22/01/2026: I stayed there for 45 hours in the middle of the week. The staff was pleasant and the food was delicious. If you don't want to eat, there's parking, I think it's 10€ or free if you buy food. There's a shower. I recommend it. It's a beautiful and quiet place.

20/12/2025: Le Albere restaurant. The first time I tried the takeout piadina, I was very satisfied. When I returned the following week, they made a mistake with my order (with zucchini instead of potatoes). It can happen! When I returned the following week (I'm talking about November 2025), I was shocked. The chef was making another mistake! His colleague pointed it out to him and removed the zucchini already in the piadina and replaced them. The problem is, he did it all with his bare hands, sticking his fist in the container and digging out the ingredients with his fingers! And then he wiped his hands on his apron. Needless to say, once I got home, I couldn't eat it. I never went back.

21/02/2025: The pizza is very good. The lady at the register refuses to take cards, she probably doesn't pay taxes. Pizza is expensive but very good. The pizza has a fluffy crust and is good to eat.

05/04/2026: We stayed at this hotel for two nights in April, around Easter, as a base for a day at the spa. We booked and only read the reviews on Google, which made us a little worried, even though the reviews on other aggregator sites weren't that bad. Indeed, we have no regrets. We booked on a breakfast-only basis (so we can't comment on dinners). The hotel is clean and tidy, and looks good both from the outside and in the rooms. Our room was small but had all the essentials in place, spotlessly clean, and the entire hotel appears recently renovated, with new fixtures and furnishings and thoughtful details, including the bathroom. The bar service was used for aperitifs (with direct debit to your room), in a well-stocked bar and at very fair prices. Breakfast was typical hotel fare, with sweet and savory options. The cakes were perhaps packaged but of good quality, while the croissants seemed fresh from the oven and tasty. There was also an excellent selection of cereals, yogurt, fruit, and juices, and even a variety of savory options. Coffee and hot drinks were made by an automatic machine, but it did make me a decidedly excellent cappuccino, so I had that both mornings. The location, just a few minutes' walk from the spa, was perfect for us. Granted, the staff didn't seem particularly welcoming at first glance, but they were all very kind and helpful with all our requests. Parking was a bit tricky at times, but then again, it's a hotel in the historic center of town. I didn't expect anything less, and I always parked on the premises anyway. If we really wanted to find a flaw, the pillows were typical hotel pillows—low and soft. I personally needed two to sleep well. We didn't use the indoor pool or ski room because we didn't have the opportunity/need to. I personally recommend it; it doesn't reflect the negative reviews I've read here at all. In fact, for the price we paid, the stay was perfectly in line with our expectations. We'll consider returning, perhaps at a different time.

04/04/2026: If your plan is to stay to go to the spa, the location is perfect, just a five-minute walk away. The reception staff is friendly, but the breakfast staff is a bit less so, clearing away your plate while you're still eating. Speaking of the rooms, they're clean, but really poorly maintained. The toilet was cracked, the plastic windowsill was broken, and the worst thing, in my opinion, was the lack of soundproofing. With the headboard against the wall, I could even hear my neighbor plugging in his phone, not to mention the sound of footsteps. Fortunately, since we only moved the car a short distance, we didn't have much trouble finding parking, but there are very few spaces.

14/11/2025: We bought some freshly made Vinschgau sausages with bacon here. That was a very good idea.

28/08/2025: Unfortunately, there's no menu or drink menu. The waiter didn't know the prices even when asked. You have to order blind. So we decided to get up and go somewhere else.

26/12/2025: Terrible service. The staff doesn't even pay attention to you. We repeatedly asked if we could order but were promptly ignored. The staff were extremely rude. I absolutely do not recommend it.

16/11/2025: Nice place, smoking area to the side, well-furnished central bar area, winter garden at the back towards the hotel.

06/10/2025: Very rude owners. When we entered, they didn't say hello, and when we paid again, they didn't say hello even though the pizzeria was practically empty. The lady just looked at us without making a move. It's a shame because the pizzerias weren't that bad.

26/07/2025: The atmosphere was lovely, with soft lighting and candles lit at the tables. The staff was extremely knowledgeable and friendly, and the service was impeccable. This restaurant is excellent for romantic dinners. The pizza was also good. In this case, I had spaghetti with fried eggplant in tomato sauce. It was really good. For dessert, I had a chocolate soufflé with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, which was also good. For what I ate, I have to say that the quality/price ratio was fair. I recommend this restaurant.

30/08/2025: Pleasant atmosphere, very good food, fabulous desserts, fantastic staff, very patient, polite, and always smiling. We've been coming to Val di Fassa for five years, and we've been stopping at Baita Ischia for five years, and it's always a pleasure to go! Congratulations!

13/08/2025: Refreshment point next to the Campitello playground/adventure park. The facility is nice, with a spacious outdoor area with tables and umbrellas, and a children's playroom inside. The restrooms are large and clean, including a changing table. Friendly staff. We stopped for a snack, and had an excellent slice of Sacher torte and a strudel, making it worth a return visit!

04/11/2025: I go there very often and they're always top-notch: very kind, fast, and skilled. Tasty dishes and truly excellent value. Highly recommended. Well done, and keep it up.

19/07/2025: Clean, efficient, but I found the croissants for breakfast not very leavened and quite expensive in relation to the quality...

23/02/2026: I had the ice cream, it tastes like the sand from Area 51, the coffee was good and the staff was kind. Keep it up but improve the ice cream, it's uneatable.

12/11/2025: Terrible bar, management not up to par with the location, all the food is strictly industrial. It doesn't take great skill to serve a beer and a reheated pinsa.

09/06/2025: Great! 4,5€ Aperol and snacks we got for ordering 3x Aperol 2x chips and a big plate full of tasty snacks like tramezzini, Mozzarella bald and pizza pieces. I think that’s a great price performance!

28/11/2025: We were there in July and, after a spontaneous tasting, bought some wine: "Pino Grigio" and "Weißgold" (both 2023 according to the label). We've already drunk several bottles of both wines, and they all taste (unlike during the tasting) old and stale…really annoying considering the price!

23/09/2025: This was such a memorable local experience in Bolzano. Brigitte and her family (including Mimi the cat) left me with a sweet and unforgettable memory. I texted her with not much hope but she replied shortly and helped to arrange my wine tasting. We had a great talk which added extra flavor to the already amazing wines. If you want an authentic, heartwarming experience in Bolzano, don't miss this family-run winery!
