29/07/2026: Very disappointing. The restaurant was advertised as closing at 2:30 PM, but when we arrived at 1:54 PM, the kitchen was already closed. We came specifically for lunch and had to leave without eating anything. Closing the kitchen more than 30 minutes before the stated closing time, without making this clear online, is extremely frustrating and unprofessional.
07/06/2026: Top quality with a wonderful view of Lake Kaltern.
Very friendly staff and short waiting times.

21/05/2026: A hotel just as you could wish for. Excellent cuisine, friendly and efficient staff, a cozy atmosphere, and a superbly stocked drinks menu.
We will be back!
11/04/2026: Rude staff. Weren’t patient. No lactose free or sorbet icecream options. They told my wife they won’t take on the “liability” of her lactose intolerance. Not even an allergy, just an intolerance. As a hotel. Unreal. Just go to one of the other places. You’ll have a better experience with less rude staff.
