14/10/2025: I'm giving it three stars because the owners are truly good and pleasant, and I'd hate for the staff's behavior to cause the place to lose a score... I ask for a glass of water. Two girls at the counter: one blonde and one with black hair and bangs. Do they look at me? No. Do they talk to me? Not a chance. The blonde moves away, and I follow her, thinking she was serving me... instead, she goes straight to serve a table, as if I were part of the decor. The other one, the one with bangs, meanwhile arranges cookies one by one with absolute calm, completely ignoring me. Then, with the grace of someone who deigns to serve me, she offers me the water without saying a word or looking up. I say "thank you," but nothing, absolute silence. It's not a question of water, it's a question of attitude. Being kind isn't optional; it's the bare minimum. A little tip: fewer cookies, more customer service—maybe that way they'll learn that even a "hello" isn't out of style. 😉 If I come often, I'll delete or edit the review if I see a change. ✨

01/11/2025: Hands down, one of the best, if not the best AYCE restaurant in the La Spezia-Pisa area. Quiet and relaxing, the quality of the food is consistently maintained or even improved, and the wine list is also quite good.

10/11/2025: The pizza ingredients are very good, both in terms of the dough and the toppings. The only flaw is that the pizzas are a bit small. The service is a bit inexperienced but friendly. 03/08/2025: Good food, but unacceptable service. We ordered takeout at 8:00 PM, and the pizzas arrived 20 minutes later. While waiting, I heard other people complaining about the delays at their tables. If you can't serve everyone, you should inform your customers, not make them wait indefinitely.

But I say, it takes so long to read two menus and put them in the bag, come on 😤 Friendly and kind employees, but the food is truly pitiful. Soft fries, sandwiches with pickles on one side outside the bun, or fish fillet not fully cooked... A few days ago, after eating only MC at night, about 2 hours after eating, I woke up with abdominal cramps. I went to the emergency room, the pain continued for 5 days, and I had to take antibiotics... anyway, the food is becoming increasingly "subpar."
