The food is carefully prepared, balanced, and rich in flavor: each dish exudes attention to detail, quality, and a delightful harmony of flavors. The staff deserves special mention: friendly, discreet, and always attentive, making guests feel welcomed with ease and professionalism. 23/02/2026: we stay three nights, got a free travel card (bolzano bozen card) and get to take cable car to visit ritten renon, very pretty view for sure. also travel free to olang to see winter Olympics etc. free breakfast from 8-9, the owner is also very nice, german and Italian works better, but with English, he also communicate with me via Google translate. very good location and price!

03/11/2025: They've been changing management every six months for years, and the kebab sandwich still sucks... the yogurt sauce has been the same for years, it seems to have gone bad, but even without the sandwich, it's still just plain old. I'm sorry, but I strongly advise against eating there. Go take a walk to the Dominican square, they make a pretty good kebab sandwich.

24/12/2025: The largest McDonald's in the province, conveniently located inside with a children's play area. I also often use the drive-thru; it's a bit tricky to get in and out, but very doable.

16/08/2025: The food is truly excellent: whatever dish you choose, it's always a guarantee. The staff is wonderful, welcoming, and very friendly. The location is ideal: less than 50 meters away are the soccer fields and, if I'm not mistaken, the tennis courts as well. Plus, there's a convenient parking lot right in front of the restaurant. Highly recommended! .

06/10/2025: Very rude owners. When we entered, they didn't say hello, and when we paid again, they didn't say hello even though the pizzeria was practically empty. The lady just looked at us without making a move. It's a shame because the pizzerias weren't that bad.

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.

09/10/2025: Basic food, but tasty enough and good value. I had 1/4 roasted chicken with roasted potatoes and fennel for €11. Included a small espresso to finish the meal. No tourists here, mostly local blue collar workers or employees from the train station across the street. Staff was very friendly and helpful, place was very clean and bright. A bit like eating at IKEA, except Italian food.

28/11/2025: We were there in July and, after a spontaneous tasting, bought some wine: "Pino Grigio" and "Weißgold" (both 2023 according to the label). We've already drunk several bottles of both wines, and they all taste (unlike during the tasting) old and stale…really annoying considering the price!

23/09/2025: This was such a memorable local experience in Bolzano. Brigitte and her family (including Mimi the cat) left me with a sweet and unforgettable memory. I texted her with not much hope but she replied shortly and helped to arrange my wine tasting. We had a great talk which added extra flavor to the already amazing wines. If you want an authentic, heartwarming experience in Bolzano, don't miss this family-run winery!

25/01/2026: We were misled by the good reviews here, which apparently referred to the previous owner. Disgusting place. Dirty tables, absolutely dreary, owner/staff pushy and rude. We were also charged more than the menu price. This place should be shut down by the authorities.

16/02/2026: Weekday dinner time. Two ordering kiosks: one out of order, the other supposedly working but with no number pads available. Result: impossible to order independently. For over ten minutes, a single employee handled the problem of two customers with their app and receipt, completely ignoring the dozen people in line. No communication, no attempt to clear the line or prioritize those waiting. Meanwhile, another customer with an app reservation couldn't pay, and even then, more time was wasted trying to figure out a time difference, with truly excruciating slowness. After more than ten minutes of waiting with no progress, I gave up and left. It wasn't possible to order from the kiosks either. A total inability to manage a basic service during peak hours. A shame, because that way, you'll never want to return.

14/03/2026: I walk in and the clerk is doing the dusting on the shelves with a rag and gloves. She sees me and puts the rag down. She doesn't wash her hands, obviously wearing the usual black anti-hygiene gloves, and starts making my cappuccino. I also get a donut from a "pastry shop," which has nothing to do with pastry. The donut wasn't fresh, and the cream was at room temperature, dark yellow, and sticky. I left it, got up, paid, and left, and I won't come back again.
