16/11/2024: Having returned to this place after several years, we were able to taste the risotto creamed inside the pecorino cheese again... it was even better than we remembered...
The rest of the lunch was also good, cabbage rolls with apples, walnuts and pecorino fondue.
Nice, clean and welcoming place.
Staff attentive without being intrusive.

02/11/2024: La location e’ incantevole e tutto e’ ben curato nei minimi particolari. Il personale è accogliente, preparato e gentile. Menu vario e interessante. La qualità dei piatti e’ buonissima. Peccato per l’errore della zuppa di cipolle, la prossima volta un po di attenzione in più.

30/08/2024: Wir haben diese Woche sogar zweimal bei Antonimax gegessen, weil die Speisekarte einfach zu viel Leckeres bietet. Wir kannten das Restaurant schon von einem Besuch vor 2 Jahren.
Wir sitzen besonders gerne draußen, einfach eine schöne Atmosphäre auf der Piazza. Der Service (und insbesondere Max) ist sehr aufmerksam. Das Essen war köstlich und die Weinempfehlung perfekt! Empfehle ich gerne weiter!

Un interno rustico meno pomposo di altri stellati e per questo molto accogliente.
Un menù davvero sorprendente che mixa tradizione e innovazione.

23/08/2024: Abbiamo cenato nel giardino, molto raccolto e carino. La sala interna anche essa molto curata. Apparecchiatura delicata e moderna. Abbiamo fatto la degustazione da quattro piatti con abbinamento di vini. Devo dire entree e due su quattro piatti con una marcia in più, gli altri due molto buoni ma non da wow. Anche per i vini, due su quattro molto buoni e particolari, forse i rossi hanno reso meno anche per il caldo che te li fa apprezzare meno d’estate. Personale di sala gentile, un po’ freddo ma per lo standard di clientela credo sia appropriato. Unico appunto: tra il pane fatto in casa proposto, viene offerta la baguette con il burro salato, ottima; però siamo in Toscana, sia per clienti italiani che stranieri credo che un posto così possa in modo eccellente offrire una alternativa più autoctona(ad es un ottimo pane toscano con un burro delle Alpi), a mio parere ovviamente.
Il prezzo è alto ma vale la pena se uno può, provarlo.

27/11/2024: We had a magical trip to Dievole summer of 23. Service was impeccable, rooms were large and very well appointed, grounds are beautiful and they have a very good restaurant. It was the highlight of our trip to Italy. Cannot recommend this resort enough.
31/10/2024: There is nothing I can fault about this venue. The setting is beautiful, the rooms are immaculate, the staff are all friendly and nothing is too much trouble. Monika’s food was amazing and Antonio really knows his wines. If you love your food and wine, this place is faultless. We visited Dievole as guests in 2023 and were lucky enough to return to celebrate our wedding here in 2024. Don’t second guess your stay here, you won’t regret it.

Cuisine délicieuse et prix raisonnables. Les meilleures côtes d'agneau que nous ayons jamais mangées. Vraiment !
Un bémol cependant sur l'accueil et la qualité du service.
Nous recommandons vivement cependant pour la qualité de la cuisine.
25/08/2024: Sono due anni che in occasione del palio di Siena del 16 agosto la serata di ferragosto dopo una giornata in piscina ceniamo in questo ristorante.
Si trova a circa 10 km. Da Siena in un borgo bomboniera che si visita in 10 minuti.
L’ambiente è caratteristico e d’estate si mangia in una veranda all’esterno molto bella con tavoli ben distanziati e ben apparecchiati.
La scelta di pietanze non è solo quella tipica della zona ma noi avendolo provato l’anno scorso su consiglio di amici per la Fiorentina ci siamo riandati per riprovare le ottime sensazioni culinarie di cui eravamo rimasti estremamente soddisfatti.
L’esperienza è stata di nuovo ottima e ci ritorneremo di sicuro.
Super consigliato!

14/08/2024: De lekkerste pizza van ons verblijf in de streek! Spotgoedkoop, MAAR voor sfeer en gezelligheid minder! Is een klein zaakje met minimum bediening. Als je zin hebt in lekkere pizza en je hecht minder belang aan het concept dan ben je hier op de juiste plaats!
17/07/2024: Best burger of my life!! Burger made with pizza dough + truffle! Pizza 10/10 also! Top staff, great friendly time and more than reasonable price in a small, authentic and quiet place. Having tried all the restaurants in Castelnuevo, this one is by far the best. I recommend it 100%!!

29/08/2024: Although it is now difficult to find a place thanks to the thousand navigators on the market, finding it thanks to Google Maps was not so trivial.
The place is very well looked after, the presence around the restaurant of other buildings of the same type of wall makes it feel as if we have gone back in time.
The location of the restaurant is in a rustic style (wood and exposed bricks) in line with the exterior but is enriched with modern furnishings and objects, managing not to clash with the overall context.
The waiter's service is excellent and welcoming, the dishes served have a classic imprinting thanks to the traditional Tuscan ingredients but a processing and plating that winks at tradition.
The taste and presentation of the dishes are phenomenal!
The bill was excellent compared to what was ordered, excellent overall!
25/08/2024: Una cena di coppia da ricordare e soprattutto da rifare. Il cibo lo definirei emozionante. La carta dei vini non è scontata, si trovano sia i grandi nomi molto conosciuti che le cantine più ricercate.
Se non sapete cosa bere lasciatevi guidare dal proprietario, appassionato e con molta conoscenza. È così bello andare in un posto e sentire la passione che mettono in quello che fanno. È stato un piacere assoluto e ci faremo sicuramente ritorno!

27/08/2024: Enchanting restaurant where everything is just right. The menu (1 Michelin star) is excellently coordinated, the wine list is huge and full of real treasures. The service is courteous and personal. Apart from the small weakness that we had to refill our own wine and water twice, there was nothing to complain about at the high level. The atmosphere is beautiful, just like the hotel where we were guests.
Priced at the upper end for 1* (2 people around 650 EUR including drinks), but definitely recommended as an overall package - will come again.

29/09/2023: We were extremely disappointed with the service which was very rude & loud. Unlike most Italians who try to be accommodating, we were told that we were not being respectful as we wanted just a light snack & not a full meal. The attempt to find a compromise was a disaster!! By this time everyone had lost their appetite, and by the time we got the bill for the drinks we’d ordered beforehand, we were totally disgusted!!
