15/08/2026: Everything was truly spectacular, from the food to the friendliness of the staff, who were always attentive and helpful. The owner is a fantastic person, highly recommended.

15/08/2026: A Ferragosto day like this is hard to forget! We had lunch, and I can only say: exceptional, from every perspective! We started with a tasting by the chef who was truly a king: "La Nobile" veal puffs on saffron fondue and parsley mayonnaise, rustic mini crostini with burrata, anchovies, confit cherry tomatoes, black olives, and seasonal black truffle, and fried polenta crostini with porcini mushrooms. A rich, carefully prepared appetizer, bursting with flavor. Then came two spectacular first courses: "Pellegrino" ricotta and spinach ravioli with cooked and raw porcini mushrooms and shaved parmesan, and Norcina-style potato gnocchi with sausage and black truffle. It's hard to choose which was better! And then her: the grilled Pellegrino Bistecca. A proper steak, the kind where leaving the meat attached to the bone is practically sacrilege! Accompanied by roast potatoes and excellent fried food from the local garden. To finish, a fruit salad with gelato, chocolates, caramelized fruit, good wine, water, coffee, and excellent limoncello. To top it all off, fast, attentive, and efficient service, with a team that exudes all their experience and passion for what they do. The hospitality is truly top-notch, and, most importantly, excellent value. In short, today I'm officially full... but I can't wait to go back! Congratulations to the entire Pellegrino team: Ferragosto passed with flying colors!

04/08/2026: First of all, congratulations to the restaurant: the overall experience was very pleasant. The atmosphere is welcoming, and the quality of the ingredients is evident. The pasta was good, although the sauce was slightly dry and not perfectly blended. The zucchini flowers were tasty, but a little too greasy for my taste. The meat was very tender. On the other hand, the apple tart was truly excellent: fragrant, well-balanced, and a perfect end to the meal. Overall, it's a restaurant worth a visit and one I would recommend, with just a few small details that could be improved. I would definitely go back!

14/06/2026: A nice spot for a delicious aperitivo, located at the entrance to the cable car that takes you to Montecatini Alto. I recommend the outdoor table; the variety of appetizers that accompany your cocktail is good.

03/08/2026: Just a great place for lunch! We had just spent a few hours going up, around and down from the Funicular. Headed towards the train station we needed a bite and it so happens they were on the way and can serve us. Oh my did we luck out! Lots of options but certainly a meat lovers paradise!

13/06/2026: This is a pizzeria right in the center of Montecatini: we visited on the arrival date of the Mille Miglia, and there were thousands of people in Montecatini. We had to wait a bit, but the staff were nice even if they were super busy. Good pizzas, good beers too, reasonable prices: I recommend it.

04/05/2026: What a find! The Planet is easily one of the best deals in Montecatini Terme. We stopped by for dinner the other day and were so impressed by the quality. Now black for a glass of wine and to write this review. The food was wonderful, but the service was the real highlight—such genuinely nice, welcoming people. If you’re looking for great value and a friendly atmosphere, don't pass this place up!

08/08/2026: The pizza dough is truly delicious, high-quality, and easy to digest! The staff is made up of young, smiling, enthusiastic, and friendly people! It's not particularly cheap for a pizzeria, but the quality of the ingredients certainly plays a role. Good dough requires good flours, and here the dough is truly excellent. The new, colorful dining room is very nice.

31/07/2026: Most of the food is generally greasy, and the seaweed seems a bit old. There are many shrimp dishes, but the variety of other items is relatively limited compared to a standard buffet. The taste is just average.

26/07/2026: My experience at the Sakura restaurant was wonderful. The waiters were very kind, and the sushi arrived in practically two minutes. The place seemed very welcoming and elegant, so I will definitely return.
