01/03/2026: I often come here for lunch or dinner. They offer fish, meat, and vegetarian options. I really enjoy the ceviche, and the fish fingers are fabulous with or without spicy sauce. The other dishes are also very tasty! I also recommend trying the appetizers! Compliments to the kitchen and the very kind and helpful service.

29/07/2026: Good pizza, friendly service, and a welcoming atmosphere. The only downside is the prices, which I found a bit high. For this reason, I'm giving it 3 stars; without the price factor, it would definitely have been a 4-star review.

14/06/2026: I have to say that the pizza isn't bad, actually good. The prices are very high, but Bolzano has gone crazy with pizza these days... the only negative is the owner, the daughter of the historic manager, who should be kinder and less reserved. She acts a bit like a princess, but I remember when she first arrived in Bolzano... it wasn't all roses and flowers, now it's different, but you can remain courteous even with your pockets full... a smile is all you need for friendliness, in short. It's not difficult... anyway, all good overall, well done.

10/06/2026: We ordered pasta with beef ragù and a tagliata, starting with the totally tasteless ragù made with butter and bay leaves🤦🏻‍♂️ pasta without salt, a totally distorted recipe. After the third forkful, I left the dish because it was inedible. As for the tagliata, we weren't asked how done it was, but it was overcooked and wasn't even let rest... It ended up being watery, with a mixture of cooking juices in the bottom and stringy. The bread was very rubbery. The water and wine arrived about 15 minutes after ordering, the bread just before the dishes. The waitress who served us was as friendly as the police after a drunk speeding. I think the owner, unlike everything else, was very kind. She apologized for the pasta and added that in Bolzano, ragù is made this way, and removed the dish from the bill, which in any case was salty compared to the pasta.

29/05/2026: My family and I had an amazing experience at La Torcia Italian Restaurant! The food was absolutely incredible, especially the pizza honestly the most delicious pizza we have ever had. Every bite was fresh, flavorful, and perfectly made. The waitress was extremely kind, patient, and helpful with our language barrier. She took the time to help translate for us and made sure we felt comfortable the entire time. The service was excellent from beginning to end. What made the experience even more special was how welcoming everyone in the restaurant was. The entire staff greeted us warmly, and it truly felt like we were being welcomed like family. We will definitely be coming back and highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for amazing Italian food and outstanding hospitality!

25/01/2026: I was looking for a good burger in Bolzano and found this place on Google. It's a tiny place in the center of Bolzano, with a counter and four chairs inside. I got a classic burger and a chili cheese dog for a total of €16.80, not a lot but not a small amount either. Having seen the old reviews, I assume the price goes up every year. The gentleman who served me was friendly and kind. They even put a small nougat in the package. I didn't wait long, maybe 5 minutes. Next to the place is a park with a beautiful view, where I think it would be ideal to bring my order and eat there. That was my initial plan, but since it was snowing, I preferred to eat inside, where fortunately there was a free seat. The hotdog was spectacular, the sausage was delicious and of excellent quality, and the bun was also fresh and soft. If I ever get a craving for hotdogs again, I'd probably come back here :)

08/04/2026: A very nice and cozy restaurant. Local, away from the tourist crowds. The owner is very charming. You feel warmly welcomed. The mixed salad was very fresh and large. 25/03/2026: The owner is friendly, kind, and friendly. I've known him and frequented the place for years. What can I say? I tried the Turkish-spicy fries. I've tried the piadina and kebab sandwich several times. But the pizzas are fantastic. The kebab pizza is very rich and tasty. I recommend the place to everyone, and if you like, try their large pizzas and kebab pizza.
