16/08/2025: I've always been to the best seafood restaurants in Tuscany... but returning to Pino's was a disappointment...
The curry risotto with prawns was not presentable.
The main courses, although the fish was good, were served in 1980s-style pans!
The desserts and service were excellent!

08/10/2025: We visited this restaurant as part of our half-board package. Our hotel was connected to the restaurant. The food was very good. The waiters were very friendly. Excellent service!

The dining room—decorated with a touch of bygone grandeur—provides the setting for a culinary experience that lives up to the establishment's standards. The service is swift, attentive, yet pleasantly unobtrusive: no false pathos, just genuine professionalism. The wine list is a recurring theme through Italy's landscapes, from north to south, allowing travelers to traverse the country in a glass. The traditional Piedmontese dishes were particularly appealing—hearty, down-to-earth, and full of character. In short, a place one would happily recommend.

21/08/2025: We went last night, and I must say the experience far exceeded my expectations. The tagliatelle al ragù was simply extraordinary: perfectly cooked pasta and topped with a rich, flavorful ragù. The pork shank with potatoes was truly a surprise: incredibly tender and beautifully seasoned. The service also deserves special mention: the waiters were always attentive and helpful. The wine list is also noteworthy, very extensive and featuring select labels that pair perfectly with the dishes. The warm and welcoming atmosphere made everything even more enjoyable. It's definitely a place we'll happily return to.
03/08/2025: The pizza? Absolutely disgusting!!! We went based on the reviews: the best pizza in Viareggio, the meat reigns supreme...what the heck?! People just don't understand anything. And the steak? First of all, they show it to you raw, and they don't serve it pre-sliced; it looked like it was made.
Terrible service; the waiter doesn't greet you, throws the menus at the table, and it takes forever to eat.
The place is awful; it was incredibly hot, they didn't turn on the air conditioning, the beer arrived warm, the table wobbled... terrible experience.

29/09/2025: The place itself is cute, a little retro, small, with outdoor tables overlooking the street, far back from the promenade, so for a place like this to be considered worthy of returning, there must, in my opinion, also be the price and consequently the quantities, so if you give me a tall tumbler with chips and peanuts for an aperitif, 9 euros is a lot, it costs me the same as on the promenade.

I think it's worth a visit.

31/08/2025: A well-stocked rotisserie; the roast chicken and potatoes are excellent, but everything else is good, too. You can also eat on-site.
13/08/2025: I walk in at 6:30 PM. It's open. There's a guy behind the counter. "Hi," I say. I hear a mumble in response. He walks away. Then he comes back. I have my hand raised, in case he didn't see me. "Excuse me..." I say. He walks away again. At that point, the grocery store nearby took my money. I've never seen anything like that.

03/10/2025: Takeout was easy after a quick phone call. We had pizza and pasta, and we absolutely loved it. The staff was very friendly, and communication in English wasn't a problem either. The atmosphere is lovely :)

The food is delicious, with attention to detail. The house wine is also delicious.
The prices are truly attractive.
The Polish waitress carries the entire service on her shoulders! Exceptionally friendly and professional. We'll gladly return for a good dinner 🙂

17/10/2025: A must-try if you want good food, excellent value, and not among the usual tourist spots, yet still just steps from the promenade. The decor and atmosphere are Mediterranean, and seafood is their strong point. The owners are courteous and friendly. It's perfect for both business lunches and special dinners.
