, pistachio and ricotta cheese, with cones. They are delicious!!

13/06/2026: I had it in a pistachio caramel cup. It was chewy and delicious. It was so good that for a second round, I tried the Gardena cream and raspberry cone; the cream had nuts in it and was really tasty, and the raspberries had pits to chew on. The cone was tasty and filling. It was 5 euros x 2 = 10 euros, but it was a taste you can only get in Italy. Also, all the staff were very friendly.

14/07/2026: We had a great experience dining here. The local food was delicious, and the service was excellent. A special thank you to our waiter, who was incredibly kind and friendly and made us feel very welcome. Greetings from the two Poles with a baby! 😊

14/06/2026: Delicious food in a beautiful meadow. We ordered the dumplings and goulash,herb gnocchi and they were both fabulous. By far the best food in town. They offered a complimentary salad which was fresh. We also ordered the strudel for dessert and it was heavenly.
