03/03/2026: Terrible experience, not up to par with the old management. We waited over an hour, and the food (dumplings and ribs) was inedible. The prices were exorbitant for the terrible quality of the food. After we very politely told the management that we hadn't had a good experience, they treated us horribly and kicked us out.

20/07/2025: Cibo mediocre e prezzi folli. Tutto per spillare soldi alle persone. Personale inesistente. Spritz pieno di ghiaccio, praticamente un sorso di Aperol. Se devono solo guadagnare continuino così.

13/07/2025: Posticino carino, a cui si arriva in 5 minuti con la cabinovia da Andalo (1a fermata). Servizio attento e cortese, buone le pietanze. Prezzi altini, ma vista la location ci sta. C'è anche un parco giochi a pagamento per I bimbi. Carino. Si può fare anche qualche bella passeggiata nei sentieri adiacenti, con la possibilità di arrivare anche al parco degli insetto giganti per I bimbi.

22/11/2025: I filled up at Firmin in September, needed Super Plus, everything was quick and easy, and the staff were friendly! Card payment worked perfectly, so everything was great! 👍

20/11/2025: I'm writing to find out if the gas station has been re-managed. No one's answering the phone. Does anyone know if it's operational? Specifically, methane gas supply.

21/09/2025: The food is delicious, but the service is terrible. We ordered a glass of wine and got it with dessert instead of an aperitif. The waitress excused us by saying, "There are people around, you're not alone," and she didn't smile.

20/10/2025: We celebrated our August wedding with 80 people in the Pinzonerkeller – and it was simply a dream! 💫 The ambiance was beautiful, with atmospheric fairy lights, candles, and an atmosphere that couldn't have been more romantic. The food was outstanding – every dish lovingly prepared and simply delicious. A huge compliment to the entire team: so warm, professional, and attentive – we and our guests felt completely at home. Everything ran smoothly! We were always supported with questions and spontaneous changes, and Maya and her team were always available and helpful in advance. Our wedding was truly perfect, and the Pinzonerkeller played a crucial role in making it happen. We can wholeheartedly recommend this venue – for us, it was an unforgettable day in a very special place. ❤️

24/01/2026: I purchased a cake from this store, making sure it didn't contain walnuts or hazelnuts, as my son is severely allergic. The clerk assured me the cake was free of hazelnuts, but unfortunately, this wasn't the case: I later discovered that hazelnuts were indeed one of the main ingredients. The consequences were very serious. I find this attitude reckless, irresponsible, dangerous, and criminal.

10/12/2025: My family and I entered this place, with excellent product displays and beautiful window displays. We asked the lady at the counter if we could eat inside, and with a stern, condescending gesture she said, "If you want, there's a bench back there." (The shop was empty.) We were disappointed, so we decided to just get an ice cream for our daughter, which, unfortunately, was of poor quality. My husband works in the restaurant industry, and this is definitely not the right way to interact with the public. Years ago, it wasn't like this—what a shame!

14/12/2025: I want to share my experience at this hotel. This is my third time here. The first two times were very good. The staff were kind and helpful, and the rooms were tidy and well-maintained. But this last one is to be forgotten. The lack of attention to detail in the rooms, especially the suite, is evident. The room has probably never received maintenance, as the hot tub is in terrible condition, with a visible tear in the top, taped over, and some areas of the walls are dirty and damaged. I don't expect this from a suite costing €230 a night. But the thing that bothered me most was the presence of a hotel employee, the one in charge of breakfast and, I believe, also the subsequent meals. He was very rude, had a poor understanding of his Italian, and was poorly prepared. Every year, for those who rent the suite, breakfast, as well as dinner and lunch, are served in a secluded part of the room, a sort of wooden casertana inside the hall. Like every year, upon arrival, we headed toward this "little house," but we were stopped by this nice gentleman and were directed to the center of the hall without even knowing which table was ours, since the wooden number indicating the room and the assigned table was missing. The explanation given by this gentleman remains a mystery; he was probably the only one who understood, since he speaks little to no Italian. The breakfast was terrible, with low-quality products and almost everything packaged. This year, we even had to get up and get our own coffee, despite having a suite. On the second day, speaking to the owner at reception before breakfast, we were told we had a reserved table in this little wooden house. However, upon arriving in the dining room, this nice gentleman told us again that the table in the "house" was reserved for those who had also booked for dinner. He probably didn't want to go and clean in different areas of the room afterwards, grouping everyone together in the same area, perhaps to save time—who knows! We insisted, and this gentleman went first to the house, saying he was making sure there was a table. Once he left, we were told we could sit down. So, we went in and immediately noticed that all the tables had suite room numbers—all except one, of course, ours! This gentleman probably entered before us so he could remove the number from the table. We realized that you probably have to be friendly to him to sit in that area; spending almost €500 for two nights in a suite isn't enough. Obviously, we will never return to this property, and it's a real shame because if they had been a little kinder, they could probably have overlooked some of the lack of room maintenance. Sometimes, being pampered far outweighs the state of a property, and some small things are overlooked. I definitely won't recommend this property, for sure. I would also add that if I were the owner of the hotel, I would ensure the professionalism and helpfulness of my employees.
