10/10/2025: Really nice place. We met for lunch during the Corchia Park open day. The organization was top notch. The food was excellent; we tried the Tordelli, a typical local dish. Everything was very good.
14/09/2025: We took a trip to enjoy the dishes at the Raffaello Hotel restaurant once again. Today, I'd say it was too salty for my taste (but only because I don't like salt too much).
The service was quick and impeccable, and the staff was polite and friendly, ready to explain the ingredients in the various dishes.
We had lunch on the veranda overlooking the green Versilia mountains, just a few hundred meters from the starting point for the Antro del Corchia cave.
I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone who loves good food, and why not... perhaps even take a nice walk through the greenery.

11/10/2025: Charming and very nice. Some dishes leave something to be desired, but overall it's worth it.
06/09/2025: A good refuge, €50 for a night's sleep, dinner, and breakfast on August 15th. Free water is available. Several trails depart for Matanna (very difficult) and Monte Croce. As for dinner, it seems the management will be changing soon.

I recommend it to those who love traditional cuisine, and I also recommend it for its cleanliness and service!
21/09/2025: A historic tavern frequented by speleologists, a must-try. Lunch during mushroom season. Everything was excellent, including the fried rabbit. The waiter was super friendly and fast.

It's truly an incredible place where you can breathe pure air, real nature... with free-roaming animals... which is the most beautiful thing.

Hotel "La Pania"

14/09/2025: We often stay here with our Bologna speleothem group, and we've become a regular here. The owners and all the staff are genuinely kind and helpful. We sleep wonderfully (so peaceful and so lovely to hear the Vezza River flowing beneath the windows) and enjoy food as if my grandmother had prepared it: tasty and prepared with care and love.
The rib-eye steak on the bone: a real treat. Thank you for your hospitality.
26/08/2025: Wonderful pizza by the meter, a regular stop every year. The place is a bit noisy, but the outdoor tables are very nice. The service is a bit confusing, but Martina makes up for it... friendly, patient, and super helpful! A great escape from the heat of the sea.

01/02/2025: Ambiente piccolo ma carino con un bel camino. Ci sono andata col marito il sabato a pranzo, pochi clienti ma ho mangiato benissimo dall'antipasto al dolce. Piatti molto buoni e presentati molto bene. Pesce freschissimo e cucinato molto bene. Servizio molto buono.

14/11/2025: The restaurant enjoys a charming natural setting just steps from the lake. However, in my opinion, the interior, especially the terrace, could use a makeover. I also didn't find the food to my liking, as it was far too salty. We ordered mushroom fettuccine for four, and everyone at the table agreed. The staff was unwilling to replace the dishes, claiming they were incorrect without further explanation. Therefore, I can't say I had a good experience.
28/09/2025: The owner is a rude person who, without knowing us and only by phone after having paid for the overnight stay without a refund, sent my husband "fuck you" in exact words, screaming and saying to never contact him again. A real villain, I strongly advise against it! I WOULD REMOVE HIM FROM ALL SITES as well as REMOVE THEIR LICENSE. We are forced to put a star otherwise the review will not be published. Other than stars, STABLE

06/07/2025: Abbiamo sostato per il pranzo in una giornata molto calda ed abbiamo cercato di prendere pietanze leggere senza i piatti di carne che apparivano comunque attraenti. Antipasto di sformatini di tre tipi e poi lasagne vegetariane e gnocchi conditi alla povera. Devo dire che questi piatti sono stati graditissimi per il sughetto con le verdure che accompagna la pasta e si sono rivelati perfetti per gustare qualcosa di insolito. Dopo un'insalatina con cipolline borrettane abbiamo concluso con una coppa di gelato e frutta superlativa. Ottimo servizio, stoviglie e l'apparecchiatura. Benissimo l'acqua in caraffa. Bella l'idea di portare dei vassoi condivisi per le vivande. Probabilmente, l'unico consiglio è l'aggiunta di pane integrale, oltre alle gradite schiacciatine, nel cestino.
