27/08/2025: A meeting place for the residents of Via Cl Augusta. A pergola that protects you from the sun. An internal room that can be reserved and holds up to 25 people easily for small refreshments or gatherings. Run by a courteous Chinese family, always ready to accommodate requests... they provide small pastries in the morning... Very popular on Weekend mornings.

12/11/2025: I found this pastry shop by chance while strolling downtown! I was immediately drawn to their puff pastry. We went there for both breakfast and a snack. The pain suiss and individual portions were exceptional. The place is truly well-kept and welcoming, as are the girls who work there, who are incredibly kind and sweet.

16/08/2025: The food is truly excellent: whatever dish you choose, it's always a guarantee. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and very friendly. The location is ideal: less than 50 meters away are the soccer fields and, if I'm not mistaken, the tennis courts as well. Plus, there's a convenient parking lot right in front of the restaurant. Highly recommended! .

03/11/2025: They've been changing management every six months for years, and the kebab sandwich still sucks... the yogurt sauce has been the same for years, it seems to have gone bad, but even without the sandwich, it's still just plain old. I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against eating there. Go take a walk to the Dominican square, they make a pretty good kebab sandwich.

23/10/2025: Every time I return to Bolzano, one of my first stops is always the Franziskaner Bakery. It's one of those places that welcomes you with familiar aromas, genuine smiles, and that warm feeling that only things made with passion can provide. As soon as I enter, I'm immediately won over by the aroma of freshly baked bread and the display cases full of traditional pastries. The staff is always kind, smiling, and genuinely attentive—you can tell they love what they do and care about every customer. I can never leave without their best-selling strudel: it's simply perfect. The thin, fragrant pastry envelops a filling of fragrant apples, spices, and a touch of sweetness that captivates with every bite. It's the kind of dessert that tells a story, that tastes of home, of the mountains, and of authenticity. The E-type bread has also become a regular feature of mine—crunchy, aromatic, and full-flavored, perfect both on its own and as an accompaniment to any dish. Franziskaner isn't just a bakery, but a little corner of tradition and humanity in the heart of Bolzano. Every visit is a simple yet special moment of pleasure, always leaving you wanting more.

13/07/2025: A wonderful bakery in the center of Bolzano. We lived nearby and went for fresh pastries for breakfast. Everything was delicious. Very nice service. Thank you.

28/11/2025: We were there in July and, after a spontaneous tasting, bought some wine: "Pino Grigio" and "Weißgold" (both 2023 according to the label). We've already drunk several bottles of both wines, and they all taste (unlike during the tasting) old and stale…really annoying considering the price!

23/09/2025: This was such a memorable local experience in Bolzano. Brigitte and her family (including Mimi the cat) left me with a sweet and unforgettable memory. I texted her with not much hope but she replied shortly and helped to arrange my wine tasting. We had a great talk which added extra flavor to the already amazing wines. If you want an authentic, heartwarming experience in Bolzano, don't miss this family-run winery!

05/09/2025: The pizza is good; you can tell they've taken care with the ingredients, and I like the different flavors. Unfortunately, once I reheated it at home, it became a bit tough, and I personally struggled to digest it. Overall, the experience was positive, and I recommend it.

27/07/2025: I chose a freshly baked pizza (which they didn't want to give me, so they could pass off the dried-out pizza from hours before). They sold me a simple pizza with a slice of eggplant as a "special." Misleading prices.

11/11/2025: I just ate at your place and have now been sitting on the toilet for 30 minutes with diarrhea.

09/10/2025: Basic food, but tasty enough and good value. I had 1/4 roasted chicken with roasted potatoes and fennel for €11. Included a small espresso to finish the meal. No tourists here, mostly local blue collar workers or employees from the train station across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful, place was very clean and bright. A bit like eating at IKEA, except Italian food.

09/11/2025: I had to wait forever for a doner kebab. The doner kebab was prepared in a side room, which is extremely small, and they wanted more money from me than was listed on the menu.

08/10/2025: A nice place to escape the hustle and bustle for a bit. Very good cappuccino, very friendly owner.

17/08/2025: I gave one star because zero wasn't possible. The pizza was truly disgusting, as was the owner. We ordered takeout, and one of the four had a hole in it. To disguise the fact that the pizzas were raw, they put raw tomatoes in the box.

08/12/2025: Excellent restaurant, we were welcomed with courtesy and kindness, and we ate excellent food prepared with quality ingredients. Wide selection of local dishes. Recommended!

07/12/2025: The dumplings were tasty and really good, and the price was very fair, but the burger was completely bland and overpriced for the advertised quality. The waiter was cold but courteous when needed, but completely rude if you didn't leave a generous tip (considering the comparison with the neighboring tables). I wouldn't go back!
