12/07/2025: We went to Norcineria, a seemingly beautiful location, but sitting on those wooden benches wasn't exceptional. The service comes when you remember, the steak was raw when cooked and not medium as requested... they aim to make numbers, but be careful!!! You lose value and quality. I'm sorry, I thought it would be much better... I give the cured meats 5 stars. It's been years since I've savored delicacies with every single flavor perceived, like I used to.
I hope no one was offended, we're always trying to improve, also because I LOVE MY TERRITORY. Go Norcineria Barsanti 💪💥💪

06/07/2025: Abbiamo sostato per il pranzo in una giornata molto calda ed abbiamo cercato di prendere pietanze leggere senza i piatti di carne che apparivano comunque attraenti. Antipasto di sformatini di tre tipi e poi lasagne vegetariane e gnocchi conditi alla povera. Devo dire che questi piatti sono stati graditissimi per il sughetto con le verdure che accompagna la pasta e si sono rivelati perfetti per gustare qualcosa di insolito. Dopo un'insalatina con cipolline borrettane abbiamo concluso con una coppa di gelato e frutta superlativa. Ottimo servizio, stoviglie e l'apparecchiatura. Benissimo l'acqua in caraffa. Bella l'idea di portare dei vassoi condivisi per le vivande. Probabilmente, l'unico consiglio è l'aggiunta di pane integrale, oltre alle gradite schiacciatine, nel cestino.

03/06/2025: We returned after a few years, the environment is that of a family restaurant, but the welcome of the boys, the excellent dishes, and last but not least the price absolutely recommend trying ... you are truly satisfied. As soon as we entered they put us at the table and brought a bowl of fresh water for our dogs, a small attention that not everyone has ... thanks to all the staff.

01/02/2025: Ambiente piccolo ma carino con un bel camino. Ci sono andata col marito il sabato a pranzo, pochi clienti ma ho mangiato benissimo dall'antipasto al dolce. Piatti molto buoni e presentati molto bene. Pesce freschissimo e cucinato molto bene. Servizio molto buono.

28/06/2025: The appetizer was not exceptional, I would suggest ordering the farro salad with ricotta before the carpaccio, and the truffle polenta... quite good, the truffle not very present in flavor.
The second courses were very good, both in terms of presentation and, above all, in terms of quality and quantity.
The berry cream ice cream was also top-notch.
Impeccable service!
16/06/2025: I immediately advise NOT to go in the summer because you can't breathe in the room. Then an appetizer, a first course with a beer and coffee €35.50. But at least if it had been good food.... AVOID!!

07/12/2024: Eenvoudig bergrestaurant met tuinterras en een brandend haardvuur. Ligt in een wandelgebied, goed bereikbaar langs de doorgaande weg. Ruime parking. Toen wij er waren zaten er diverse locals te lunchen. Onze huisgemaakte plaattaart was heerlijk. Wij werden wat moeizaam ontvangen en bediend, ondanks pogingen in het Italiaans te communiceren.
22/09/2024: Solitamente nei rifugi apuani ho sempre mangiato bene, stavolta sono rimasta molto delusa. Il sugo delle tagliatelle ai funghi (non porcini) era slegato dalla pasta, versato sopra a cucchiaio, in più il pomodoro era agro. Il risotto era sciocco, nessuna traccia di sale e per nulla amalgamato. Abbiamo mangiato lo stesso perché affamati. Il dolce ai frutti di bosco, aveva giusto 3 palline di frutta come contentino.
Altra nota negativa, il coperto di 3€ a persona, decisamente alto per il luogo in cui eravamo e per ciò che ci è stato dato.
Prezzo finale: 75 euro.
Da non rifare.

07/10/2024: Pranzo domenicale con la mia signora in un luogo incantevole incastonato tra le montagne Versiliesi, Pomezzana una cartolina all'interno della quale si trova L'Enoteca Sotto la Loggia, una delizia per il palato ed una atmosfera calorosa e casereccia come le portate servite, buone e genuine.
Complimenti a tutta la brigata, cos'altro aggiungere, venite e provate di persona.
23/08/2024: La strada per arrivare non è agevole e il locale un po' difficile da trovare...ma una volta arrivati, è un posto davvero bello. Terrazza immersa nel verde e molto curata, cucina locale e tradizionale ma ben eseguita, ottima scelta vini. Abbiamo apprezzato molto la coscia di coniglio cotta in bassa temperature con la terrina di verdure al forno. Molto buoni anche i ravioli di castagne. Personale giovane e gioviale, conto finale senza sorprese. Un'ottima alternativa al fresco e lontano dalla confusione per chi soggiorna in Versilia.
