Excellent pairings, even if they seem daring at first glance (reading the menu), excellent food.
Excellent wine selection, also carefully selected outside of the traditional labels.

26/08/2026: I returned to Ciribe' after a few years. The new management has also proven to be worthy of the stunning location in the center of Prato. The food and service are excellent!
24/08/2026: Want to take a sauna?! You're in the right place! It was scorchingly hot despite the air conditioning (probably malfunctioning). Service was quick, and thankfully, because we paid and ran out. We only had one first course each, but neither of us liked it. It was tagliatelle with truffles and mushrooms, but it was flavorless. We asked the kids for a simple pasta dish with butter, which they devoured, but it was just a nest of pappardelle (so really just a taste) for €14 each...
The place is beautiful, truly quaint... What a shame...

26/08/2026: During our trip to Italy with my wife, when we wanted to try a local delicacy, we stopped by Panetteria Giuntini di Prato, and we were very pleased. They had a wide variety of sandwiches, and they all looked delicious. The staff was very friendly and attentive; in fact, once they found out we were tourists, they went out of their way to help us and prepared a delicious sandwich using warm, fresh Schiacciata bread straight from the oven. Thank you for your warm hospitality, excellent service, and delicious sandwiches.
13/08/2026: Their schiacciata is SO good! The pizza conditi and focaccia are also delicious, along with the red pizza tagliatelle. Everything is worth trying.
But a little more friendliness from the staff wouldn't hurt.
