12/09/2025: The ideal place to meet and talk, read a book and have something to drink, the staff are welcoming and helpful, and they have the best coffee cream in all of San Miniato Basso, since no one else has it... I'd love to go there.

12/08/2025: Excellent cuisine in an elegant and quiet restaurant, run with great kindness and courtesy by Francesco. It's a place you wouldn't expect to find in a residential area. I didn't bother with the wine selection while driving. It's become a place where I bring friends and I can count on making a good impression.

29/08/2025: Good atmosphere, but unfortunately the food and drinks were disappointing. The cornetto was served half-frozen, and the cream tasted very acidic. The cappuccino was mediocre and far from what you would expect in Italy. Overall, not at the level one would hope for from an Italian pasticceria.

16/03/2025: I went to this pizzeria with my brother, and had an excellent speck and mascarpone. He tried the pita bread for the first time and was thrilled with both the flavor and the generous portion. The staff is very friendly and immediately puts you at ease. The pizza chef is excellent. The two of us paid €28, including a 1.5-liter drink.

12/10/2025: We had two set fish menus for €30 each: appetizer (?) - spaghetti allo scoglio (?) - fried fish (?) - unlimited water - 1 liter of white wine - 2 coffees ☕️ ☕️. I'm sorry to say that in the past the food was much, much tastier. It's been a couple of years since we stopped at "Gallo Cedrone". Today we went back and, truth be told, we were very disappointed with the entire menu, not by the quantity, but by the lack of fishy flavor that should have characterized the dishes. The frying oil, in our opinion, was unsuitable for fish, especially when accompanied by a dozen French fries (sticks) for two people. The question mark (?) above means, or rather asks: "But how come this fish doesn't taste like fish at all?" Strange, but true. I'm also sorry to add that the toilet flush didn't work or was very faulty... Positive aspects: the courtesy was there, and there was no wait between courses...even too fast for a Sunday lunch. €30 x 2 = €60 Will we go back? Unfortunately, not.

26/06/2025: There are places that have maintained their slightly retro charm, and for this very reason they make you feel good, you breathe an atmosphere that is familiar to you, you are cared for with a know-how that is no longer the rule for everyone, for everyone. The service is of a kindness that truly, for decades, is rare to encounter, A place to definitely return to!

20/09/2025: I ordered pizza for 9/9:30 for home delivery and it was 10:30 and still nothing more and it was 5 minutes away from home!!! I'd say completely failed.
