31/07/2024: It's unfortunate that in Castelnuovo, what could have been a pleasant tourist trip was spoiled by the inconveniences resulting from having used this establishment, which we really don't feel like recommending. -The receipt was neither punctual nor truthful: there were four of us and we ended up as three. -Not finding a clear and visible price list in the restaurant, we ordered 4 "small" ice creams (in fact they were really small for the cost of €2 + 1 'surprise'!); at the end of their preparation we were asked if we liked the wafer (the size of a cips): those of us who had chosen the cone accepted, thinking it was included, also because we had not been provided with the scoops (reserved for those who take the cup?): we then discovered that the pods cost €1 each... even for the rejected one! -One of us needed the bathroom (in disbelief we asked twice) but we were told that the place only has a "bathroom for private use for staff and a changing room"; the mention of the latter, insignificant for us, says a lot about the misunderstanding: we are not concerned with the needs of the users but only with declaring that we are in compliance (excusatio non petita...), to which it must be added that no one is he is concerned about showing us an alternative (public toilet?). It seems they are looking for staff: I hope they find better ones. Perhaps to foreign tourists with higher salaries the offer of 'In the ice cream shop' may even seem cheap, and it is clear that everyone is free to charge the prices they want, but the law would provide for transparency... and I believe that a public establishment must have a bathroom for customers. On this occasion I would also like to point out another anomaly (indeed practiced by many others), namely the cost of ice cream 'by the number of flavours': the price should depend on the quantity, therefore an ice cream can be dispensed in scoops (or scoops if you has the hand for the right size) and cost a certain amount per ball, regardless of whether you choose just one or more flavors (which obviously cannot exceed the number of balls); what is annoying, since it makes no sense, is, asking for a three-flavored ice cream, where they dispense it 'by eye', being told "no, for three flavors you have to pay more". I would prohibit this practice and do not use it where they adopt it; it's also short-sighted because it prevents me from trying and appreciating more flavors of a new shop.

16/09/2024: Cozy place, quality food polenta with porcini mushrooms and risotto with exceptional porcini mushrooms Excellent presentation of the dishes. All accompanied by the friendliness and friendliness of the staff. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

02/09/2024: The best ravioli with ragu I've ever eaten and the Fritto di Pesce were great too!' The service was very courteous and the ambience outside was also great. Overall, highly recommended with very good value for money.

El servicio es rápido y eficiente, lo que garantiza que no tendrá que esperar mucho tiempo para disfrutar de su comida. La selección de cerveza es sólida, complementando la comida maravillosamente. Los propietarios son increíblemente amables y acogedores, añadiendo un toque de calidez a la experiencia gastronómica. Los precios son justos y reflejan la calidad tanto de la comida como del servicio. ¿Qué más se puede pedir? Muy recomendable!

11/11/2024: Abbiamo passato un ottimo pranzo, piatti buoni e ben conditi, cameriere gentili e disponibili. Ottima scoperta che consigliamo a tutti. Il locale è molto grande ma il servizio è stato accorto e veloce, prezzi nella media.
