01/07/2025: Super delicious local place. Really good pizza for the price! We only paid 13.50 euros, and 1 pizza, 2 slices of pizza and 1.5 cola. Definitely a recommendation. 😁👍 The only downside was that they didn't understand English very well, and only spoke Italian. But they tried their best, and therefore wouldn't hesitate to come there again. V

07/01/2026: Two first courses with white truffle, each priced at €40. For this price, it would be appropriate to have the truffle served at the table in front of you, but no. Also, the dish was flavored with a truffle cream.
For these prices, I'd expect more.
Plus, a smile on your face can cover up the various flaws; smile more, it costs nothing.
03/01/2026: Attracted by the tea description on the menu, we ordered three different flavored teas. The waiter brought us each tea bag in its own cup, along with hot water to steep all three teas in a single, beautiful porcelain container. How can you steep three different flavors of tea in a single container? We asked the waiter to bring us three separate containers. The waiter promptly brought us three different containers, but the water had since become lukewarm, and the fine tea didn't steep properly. We ended up drinking colored water. A single tea costs 6.50 euros. Disappointing.

19/12/2025: Dinner for high school students from San Miniato, born in 1953: mediocre food from the agreed-upon menu, in a secluded and dismal setting, fast service, but only to send us away by 10:30 PM for a bill of €35.
Classic San Miniato rudeness!
30/11/2025: A lunch where we spent €76 per person. There were 9 of us at the table. We ordered three bottles of wine, two for €22 and one for €29. In my opinion, the quality was so poor that the food cost €25. We ate the white truffle, which had a measly little dusting on top of the tagliolini and especially on the meat. The quality of the meat (the tagliata) is not this disgusting, even if you buy it in the worst country in the world. It was a disgrace.
I don't question the price because if you eat quality food, spending this amount with white truffles in the right quantities is acceptable, but not with such poor quality.

03/11/2025: Our visit to this little caffe was one of the most delightful experiences of our Italian tour! The food was absolutely amazing! The atmosphere and the staff were outstanding! We would recommend the Gâteau to everyone!
26/10/2025: I had made a reservation, but just before entering the bakery, despite there being plenty of products, they cancelled my order. I had read other reviews about this establishment's bad habit of canceling at the last minute. UNFORTUNATELY, IT'S TRUE. They ripped me off, too. This bakery pretends to be a member of To Goo and then cancels, so stop fooling their customers. Don't fall for it, because they're just fooling you.

24/01/2026: Tanzania was freezing cold and unheated.
There was only a small fireplace that barely heated the room, and they had installed two electric heaters, but with limited success.
The food was sufficient, but they were very slow to serve, and being in the cold wasn't pleasant.
