10/07/2025: Terrible, I don't know what happened, the first pizza arrived promptly at home and the edge was stuck to the cardboard like rubber, I called and they kindly confirmed that the pizza chef is not the same as usual and they promptly brought me another pizza even worse, terrible dough, terrifying... and even more stuck to the cardboard... I don't know what happened, I will never have it again!! terrible

20/02/2026: They suddenly refuse to accept Sodexo/Pluxee cards when I try to pay, even though I explicitly asked and confirmed beforehand. They don't have a card terminal for them.

23/04/2026: The young man at the bar, presumably the manager, was rude and showed unbecoming manners. He also showed rudeness towards the employees, reprimanding them without any qualms about the presence of customers inside the establishment. The waitress and barista were exquisite and kind, and the cappuccino was delicious... a shame because the place has great potential.

22/04/2026: I was here for an aperitif, and the staff was awful. From outside, you could constantly hear the bar girls yelling and swearing at each other, which was definitely unpleasant.

24/02/2026: I've been to this bar, which at first glance seems nice, but unfortunately, the experience wasn't a positive one. We ordered an octopus salad, which we practically sent back after only tasting it. It was so full of vinegar, it completely covered the flavor of the dish. Furthermore, the octopus was very rubbery and clearly didn't taste fresh. I paid €15 for the salad, a price I expected to represent a much higher quality. Next, we ordered focaccia and fries: both were good, nothing to complain about. When it came to the bill, we mentioned the salad issue. The waiter was apologetic, but there was no attention or commercialism for a dish that was practically uneaten and sent back. Considering that we spent a whopping €52 for two people, we would have expected at least a modicum of consideration for the customer. Unfortunately, given the way the situation was handled, I don't think I'll be back. It's a shame, because the place could have been a good point of reference.

13/10/2025: The hotel is in a great location with ample free parking, a large, clean, and comfortable room, and a breakfast buffet with a wide selection of sweet and savory options. The spa and dog-friendly facilities were much appreciated.

11/10/2025: Looked at the room... and left again... A lot has to happen to make you feel comfortable. Even though we booked 3 nights with half board!

16/10/2025: We had a buckwheat cake that was very moist and flavorful. The apple strudel made with shortcrust pastry was good, but could have used a bit more apple (in my opinion). The coffee was good. The service was friendly and quick. There's nice seating outside, as well as inside.

14/10/2025: Lovely terrace in the heart of Algund. Friendly service. Sun and shade. Restrooms available. Small parking lot around the corner. Bike stand right outside.

06/04/2026: Very unfriendly staff - I would not recommend them!

01/04/2026: We went for lunch during the week. The food was good for the price. But the service was HORRIBLE... extremely long waits despite there being only 5 tables. The only waiter there was very uninterested and couldn't explain himself very well. We trusted the reviews, but only because of the food. We sat down at 12:45 and after more than an hour, we still hadn't received everything we ordered.

13/10/2025: Pizza delivery or self-pickup. The pizzas are delicious and freshly made. Pickup only requires a short wait, and the staff is friendly. Everything is excellent.

10/09/2025: The pizza was delicious; we had the regular with scampi and arugula for €9. We'll definitely order again.

05/03/2026: We were at the church for a funeral when my daughter suddenly had to use the restroom urgently. Unfortunately, the public restroom was out of order, and the two other bars nearby were closed. So we quickly went into this bar, and I immediately gave the waitress €4 and politely asked if my daughter could use the restroom for a moment. The waitress said I had to ask the manager first. So I went to the manager, handed him the €4 as well, and explained the situation. His reply was very curt: No, we should use the public restroom. I explained again that it was out of order and that we didn't want to drink anything because we were at the church for a funeral—and that I was happy to give him the €4 (which is actually more than a glass of mineral water would cost). His only response was: "Well, then you'll have to do without it." I was so ashamed of myself, especially in these times, to treat people like that, especially in such a situation!! I hope Stefan, you never find yourself in a situation like that again!

21/04/2026: Totally rude staff. Tiramisu was overheated in the microwave dripping like liquid.

25/02/2026: We had the all-you-can-eat option, and everything was very well-prepared and delicious! The service is provided by just one woman, who is excellent, fast, and very attentive! Highly recommended for a couples dinner or a group dinner!

11/02/2026: A truly squalid place that should be reported to the health services. The food is terrible; instead of cutting up my kebab meat, they took the pre-cut leftover meat from the day before and heated it up in the microwave. Not to mention the sauces. I've had a stomachache for 10 hours. This has never happened to me with a kebab. And the price? €5.50, crazy. I basically paid to be poisoned. The worst in Trento. Reportable.

14/01/2026: I went in with no expectations... and left after eating one of the best samosas I've ever had. Made to order, with top-quality ingredients and excellent service. I only spent €1.50, and the service was friendly, helpful, and table-service was excellent. I really wasn't expecting it. They deserve the excellent review. Thank you!

30/12/2025: One star because I can't live without it. One word. Terrible! A night at a friend's house, we're having a party, we're not going to a restaurant, it's close, let's go. Problem 1: Only large size, 4 or 8 slices, and oh well, there are six of us. Problem 2: They don't take reservations. It's a non-issue, it's a choice, and I agree with it. Problem 3: Very important. To make a pizza—I won't say fantastic, but at least good—it takes the same amount of time to make a terrible pizza. I strongly advise against it during busy times; perhaps, without so much pressure, something better will come out, but I doubt it. Bland and flavorless dough, tomato sauce that didn't arrive, mozzarella (spun curd) that separates from the casein. If you use low-quality products, a good pizza will never come out of the oven. Sorry, I don't usually write negative reviews. If I'd eaten there, I would have explained my situation directly. My advice: Avoid. Don't underestimate the price. Expensive for the quality.
