24/02/2025: Basically a good dining experience! The outdoor area is beautiful, very well looked after. Good wine, quality raw material. It was a Sunday with a fireplace lit and many people in the room. Friendly and fast service.

22/03/2025: Staff always smiling and welcoming, good quality of croissants and desserts in general. I tried the classic zeppole di San Giuseppe on the 19th and they are very, very far from the original recipe. Overall, a recommended bar anyway.

19/01/2025: I recommend this pastry shop. I usually order a millefeuille with Chantilly cream and chocolate chips for various birthdays. I've tried the same type of cake in other pastry shops but none of them beat theirs, the cream is very light and tastes like fresh cream unlike the others which have a particular not very pleasant taste, same thing for the Chantilly cream. Pros: Fabulous Cons: a little expensive (maybe) but worth it

04/03/2025: The environment leaves a little to be desired.. it would be enough to freshen up the walls and it would already change.. we didn't like the pizza.. the edge was falling apart like a biscuit.. and even the ingredients used didn't seem of quality to me..

22/08/2024: Non facilissimo da scoprire, in una traversa della strada principale si accede a questa realtà immersa tra i vigneti. Servizio pronto ed efficiente grazie ai ragazzi ai tavoli. Molto piacevole la chiacchierata con il proprietario Amedeo. Venendo al cibo, ottimi I tordelli al ragù e anche quelli di pesce Buone le cozze ripiene, gli antipasti e la frittura. Il tutto innaffiato da del buon bianco .... Da riprovare anche a pranzo, sotto le fresche frasche

18/11/2024: L'ambiente della sala e del bancone è piacevolmente informale. Si può vedere partite di calcio al megaschermo. Pizza, burger e fritti sono buoni. Cocktail buoni ma ammetto scarsa competenza in materia. Prezzi ragionevoli. Unica nota negativa l'esterno è un po' trasandato ma non credo dipenda dal locale.

09/02/2025: So, everything is fine, it's fine that the pizza is good, but 45 minutes of waiting, both times, being told, with an explicitly annoyed attitude "if you wanted to pay by card you should have said so before", and not even a hint of apology for the whole time of delay, also no Dcn. Come on, it really doesn't fit. It always seems like you're there to bother them, and they think "but couldn't they have gotten this pizza somewhere else?". Let's remember that good pizza isn't just made by you. I'm not asking for a hug but at least an apologetic smile (and maybe a minimum of punctuality).

08/02/2025: Good food and served quickly, not very big but very welcoming, very well kept toilets and a pizza chef always in good shape and very kind to customers, definitely worth a try 👍

31/12/2024: Io e mia moglie frequentiamo questo locale da un po’ di tempo. Ci siamo anche sposati al Ghignante. Il ristorante Ghignante porta sulle sue spalle una cultura antica come quella sarda, può piacere e non piacere, ma resta pur sempre la cultura sarda, antica e particolarmente consolidata nel territorio, una commistione unica fra arte, storia, musica, artigianato ed enogastronomia, sapori antichi e mai dimenticati. Alla base c'è un forte senso di identità e una fierezza nelle proprie radici che ha reso la Sardegna famosa nel mondo e Giorgio è un SARDO, ha la Sardegna nel cuore. Giorgio, apparentemente ruvido, scontroso, ma in realtà timido e riservato, fiero e onesto, garbato e educato e ti accoglie con un bel sorriso fiero, da vero sardo. Poi c’è Claudia, sua moglie, che porta in dote la stessa qualità culinaria di Giorgio, una vera STILISTA del gusto, riesce a dare al gibbo un’anima Regale. I piati sono eleganti e ricchi, la qualità è ottima: esperienza, conoscenza, cultura, pazienza, ma soprattutto freschezza, sapori inconfondibili. Io lo definirei il risveglio del buon gusto, riaccende, rianima il ricordo di vecchi sapori. Attese forse un po’ lunghe? forse, ci sta, d’altronde non è cibo in scatola, viene preparato sul momento, curato, elaborato e servito nella sua complessità. Il gusto è arte e l’arte si rivolge al buon gusto, non dimentichiamolo. Location teatrale, elegante, avvolta dal verde e dalle terme di San Carlo. 20/12/2024: Rustic but welcoming environment, a simple trattoria whose furnishings (marble tables, stone floors, wooden chairs) are reminiscent of old taverns. There were 5 of us and we ate 2 starters of cured meats with olives, gherkins and pickled onions.3 plates of tagliolini, and stewed rabbit with olives, with fried vegetables (fennel and artichokes) all washed down with good red wine. The appetizers were good, the Taglierini were excellent, the rabbit was excellent. The fried vegetables were a bit scarce, but they were digestible. At the end, the good coffee by the glass with cantucci and walnuts was appreciated. We were enticed by seeing the dishes of green tagliatelle with ragù from the nearby tables. We will be sure to come back to come and taste them. Fair and economical price, affordable even for those with a limited badge.
