05/11/2025: We had dinner with friends, the Tuscan starter was nothing special, the steak was average, and the dessert was also average.

04/11/2025: A steakhouse you absolutely must go to for an excellent steak, but what more can I say? The meat melted in your mouth! Not to mention the location, a very elegantly renovated old olive oil mill. There's also ample parking. The menu isn't extensive (because the meat is obviously the star), but they're all excellent! The owners and staff are very friendly. The quality/price ratio is unbeatable. Above all, the quality!

01/09/2025: My boyfriend and I stumbled upon it by chance, since we're not from the area. We immediately liked the atmosphere, it's very nice, and the food is delicious. We had the gyoza, which were fantastic, and the ramen too. It was a truly pleasant experience, and we'll definitely repeat it! They also have vegan and gluten-free options.

22/10/2025: Profoundly disappointing experience. This is an old-school restaurant with a balanced menu and authentic staff — something I usually appreciate. However, in nearly 11 years of Russia’s war against Ukraine, it’s natural to expect a basic level of sensitivity toward Ukrainians who do not want to be addressed in Russian. Hearing this language is painful — it is associated with blood and death. Despite our polite request not to be spoken to in Russian, the restaurant sent a female staff member who insisted on using it, even delivering a short speech to justify her choice. That response showed a profound lack of empathy and cultural awareness. A place that values hospitality should respect its guests’ boundaries and the tragic reality that defines them. There are plenty of other places in the same price range with better food, service, and atmosphere, where respect and understanding still mean something.

12/10/2025: A truly positive experience at this restaurant, which offers excellent home cooking. We ordered a mixed platter of crostini, cold cuts, cheeses, jams, and coccoli, which alone was worth the meal. The pappardelle with stew sauce were delicious, and the peposo melted in your mouth. Prices were below average. A truly pleasant discovery.

01/10/2025: Was here on honeymoon staying in montecantini for a week over from ireland. food was amazing ,service atmosphere 5 star. Alberto always welcoming with a smile. The non alchol aperol drink is a must along with the pizza and pastas. Ciao dall Irlanda ❤️

15/09/2025: Our favorite place in Montecatini! The food is homemade, tasty and reasonably priced. This is the only place where my son kept ordering twice his favorite tagliatelle, each time we were there. They remembered him, so he kept getting bigger portions, whenever we return. It is owned by the nicest man in Montecatini, Alberto and his lovely family. Big hello from us, for all of them ❤️

07/09/2025: We had dinner at La Mandragola and it was outstanding. The food was absolutely delicious, matched only by the exceptional service. The setting in the courtyard is warm and comfortable, making the whole experience feel special. A memorable spot in San Gimignano that I’d happily return to.

30/10/2025: Overcooked meat, almost burnt ribs Roast potatoes...poor and lacking in body... Service: slow and incorrect. We ordered two appetizers, one was served to us and the other to the table behind...who had also asked for two...then the "latecomers" arrived. In your reply, you asked if I was sure I'd been there...absolutely sure. I'm sorry if the comments didn't go down well, but I didn't enjoy the evening either. The fact remains that everyone's tastes are different, and nothing to say about the view.

04/09/2025: I discovered Nonna Idelfa because I was invited to a birthday party, and I'll definitely be back. Excellent home-cooked food and a charming location with a beautiful view of the Valdinievole. Parking is a bit inconvenient, but given the location, that's normal.

03/09/2025: My husband and I had lunch last Sunday. It was a wonderful experience, from the welcome to the delicious dishes cooked as they once were, to the stunning view. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended.

08/10/2025: The restaurant is located in the Nievole Valley, and boasts a quaint and well-appointed atmosphere. There's also a patio and an outdoor garden for the summer. The food is classic Tuscan, everything excellent, and the staff and owners are very friendly. Highly recommended. If you can't find a parking spot on the street, there's a small parking lot to the right of the restaurant entrance.

13/09/2025: Very good pizza with good toppings. Friendly and helpful staff. Parking is a bit tricky given the limited space outside.

07/09/2025: The pizza is good, really good! The only thing is, you have to wait 😊. Recommendation! P.S. Think before you order! It's 8:00 PM, so you have to be patient!

10/10/2025: I saw this pizzeria come to life with the great Angelino and have seen it improve over the years with Daril and Giulia. Now that they're the owners, they've improved even further with a great chef, Divino. Not a day goes by that I don't pop in to try their delicacies. Go there, the food is great, and above all, they're wonderful people.
