02/11/2025: We come to this hotel several times a year. The location is fantastic, the food is excellent, and the staff are incredibly friendly. The hotel's swimming pool is great. On colder days, they turn on the hotel's sauna. The rooms are very spacious and well-equipped. The hotel has its own parking lot right outside. We are always delighted. Whether you're young or old, there's something for everyone.

29/09/2025: We stumbled upon a place that immediately won us over. We ate homemade tagliolini with porcini mushrooms, but the real surprise came with the strudel: definitely the best I've ever tasted.

Since I've seen in other reviews that many people have communication problems, I recommend simply writing down the phone numbers and giving them to them; then everything will go smoothly.

The hotel itself has an incomparably beautiful atmosphere: designed with great attention to detail, superbly equipped, and impeccably maintained. The location right on the market square, in the heart of the city, is perfect. Our room was lovely and cozy (though a bit warm under the roof on that summer night). The breakfast was excellent and left nothing to be desired. You simply have to experience it for yourself – the Weisse Rössl is not just any hotel. We were particularly impressed by the successful blend of traditional charm and modern amenities. The photo art project was also fantastic: a breath of fresh, creative air amidst the historic charm! 😊 A heartfelt THANK YOU to the entire team for this special "Rössl feeling." 24/09/2025: The Schlosshotel Aehrental is an extraordinary, wonderful place: in the heart of Kaltern, yet a little removed from the hustle and bustle. We appreciate the hospitality, the delicious food, the wonderful residence with its well-kept garden... A gem, and very special indeed.

25/06/2025: We always enjoy staying at the castle hotel. The old building is very beautiful, the magnificent gardens are lovingly maintained and invite you to linger. The delicious food is simply delicious, and the owner and the entire staff are very friendly, helpful, and accommodating. The hotel has private access to the lake, which is about 3 kilometers away.

20/12/2025: Great food, delicious, and a wonderful atmosphere! We had Nonna's Bowl twice. A fantastic and incredibly tasty vegetarian dish! We also enjoyed a delicious espresso and a very tasty freshly squeezed multivitamin juice (apple, orange, carrot)! A great café that serves breakfast and brunch until 2 pm. You can also sit inside. We've rarely seen such a clean restroom. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

05/12/2025: We received a gift voucher for brunch for two. The food was all very good and carefully prepared. They brought me everything lactose-free, given my intolerance, and my brunch truly had everything. Excellent service, friendly and welcoming staff. Quiet place. We'll definitely be back, and it's definitely a great gift voucher idea.
