Very well-stocked wine cellar, and even too generous tasting. I would like to give 10 stars but it is not possible. Highly recommended.

05/07/2025: Returned a year later I confirm everything ... unique place in the area! There are also new dishes .. delicious! My advice: let the chef guide you .. he will know how to make you live a special experience! FANTASTIC, The best restaurant tried this year between Versilia and Milan. They had always spoken well of this restaurant but we had never found a place. This time we moved well in advance (mid-June to book in August). Young, polite, precise and prepared staff. Upon arrival they offer an aperitif with personalized cocktail and delicious tastings. Then the Chef comes by, unique. Never seen such service in any starred restaurant. He is friendly, easy-going and speaks with each table to choose the menu together based on the tastes of the diners. We opted for a 6-course tasting with lots of raw fish but also meat to finish (and it was worth it). What can I say, everything is exceptional. Excellent wine list without excessive markups. Focaccina, breadsticks and warm bread all to be tasted. Correct quality-price ratio. Perfect for an evening with your partner. I absolutely recommend doing a tasting and giving the chef free rein.. you won't regret it

01/07/2025: -Hic manebimus optime- Last night, on the advice of friends we tried 'la martinica' As soon as we arrived, Francesco, the chef, introduced himself by exchanging a short chat where he was able to understand our tastes and preferences. We opted for the 8-course menu and we did not regret it at all. The menu, mainly fish, left us speechless at every course, excellent quality food and raw materials worked by professionals! During dinner, the chef joined us with great interest in the progress of the evening, a very positive note as far as I'm concerned. The service was impeccable, attentive, friendly and refined. The location, very well-kept and welcoming. The dinner was accompanied by the pleasant sound of the waterfall adjacent to the restaurant. Francesco and his staff deserve the right recognition that I'm sure will come! ⭐️ I recommend it to those who, in addition to eating, want to have an experience that will carry with them for a while. The price is more than fair for the culinary qualities of the restaurant. The fish is spectacular as are the pairings that accompany it, the pastries are truly sublime but the highlight, for me, is the closing of the menu with the bison, a truly extraordinary flavor! Yes, we had a really great time here. See you soon!

28/06/2025: La Mariposa is a great neighborhood restaurant on the road in Pietrasanta. Very friendly owner. Watch the sunset and eat excellent, very reasonably priced food. Try the Tagliolini Gambaretti e Tartufo!

A culinary delight, the dishes are breathtakingly beautiful, the venue is beautiful and meticulously maintained, and the staff is fast, attentive, and friendly. Excellent selection of Tuscan bottled beers. I would return again and again. Thank you so much for this wonderful experience!

27/06/2025: I went to this restaurant for dinner with a friend and we had a great time. It's a steakhouse, the menu focuses on meat, rightly so, which is of excellent quality. We had the trio of tartare and the Florentine steak, which was the real star. Cooked to perfection, very good meat, one of the best steaks I've tried in Tuscany. Excellent value for money. The desserts are also very good, the staff is helpful and friendly. I also recommend this place for dinners with friends, the menu includes cold cuts or bruschetta, excellent for sharing. We will definitely be back!

16/06/2025: In addition to tasting excellently prepared dishes, we immediately had the impression of being at the home of friends rather than strangers to the restaurant. Domenico prepares unique dishes, his very kind wife describes with true love the dishes and between the lines the highly appreciated chef and his wife. In addition to the dishes on the menu we tasted excellent wine (Borgheri) that we were also able to take with us by drawing directly from the restaurant's well-stocked and well-kept cellar. Coming to Versilia and not stopping by is a real shame!

26/06/2025: Let's say I wasn't lucky with the choice of food. So I don't want to give excessively poor judgments. Good service even if the proposal of the day exposed only verbally is not particularly tempting. Clean and pleasant environment. I will definitely go back but I will definitely take a first course.... I recommend it anyway ..

20/06/2025: Personally I HIGHLY DISCOURAGE IT!! The head waiter only lists 1 dish off the menu, boasting at 7:30 pm that he had finished all the others, while 5 minutes later at the nearby tables that weren't using the fork he indicated many dishes off the menu... it's clear that the fork customers are second-rate... I repeat... I had a bad experience and I don't recommend it.

10/03/2025: Una cena a base di pesce freschissimo....1 antipasto in due, vario ed abbondante, sfizioso e molto curato. Ravioli alla cernia con sugo gustoso. Un secondo in due di pesce gratinato, anche questo meritevole. Un contorno in coccio di ottime verdure. Olio quercetano, cestino con fettine di pane caldo con emulsione di olio evo e prezzemolo (divorate). Dolci casalinghi buoni buoni (terrina calda di cioccolato e crema) Tutto perfetto. Quantità abbondanti, almeno per noi! Il titolare è affabile e cordiale, coadiuvato dal suo bravissimo e attento ragazzo, gentilissimo! Da non perdere! Qui si va e si torna!!
