02/07/2025: Girolamo was very generous with his time and portions of Calvados! His colleague Asia was charming and very attentive to detail . All the staff in the restaurant were professional and my son and I look forward to our visit in 2026 and next years tasting menu.

01/07/2025: NOTE THE STAR. A beautiful experience, accompanied by excellent service, a super clean and well-kept environment. I ate about a year and a half ago in this restaurant and I still carry a beautiful memory of it with me. Quite 'futuristic' cuisine, it can be difficult to understand for those who are not in the sector. Flavors that you carry with you for a long time. The restaurant is located inside a hotel along the Viareggio promenade, it's a shame that it doesn't have a reserved parking space. Dishes served and explained by a super prepared and very courteous staff. The only flaw I remember: the presentation and the exchange of greetings with the chef were missing, for the rest it is highly recommended to those who, eating well, do not look at the expense, which, for the experience is more than fair.

05/08/2025: We had dinner here and enjoyed excellent pizza, as well as truly delicious fish-based first and second courses. Recommended.

10/08/2025: The food was really good and it felt very local and traditional. The cutlery was a bit dirty but they changed it immediately when we pointed it out. I didn’t feel scammed at all like the some other restaurants in Viareggio.

07/08/2025: L’ambiente risulta nel complesso gradevole, la qualità del cibo è discreta, ma le porzioni sono talmente esigue da rasentare il ridicolo: lo spiedino di coda di rospo da me ordinato era tanto esile da sembrare un dettaglio decorativo, sperduto nella desolazione del piatto. Chi ha optato per il fritto misto è stato più fortunato, quantomeno per quantità, sebbene la mediocrità generale non sia passata inosservata. Ciò che lascia maggiormente interdetti, tuttavia, è l’atteggiamento del personale: il titolare, in particolare, si distingue per un’approssimazione disarmante e modi al limite dell’arroganza. L’assenza di professionalità e l’evidente disinteresse per il cliente rendono l’intera esperienza sgradevole sotto ogni punto di vista.

24/07/2025: I went for dinner with my girlfriend. The place is nice and simple, the service is fairly quick, and the waitresses are friendly. However, we had a bad experience with the food. To give the benefit of the doubt, I'm giving it two stars; maybe we were just unlucky. My girlfriend had a pizza; she didn't like it; the crust was crumbly. For those who like their pizza crispier and thinner, it might be okay. But regardless of personal taste, the pizza isn't anything special. I had a burger; it arrived with both sides practically burned, one of which was hidden by the sliced cheese. The side vegetables were literally soaked in oil. Carelessness? Perhaps. The curly-haired waitress was very kind when she asked if I wanted the burger remade. For dessert, the restaurant declined to take responsibility because my girlfriend is lactose intolerant. Can I say that? In 2025, I expect the kitchens to be more up-to-date. At the register, 42 euros total. Not even the complimentary liquor. I don't think we'll be back. Too bad.

23/07/2025: We arrived around 11:30 PM, but still got a pizza. The pizza arrived quickly. The pizzas were delicious. The crust was very thin and crispy. The prices were really reasonable. There was nothing to complain about with the service. We would come back.

29/07/2025: This summer, my regular stop has been this restaurant, which I discovered by chance one Saturday evening, without any plans. After trying many seafood dishes, I can confirm that this is one of the few places where you can eat delicious seafood at a fair price! You can taste the quality of the ingredients and the skill of the chef! Beyond that, I can't fault the staff, who are friendly and available for any need! I highly recommend this restaurant!!

28/07/2025: If you want to eat excellent seafood, this is the place to go!! I discovered it by chance on a Saturday evening, and it was a delightful surprise! My fish ravioli with shrimp and zucchini sauce was truly exceptional. You could taste the quality of the fish and the skill in cooking it, and we also noticed this in the baked sea bream my mother ordered. Of course, beyond the food, the service was also excellent. The staff was very friendly and kind, and they made us feel right at home!
