31/08/2025: We relied on reviews, as our hotel restaurant was closed. This was absolutely NOT recommended. We don't understand why this restaurant has an average of 4.4 stars. The food was like eating a packet of Knorr international dishes. Someone with no cooking experience could have made the same. As icing on the cake, we had the "most expensive" dessert for €6.50 with canned fruit and a scoop of ice cream, and a bowl of custard for €6. The staff spoke English and did a good job.

I stopped by today for lunch as usual, and I can't help but say how talented Mario is! Always kind, smiling, and passionate about what he does. His cappuccino is wonderful, creamy and with latte art made with so much love. You can tell he puts his heart into it every time ❤️☕️
Congratulations, because people like him, who manage to combine professionalism, passion, and talent, are increasingly rare.

An absolute gem in Bolzano!
Talvera is an amazing spot — the atmosphere is warm and inviting, with a truly beautiful setting that makes you want to stay for hours. The view is absolutely stunning, especially if you’re lucky enough to catch a sunny day. The coffee was rich and full of flavor, and the cake was just delicious — perfectly fresh and full of taste. It’s the kind of place that makes you appreciate the simple joys of good food, great coffee, and a lovely view. Definitely a must-visit in Bolzano!

28/07/2025: Good bar with nice atmosphere. Alex was amazing in his service, made us feel at home and was very helpful with our requests. This type of service makes you want to come back.
