04/05/2025: Ho dormito con la mia fidanzata in questo hotel per due notti. Da fuori è carino e tipico: fine delle note positive. Stanza vecchia, bagno con almeno 40 anni di servizio e senza bidet! Tv posta in una posizione che la rendeva inguardabile/ inutilizzabile. Appena entro in camera vedo che non va e chiedo ai proprietari una stanza con bidet : risponde che non ci sono! Allora ne chiedo una meno arraffazzonata, ma nulla è tutto pieno. Colazione triste da 6- : appena il piacere dello strudel. Per il resto tutto dozzinale. Finale ben triste: avevo concordato il prezzo di 100 a notte e mi presentano il conto di 120€ a notte e devo far vedere la mail del nostro accordo e , con fastidio, rivedono il prezzo. Sconsiglio questo hotel perché dovrebbe costare 60€ a notte e si vede che gli stessi proprietari sono consapevoli che nessun ospite tornerebbe mai.

10/05/2025: Wir waren 3x dort essen. 1. Essen super 👍. 2.) das Personal superfreundlich und bemüht 🥰. 3.) der Wein war lecker 🍷‼️ Der Chef Hermann hat jeden Wein erklärt, war wahnsinnig nett 😊 4.) der Grappa war auch gut 😆. Langer Rede kurzer Sinn: super Essen, super Wein, super Grappa, tolle Menschen Wir sind Weintrinker und haben einiges an Wein gekauft, Grappa auch. Und wir sind ein bisschen traurig, dass wir Hermann und sein Team nicht mehr sehen, da Urlaub zu Ende.

12/04/2025: Wunderschöne Atmosphäre. Alter Stall, Alter Weinkeller.schön adaptiert. Sohn des Hauses kocht. Südtiroler Traditionsgerichte sehr fein und mit neuem Akzenten auf den Teller gebracht! Sehr saubere Weine aus PIWI-Sorten.

15/04/2025: I thought about it for a long time because I had a pizza in Munich yesterday. But this one was sensational. Floor, covering, composition: perfect. 👌🏻 absolute recommendation. Plus a nice cellar atmosphere and very attentive service.

14/04/2025: Incredibly delicious gluten-free pizza with fresh asparagus at asparagus season and a wonderfully thin base. With the best grilled vegetables on the side that we have ever tasted. Beautiful atmosphere and very friendly staff. Not a long wait. We would love to come back on our next vacation!

08/05/2025: A new style, a journey back in time to bygone eras!! The white horse has been shining in a completely new dress for two years! Here the old is specifically highlighted and skilfully combined with the new. It seems like you've landed in the good old days. It is covered with silver and the food is served on beautiful old porcelain. The kitchen is really very good and leaves nothing to be desired! I'm already looking forward to my next visit.

25/05/2025: This experience is worth telling: By bike from Bolzano to Lake Caldaro – a beautiful bike ride, simply unforgettable! When we arrived at the lake, we happened to pass the Klughammer Inn. The outdoor pool had actually attracted us, so we cycled down from the road out of curiosity – and then discovered the inn. Since we were really hungry, we stopped in. Service: Our two waiters were very friendly, in a joking mood, and moved quickly despite the large crowd. Thank you for the great service and the beautiful spot! Ambience: We sat outside – and it was simply wonderful! Such a beautiful view of the lake. Great! Food: We had Schlutzkrapfen (a kind of doughnut), salad, ice cream, and apple strudel. Everything was delicious – great! Parking: Right in front of the house. Restrooms: Very clean. Conclusion: I can't understand the negative comments about the service. Of course, the food comes at a price – but it's a busy tourist area. The two waiters were cheerful and friendly despite the outdoor area being full. We thank you very much for the wonderful experience – we would love to come back! I always try to give a fair and honest review – based on my experience on that particular day. My goal is to convey the experience in a lively, tangible narrative.

02/05/2025: Meanwhile, the second package of bread, although sealed and long before its expiration date, is moldy. That shouldn't be the case. The first time I thought there was a small hole in the package and so I was unlucky, but now again? The packaging is just too bad and still vacuum.

09/02/2025: I bought the packaged pretzels produced by this bakery at the supermarket, inedible! I bought them a few other times and they were good. They probably did something wrong in this batch, perhaps cooked with old or burnt oil. Terrible smell from the bag, I threw everything away. I believe that many like me have encountered this...
