01/03/2026: I often come here for lunch or dinner. They offer fish, meat, and vegetarian options. I really enjoy the ceviche, and the fish fingers are fabulous with or without spicy sauce. The other dishes are also very tasty! I also recommend trying the appetizers! Compliments to the kitchen and the very kind and helpful service.

I had the pleasure of dining at Corte Bar Bistrò in Bolzano and was truly impressed. The food is carefully prepared, balanced, and rich in flavor: each dish exudes attention to detail, quality, and a delightful harmony of flavors.
The staff deserves special mention: friendly, discreet, and always attentive, making guests feel welcomed with ease and professionalism.
The atmosphere is elegant without being overbearing, warm and welcoming, perfect for those seeking a pleasant and well-curated experience.

04/02/2026: This Lemayr shop offers delicious, tasty pretzels. I ordered the ones in rolls. They also make ones without the salt on top.
07/01/2026: We stopped during our visit to the Christmas Markets, the shop assistants are kind and smiling, there is a nice selection and the strudel was good. The prices are fair and average.

19/05/2026: Luckily, we found Plonerhof (on the recommendation of our Hotel Waldhof sommelier, Laura). A warm welcome and excellent advice. We bought the SOLARIS and the Cuvée. We hadn't tried the Solaris before. We will enjoy both wines, and especially the Solaris.
17/03/2026: The 3-hectare vineyard is on a steep slope, so the grapes are hand-picked. They only sell to private customers, and unfortunately, it's not a place I can visit every year due to the distance. The family is friendly, and they can give tours in German and English. The owner is thin and had a beard this time, so he looked like Christ, and I instinctively put my hands together in prayer. Climbing up from the hot and humid lowlands on foot in the summer leaves you covered in sweat, but the cellar inside the facility and the shade of the trees where you taste the wine are cool.

21/03/2026: Delicious sandwiches and truly excellent ingredients. The vegetarian sandwich (they also have a vegan option) with a homemade burger made with seasonal vegetables is also very good!
06/02/2026: Very good food, well-made, satisfying sandwiches with quality ingredients. Very friendly staff. A little pricey, but worth it. I'll be back.

29/07/2026: Good pizza, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The only downside is the prices, which I found a bit high. For this reason, I'm giving it 3 stars; without the price factor, it would definitely have been a 4-star review.
14/06/2026: I have to say that the pizza isn't bad, actually good. The prices are very high, but Bolzano has gone crazy with pizza these days... the only negative is the owner, the daughter of the historic manager, who should be kinder and less reserved. She acts a bit like a princess, but I remember when she first arrived in Bolzano... it wasn't all roses and flowers, now it's different, but you can remain courteous even with your pockets full... a smile is all you need for friendliness, in short.
It's not difficult... anyway, all good overall, well done.

20/06/2026: The presentation of the place is good.
The problem is that they don't know how to make fish. We ordered mussels, which unfortunately weren't cleaned properly, pasta with calamari, and baby octopus, which weren't cleaned properly either. Luckily, the flavor was all good. The calzone we ordered was basically a pizza folded in half, but it was good, and the fries were among the best I've ever had.
Unfortunately, we ordered tiramisu, the worst I've ever had. There was no mascarpone, just cream/cheese (impossible to tell since it tasted horrible), and the biscuit was watered down. At 7.50 each, I would never give them that price.
In the end, we paid for 6 covers for 5 people.
07/05/2026: I found it a bit disappointing. The food had too much cheese and was just mediocre for a real Italian place. We also had a bit of difficulty communicating and reading the menu because it was Italian only

25/03/2026: The owner is friendly, kind, and friendly. I've known him and frequented the place for years. What can I say? I tried the Turkish-spicy fries.
I've tried the piadina and kebab sandwich several times.
But the pizzas are fantastic.
The kebab pizza is very rich and tasty. I recommend the place to everyone, and if you like, try their large pizzas and kebab pizza.
