The atmosphere was welcoming and relaxed, the wines were of excellent quality and perfectly explained in every detail. A special thanks to Vito, who was simply fantastic: knowledgeable, helpful, and passionate, he shared all his knowledge clearly and engagingly, making us appreciate each glass with curiosity and pleasure. An experience I would recommend to anyone who loves wine and wants to experience an authentic and deeply meaningful experience.

02/11/2025: We stayed overnight in the Airbnb on this property, enjoyed dinner on site at their restaurant and joined the cooking class the following day. Without a doubt, this was an absolute highlight of our stay in Tuscany. Every morsel from breakfast to the cooking class to the dinner meal was perfection. If you want an eyes-rolling-to-the-back-of-your-head experience, please stay here, eat here and Enjoy.

08/11/2025: We dined here two nights in a row, trying appetizers, first courses, second courses, and desserts. Everything was delicious and high-quality. The service was excellent. The prices were fair for what you get. We recommend the filet in Chianti, a true culinary experience. You absolutely must try this place and this dish!!

30/10/2025: Excellent place for dinner, we ordered Tagliata al Rosmarino and Filetto di Cinta, both were very filling and delicious. Beautiful setting in a building with over 450 years of history, a huge variety of local and international wines. They also serve in English and Spanish.

12/10/2025: A must-visit for lunch for those traveling on business via the Siena-Perugia ring road, just steps from the exit. The food, atmosphere, courtesy, and prices are worth a visit and a return visit whenever the opportunity arises.

03/09/2025: Cozy atmosphere really an Italian square you felt like a local. But you can get the same pizza in Sweden at any pizzeria. The olives are boring and the canned mushrooms. Very disappointed. Had heard a lot of good things about this place but am disappointed.

18/11/2025: We found out about it through friends and...simply FANTASTIC! Clean, tidy, warm, and welcoming place. The girls serving us are FABULOUS, creating a cheerful, loving, and homey atmosphere. EXCELLENT, tasty dishes. When we're in the area, we'll definitely be back.

12/11/2025: Social restaurant: helps young people with difficulties enter the workforce. For lunch, they offer a full work menu, very generous. When they make it (Tuesday and/or Thursday), they serve a thick, well-leavened, and easily digestible pizza: 3 or 4 flavors available, so you have to be satisfied and not be too demanding. The atmosphere is friendly and pleasant. They are attentive to lactose intolerances. They also organize special events on certain evenings. I had lunch with the family on Saturday: the menu featured a charcuterie board: excellent!!!! They also prepared lactose-free Easter dove cakes that evening. They often organize themed dinners: Irish, Indian, Mexican, and blind dinner.

15/07/2025: Ho scelto questo ristorante toscano per festeggiare il mio 40^ compleanno insieme a mio marito. D'estate si mangia in giardino, magari davanti all'aiuola popolata da simpatiche tartarughe. Il menu "Greatest Hits" è un incredibile viaggio nella cucina toscana con idee contemporanee ma con tutto il sapore della tradizione. Tutto il menu è superlativo con picchi di eccellenza. Geniale la quaglia arrostita con il creme caramel ai funghi. Indimenticabile il risotto fagiano e mandorle. Non da meno i dolci, sia la rivisitazione della zuppa inglese, sia "I love Siena", un semifreddo ai ricciarelli. Servizio cortese e caloroso. Prezzo adeguato a quanto offerto.

10/07/2025: Tuvimos una cena maravillosa aquí. Todo estuvo genial, desde los entrantes hasta los platos principales y los postres. Todos los pequeños detalles que nos dieron, desde el pan hasta los pimientos rojos espumosos y los pequeños dulces del final, también fueron maravillosos. Nos sentamos afuera en el jardín y fue encantador. El servicio fue bueno, estuvieron allí cuando los necesitábamos pero no estaban invadiendo el lugar. Merece totalmente la estrella Michelin. Muy recomendable.

12/07/2025: Che dire ….. locale carino in un borgo del Chianti, cucina a mio avviso nella media , preso un crostino nero toscano….da toscano dico …no , tonno di coniglio dove ho trovato pezzettini di ossa … e due filetti dove si era chiesto connatura al sangue…..e non lo era….in compenso la carne buona ma a mio giudizio nella norma. Servizio , ok i ragazzi di Sala molto gentili, la ragazza che ha preso l’ordine un po’ “ scocciata “ non proprio in linea con il resto del personale. Mi aspettavo qualcosa in più, prezzi adeguati a ciò che viene offerto. …non credo tornerò…..

12/09/2025: A beautiful and peaceful place where we felt the flavours of Tuscany, the proximity to Siena, Florence but above all to the most beautiful towns of Tuscany like Pienza and San Gimignano makes it doubly attractive. We rented a room with its own garden and jacuzzi, this turned out to be a great choice in the end. Every day coming back from an excursion in the surrounding towns we thought dreamily of relaxing and the jacuzzi or pool. Other than that I would recommend the restaurants at the resort, delicious food and great staff, the only thing we can complain about is the modesty of the breakfasts, we could use more local produce. The wine tasting was a very cool option, it didn't last long but was a very good guide in terms of local wines. Final I can 100% recommend.
