08/06/2026: I'm writing this review to warn other potential customers: avoid this pizzeria if you're looking for a reliable service. I placed an order through Too Good To Go, which, despite being confirmed by the app, wasn't fulfilled: when I arrived, the pizzeria was actually closed! They didn't even bother canceling the order on the platform, leaving the customer to waste their time. Even worse, this isn't an isolated incident, but a well-established practice. Prior to this incident, I've placed other orders at this business that have been systematically cancelled or handled with the same lack of professionalism. It's unacceptable for a pizzeria to consistently allow orders it knows it can't handle (or is completely unaware of), forcing customers to waste their time. This behavior demonstrates a complete lack of respect for the customer and a business management so sloppy it borders on dishonest. If you're looking for professionalism, look elsewhere.

13/06/2026: €6.50 for a piece of focaccia, €6 for a piece of Margherita. These prices are shameful and completely unjustified, not even by the general price increase. A place I grew up in and will never return to. Reply to the reply: if the pizza costs €3, why did I pay €12.50 for a piece of focaccia and a piece of pizza? I hope it was just a careless mistake, but I still think the prices are too high. Best regards

01/05/2026: A decidedly disappointing experience. We had specifically asked for a non-alcoholic bitter, but we were served a simple bitter. All for the modest sum of €6, truly excessive for what we received. SCANDALOUS!

02/06/2026: I've been to this pizzeria twice. The first experience was positive: good, average pizza, and no particular problems. The second, however, left a bitter taste in my mouth. It was a few months ago: I arrived at 8:58 PM to order two takeout pizzas. I apologized for the late arrival and explained, with obvious humiliation, that my partner and son had been in the hospital since the morning and that I was simply looking for something to eat for them. The pizza chef, who I believe was also the owner, responded rather hastily, saying they were closing and could no longer serve me. I fully understand the importance of respecting working hours, and I don't expect the rules to be ignored. However, I believe that working in the restaurant industry also means being able to evaluate the human situations one faces. In that case, an exception to the rules for two simple pizzas would have made a huge difference for someone who was having a particularly difficult day. I don't question the quality of the product, but the lack of even a modicum of flexibility and understanding disappointed me deeply. Perhaps, with a small gesture of attention, they could have won over some loyal customers. What a shame.

08/07/2026: The staff is 10/10!! They're so kind, friendly, and cheerful. I always take my kid's birthday there, and the pizza round is fabulous!

17/06/2026: The rude lady at the register disputed my request for a receipt; I couldn't say more. Arrogance and rudeness, too... And the receipt (issued after several apologies) was itemized, not just the total, since I still had to pick up something I'd already paid for. Less fuss, because it didn't take me long to call the tax authorities.

19/10/2025: Terrible experience – total tourist trap! Prices were not listed on the menu, which was already suspicious. We ordered two portions of pasta and one steak that was supposed to be 1 kg, but it clearly wasn’t even close. The bill came to €140, which is absolutely outrageous. Avoid this place at all costs — they overcharge tourists badly.
