22/03/2026: We were there the other night, and the Neapolitan fritto misto was practically raw and undercooked (we told the waiter). The pizza was the same, undercooked and mushy... Obviously, they didn't take a cent off the bill... never mind. It's a shame because until last year, the food was really good!

The staff was consistently friendly, attentive, and highly professional – you can tell that great importance is placed on service here. The room was modern, very clean, and beautifully designed. We especially appreciated the high level of comfort – everything from the bed to the overall amenities was excellent. The location is also ideal, offering both relaxation and easy access to explore the surrounding area. The food was very good overall, with great quality and taste. We also really enjoyed the horse riding opportunities – it was a unique and memorable experience that added something special to our stay. All in all, a fantastic experience where everything exceeded our expectations. We would definitely come back and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing stay.

14/05/2026: Perfect location in the heart of San Miniato with stunning views, authentic Tuscan charm kind staff and an excellent breakfast. The receptionist kindly gave us tips on where to go for dinner and which bottega opened early in the morning. Our room had a large window overlookimg the tower and countryside. Breakfast was very good with a variety of savoury including eggs and sweet. The bed was large and comfortable, but the pillows were too thin.

19/03/2026: What can I say...for what we spent I expected better, the truffle meat was good but the black truffle (the cheapest one) was dusted... the steak was not cooked like I've seen done elsewhere... the side dish was 4 baked potatoes (cold) the service was very kind... in the end for a starter and steak almost 80 euros per person seems excessive to me...

27/02/2026: We'll definitely be back! The only caveat: €12 for a make-your-own pizza is a bit pricey, and unfortunately, it was almost cold. The beer was delicious, the coal-fired pizza with gorgonzola and pears was excellent and the same price as the regular one, and the atmosphere was relaxed and laid-back...
