17/08/2025: I gave one star because zero wasn't possible. The pizza was truly disgusting, as was the owner. We ordered takeout, and one of the four had a hole in it. To disguise the fact that the pizzas were raw, they put raw tomatoes in the box.

10/08/2025: The hotel is in a great location right in the center, a great location but it also has some drawbacks, if you have a room next to the road, there's the problem of cars and noisy engines... The breakfast is plentiful and correct, the service is on a high level, so I recommend this place to all quick travelers
25/06/2025: We had a pleasant stay at the hotel in Bozen. The owners were friendly and made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent, situated right in the heart of the city, with the city center just a short walk away. The rooms are simple but very clean and well-maintained. While the hotel isn't the most modern, it is clearly cared for with pride and attention to detail.
Breakfast was also simple but fresh and satisfying—just right to start the day. Our room even featured a small balcony, which was a lovely spot to enjoy a quiet moment. Although there is no air conditioning, the provided fan kept us relatively comfortable at night. The hotel is located in a lively and diverse neighborhood that has its own unique flair and energy. Overall, it is a bit pricey, but that's common in all of Bozen.

14/02/2025: Siamo andati per un pausa merenda, oltre alla vasta scelta di tisane, al banco c'erano anche molti dolci. Abbiamo preso lo strudel ed era davvero eccezionale! Locale accogliente e personale gentilissimo. Ritorneremo sicuramente.
03/01/2025: Ero già stato anni fa per colazione senza aver acquistato nulla, questa volta sono tornato per prendere lo strudel che anni fa aveva preso un mio amico, ottimo e divorato in poco tempo. Se andate quì soprattutto per i mercatini di natale lasciate perdere quello che vendono i mercatini, caro ma industriale al contrario di quello che ti dicono, questo è tutta un'altra cosa e il prezzo sinceramente non penso il prezzo sia molto più alto e in ogni caso ne vale davvero la pena

16/08/2025: Very friendly and helpful staff. The lemon risotto with salmon tartare was delicious. My husband ordered the burger with fries, drawn in by the description of the fries as "super crispy"...he was extremely satisfied. Highly recommended.

20/06/2025: I can't rate the food, but I can rate the service and hospitality. I find it a complete disrespect when you call ahead to ask how long your meal will be served and the owner tells you 10:45 p.m. When we arrived for dinner at 10:15 p.m. on a Friday evening, we discovered that the restaurant was already closed and dark. When we asked why we'd been given the wrong information over the phone, all we got was a reproachful look from the owner, who asked us what we were doing coming by at that time. I'd just like to mention that according to Google, the restaurant is officially open until 11:30 p.m.

04/10/2025: Worst McDonald's experience ever. Hygiene is non-existent. I paid 2 extra euros for pommes with cheddar cheese to get a micro dose of cheese and a smaller portion of pommes than the free one. I didn't think it could be this bad. I recommend it to everyone who wants to test their nerves.

Very friendly staff and fast service.
Located right in the center and very close to where I stayed, Bolzano has always been in my heart... I can't wait to go back!

20/09/2025: Warning: They charge different prices than those listed on the menu. 2 pizzas and 2 drinks... paid €12 more! When I asked, I was told that the cover charge, including the plate, fork, and blunt knife, was extra.
Apparently, they also charge for pouring drinks and the breadsticks that were left without comment.
We will never eat here again.

24/06/2025: I was born in the city in 1969 and I went to the Theiner bar with my grandmother since I was little at 5 or 6 years old. Then I always frequented the historic center and then with the group in the evening we went up that side to Prati del Talvera and stopped at the Theiner 1982 until 1990 other years theiner was an obligatory stop for us banana 🍌 splint that is with ice cream. But we, the group, were regular customers of the Bar Diana which made delicious ice cream, Bigliardi room, ping pong tables, Barilla table football, tables for card games: from Rummy to Scala 50 poker outside the bar ice cream shop, It is under Neyt Club NAVARRO. Now the Theiner ahcc.
22/06/2025: Guardare SEMPRE lo scontrino, SEMPRE.
Abbiamo preso uno spritz che nel listino costava 5 euro, e il barista ci ha messo 7 euro, poi fatto scendere a 6,50, un succo di sambuco 2 euro, aumentato di 0,50 centesimi e una birra.
Dal menù, il totale doveva essere meno di 15 euro, il barista ci ha portato un conto di 20 euro. Aggiungendo poi, che i prezzi del menù dovevano essere aggiornati.
Consiglio: prima aggiornate i prezzi poi aprite il bar. La gente paga quello che c’è scritto nel menù, punto.
Pessima esperienza e non ci tornerò più!

23/08/2025: Encouraging review: several items were missing (salads, menu items, and chips), the location lacked additional tables, and the cured meats were cut too thickly and not very fresh. The ingredients in the "La Leggenda" piadina were arranged in strips. Potential for improvement.

Very unpleasant and unfriendly waiters who, in my opinion, weren't up to the task. Particularly unpleasant: a waitress chewing gum with her mouth open – an absolute no-go and unprofessional.
The water on the table looked more like refilled leftover water, and the bottles were dirty. Whether we paid for the water or not is unclear, but something like that is simply unappetizing.
The wait for the food was long. The decor seemed cheap, partly dirty, and broken – not a pleasant atmosphere.
The pizza itself was okay, but very small and poorly topped, as you can see from the photos.
Conclusion: Poor service, poor hygiene, long wait times, and unsatisfactory quality – not recommended.
