They are passionate about maintaining this beautiful space, ensuring it’s always tidy and welcoming. Inviting atmosphere. You can park under the old olive trees. It’s truly an escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The food here is exceptional, with every dish crafted from locally sourced, fresh ingredients. Their pastas, especially the pici, are a highlight. The texture and flavor are simply unbeatable, showcasing the skill and love behind every plate. 18/01/2025: Osteria in a tiny hamlet, San Giovanni delle Contee, of a small town, Sorano, between Maremma, Tuscia and Umbria. Just the journey to get there is a fascinating journey through an Italy made up of uncontaminated nature and landscapes of other times. The welcome and the service, simple but welcoming, with that "family" warmth that makes you immediately become familiar with the staff, the traditional local recipes, home-made but perfectly made and with quality raw materials and truly local 0, modest prices and a surprisingly vast wine list attentive to the artisanal realities of the area (among the many, note Cantina del Rospo) are just some of the reasons why you come back here again and again. An experience in a tavern that is actually a journey to another Italy that perhaps no longer exists but which is worth preserving and cherishing ❤️

28/12/2024: The owner was super friendly, and the indoor space was cozy enough for a quick dinner. The pizza has a very thin crust that makes it very light and super easy to digest. It was also very tasty, and did not give any thirst sensation in the following hours. The price was very affordable. We paid slightly more than 20€ for 2 pizzas and a bottle of coke (1 liter).

08/01/2025: We tried mixed bruschettas, such as purple potato gnocchi in pumpkin cream soup and tagliatelle with meat sauce and desserts, ricotta tiramisu and apple and cinnamon tart. I recommend everything because every dish was delicious and the owner and cook were kind and helpful

I was able to enjoy a wonderful experience of total relaxation and detachment from the chaotic world of Rome. Exquisite food, try Sara's cakes, they are magnificent.

04/01/2025: Oggi a pranzo dopo la visita alle terme di Sorano abbiamo deciso di andare a mangiare in questo agriturismo. E meno male che siamo venuti! Antipasto misto con delle cosine stuzzicanti sott'olio e marmellate buonissime...anche il pane è buono fatto da loro! Come primo abbiamo scelto gli gnudi alla toscana con tartufo fresco! Ottimi! Poi finocchi al vino e sformatino di cavolo con besciamella e per finire tronchetti al vin santo....tutti buono ! Servizio ottimo, ragazza simpaticissima! Peccato che abitiamo a due ore e mezza di distanza altrimenti ci tornavamo più spesso! Il posto è incantevole in mezzo alla campagna tra Sorano e Castell'Azzara.. Consiglio a chi mi legge di fare una sosta e non rimarrete delusi...peccato non abbiamo potuto mangiare di più ma dopo le feste e dopo tre giorni di vacanza nei dintorni non ce la potevamo fare!. Il menù però lo meritava!!!
